It does ride up a bit and requires some adjustments throughout the day if wearing the belt

Can be worn with or without the tie/belt To me the waist was a bit too high (belt loops) so I wore it without. Beautiful material and pattern Good fit

Fit perfectly! The silk material is lightweight, relatively wrinkle-free, and feels expensive. Would be easy to pack for a vacation. 100% planning to rent this dress again.

I loved this for work and wore it multiple times. Beautiful colors and it does not wrinkle! It felt a little matronly when I first tried it on, but after adding a wedge heel and cuffing the sleeves it was perfect.

Ordered a size down from my typical 6 and dress fit well. It is a baggy dress so would recommend a belt to add shape.

Beautiful, lightweight dress for spring! It's a basic shirt dress but is subtlety structured with small pleats strategically placed around the skirt, which make it look more polished. One of my favorite rentals to date! Regarding fit, I'm usually an 8/10 in dresses and the 8 in this dress is a little large. The shoulders hang a little low and there's room to spare at the sides. Not a ton of room across the chest though.

I wore this dress for a whole entire work day, to dinner, then on a plane. It was comfortable and flattering in every situation!

I probably could have sized down to a 4 but the 6 was fine since I had the tie waist to cinch everything in. I opted to wear it alone to let the print really shine - it's a good one! It's definitely more of a fall weight but I wore this on a mild winter day & was comfortable. It is very staticky so have your scotch guard handy!

This dress is even better in person. I rented this dress to spice up my work wardrobe. It was great choice. The dress is cut in a square shape, which isn't all that flattering. Until you put on the belt. The skirt has pleats sewn into it. So once the belt is tied the skirts pleats create the perfect A-line. Just adorable. The picture doesn't do the dress justice.

Buttons down easily which makes it great for nursing. Beautiful pattern and loose fit flatters my postpartum body. I will rent again!

Comes with a belt to cinch in the waist. Love the pattern and the fit. Clings a bit in the winter time, so use anti static guard and you will be fine.

Great dress to style up for work. Easy to layer and add jewelry. Dress ran big but still worked so opted for different belt instead of belt that was included. The dress is VERY thin material but great for fall or office temperatures. Super comfy and great outfit for work that doesn't feel constrictive. Immediately had a coworker say "you look like fall" Overall win!

I loved this dress and got 6 comments at work! Perfect for work. I also think it would be cute with a jean jacket. The dress was unfortunately missing the belt, so I used my own. Since the pattern is so busy I think the matching belt would be best. Lastly, I normally wear an 8 but ordered a 10 to be safe. Next time I'll go with the 8.

Tailored femininity. Silky feeling fabric makes for a classy casual dress. Hits just above knee so doesn't feel too short. My order arrived without belt but I prefer the blousy look anyway. I live in Socal so it's a good dress for our warm Fall weather.

Beautifully made, loved the paisley, appropriate for any office, but all with a touch of flair. Paired with brown kitten-heeled mules. I am becoming convinced that the Tory Burch model for size 12 is me as this fit me to a T. Rated a 4 because there is a static issue, even after spraying static guard. Lots of compliments.

Cute dress, came with the belt so don't forget to check the bag for it! Very lightweight so probably best for Spring or Fall. I wore it for an audition in the winter and paired with tights and boots.

I though this dress was very fun but it was a little more casual looking than I usually wear to work. It would be great for a casual Friday or casual weekend outing. It was a very flexible option - lots of potential shoe/boot options. It ran VERY large.

Was extremely large in the abdomen area and gaps in the boob area while sitting. I love the design, but at 5'11 it was a little on the short side for work.

Gorgeous fabric, so comfortable. I felt it ran a little large so go with your smaller size. It's pretty lightweight so not a good choice for a windy day, but definitely worth renting!

The fabric is a lovely, silky, and lightweight. I did find that it was a bit boxy and slightly big. So I wore open as a duster over solid black pants/blouse, and boots. Someone told me I looked like a model <blush>. Ok I'll take that compliment ! If in between sizes , choose the smaller.

This absolutely the best dress I have rented. It is so luxurious. The colors are muted but rich, perfect for fall. It fit like a dream. I am between an 8 and a 10. I for sure could have worn an 8. This dress is also super comfortable. I will definitely rent this again. I would buy it if it weren't so expensive.
