Love this bag ! Perfect for work. Stylish and fits everything I need

Pros: very high qualify, non-scuff leather; bag keeps it shape; bag isn't overwhelmingly large, but holds a TON of stuff, like 3 glasses cases, a large makeup bag, etc, with plenty of room to spare; looks like an expensive handbag Cons: I prefer to carry this bag like a briefcase rather than use the adjustable shoulder strap. The handles are almost comically thin and wimpy. Also, I thought there would be exterior pockets for cell phone and keys, but it's just stitching detail. So, my keys and cell had to float inside. It's too impractical to put your phone in the zippered middle section as you'll constantly have to dig it out. And, I didn't like that the bag is always open--there's no way to completely close the top. So, I'm glad to have rented this bag and tried it out, but it's not a keeper for me.

I rent ed this with my unlimited order and absolutely love it! I've used it for work, day, night you name it. It is soft leather, has many compartments, a strap, and even fits my laptop. It's fantastic!

Super sturdy and well made! This bag is a great size. It perfectly fit my laptop and portfolio on one side, and my regular "purse" essentials on the other, meaning I did not have to carry two bags. The interior zip pocket is also great for those small items constantly getting lost in the bottom of large bags. Highly recommend!

Great for everyday, too small for my laptop, but great for carrying my work essentials, coffee mug and smoothies for lunch!

This is a big every day bag. As a few people mentioned what appears to be pockets in the front is just stitching, which is a bummer. It holds a lot, but not a laptop. My major complaint is just kept getting stuck under the middle pocket because it's not stitched to the very bottom of the bag.

Wore this Tory Burch structured bag for about a week+. Loved the shape but it was a bit small for my everyday needs. Also the particular bag that I rented was a little banged up and blemished.

Pros: This is a sturdy, well constructed bag. It is larger than expected and holds a lot. Cons: Bulky. The strap makes it a cross body but it was really too large for me to be a cross body. I am 5'3.

This bag was nice, but definitely not anything special. The leather was nice but seemed to scratch pretty easily. I've owned (and rented!) other Tory Burch bags before and would pass this one over for another bag next time.
