I adore this dress! The light fabric keeps it cool and comfy for warm summer days. The cut and fit are an A+ for my shape, with the length hitting just above my knees. Although, I suspect that someone with a larger bust may have worn this dress before me, as the middle buttons seemed to want tug apart, despite my 32a size. The fabric on the bottom layer was wide enough to where my skin didn't show, but I could see it being a problem for someone more busty. Overall, enjoyable dress to wear!

Really liked this. Overall length perfect for me at 5'1" including sleeves which can be a challenge. Flattering and got a ton of compliments. I may buy this one!

I loved this dress! The style is unlike any I've ever owned. I got many compliments on this. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I'm not so well endowed on top, so button popping was not an issue. (BTW...the style name is misleading. It's not polka dots, but fish.)

I'm not usually a polka dot lover, but the cute flouncy skirt really stole my heart! This dress does run a little small, so I'd recommend sizing up for backup, but I would say it's mostly because of my chest. I typically wear a size 10, but I would've been much more comfortable in a 12. At 5'5", this dress fell right at my knee and was so light and perfect for Fall or Winter! This fun and flirty dress would be perfect for work or just for everyday!

Hard to explain, this dress just looks lovely on. The buttons gape a bit in the chest so I just unbuttoned and added a cami under. I've already received a bunch of compliments this morning. Snug in upper body and plenty of room for hips and strong legs.

Loved the fish print and the ruffle details. I am busty so there was no way the buttons were getting closed. I wore a bandeau and added a pop of color!

This dress is beautiful and practical! I had so many compliments and I loved it so much I made my husband take a photo before heading in to work. The skirt is very light, and the layers provide a pretty touch. It seems overly conservative with the high button neck and long sleeves, but the pattern is just a little funky and shape is so flattering. Don't pass this dress up!

I am smitten with this dress. It's so flattering and is youthful but classic enough for my almost 40 mom self. Little fishbones make the print special and the sheer sleeve keep it from feeling too conservative. As mentioned, it's not a great match for a larger bust if you want to wear it like the model, but you could rock a cami with the buttons undone. Will probably rent again.

Borrowed this dress on unlimited. I'm normally a 14, but made this dress work. It looked ridiculous if I tried and buttoned it though! My chest was too large. Very flattering and cute, love the sleeves. Received several compliments from coworkers!

Perfect dress for work, got compliments all day. Loved the feminine tiered skirt that hit right at the knee. Size 10 worked great for me in the bust area (I always need to size up when there are buttons...and I'm a nursing mom), but I'm normally a size 8. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this dress again or to buy it.

Very flattering for a pear shape body. Would not work well for large chests as it can pull at the chest.

The dress fit exactly as Rent the Runway stated. I've added some weight lately - I'm 5'3" and 170 pounds and I was still able to wear the size 12 because the flare bottom. This dress works very well for a pear shape. I did however, have a strange, ever so small and unnoticeable gap between buttons on the front as others have noted. I didn't think it would be of significance being as I'm only a 34C. An additional button would have solved the problem. It wasn't enough to keep me from being comfortable in the dress. This is a great wear -to -work dress and I had many, many compliments (and I'm considered a fashionista already)!

Dress fit perfectly! I was worried about static from the plastic wrap - but there was none. How do you do it, RTR? I pulled this look together with Wolford fishnets (they NEVER rip) and Dear Frances boots. Compliments all day long!

Loved the two tier skirt, didn't love the snug button bodice that opened up when I sat. Would r commend going up a size if you are full busted. Print is of little fishes, which are geometric but cute.

Loved the dress! And it was long enough for work which doesn't happen often. The print is almost a fish bone which was super fun. Only complaint. It really, really pulled across the chest and the buttons were definitely gapping. I have a small chest so have never had this problem, if you have boobs watch out!

Love the dress and the fit; however, there is this annoying gap in between the buttons that opens. I had to safety pin it. My bust isn't that big so not sure why it opened up. No good for work meetings.

Great dress for work but if you are busty you must have a tank underneath. I am a 34DD and could not button the front. A black cami underneath perfectly resolved this though. Will rent again!!

I really liked this dress a lot. As the other reviewers said the pattern is of little fish and is super cute. The one thing that was a bit uncomfortable was the buttons in the front. I am a B cup so I don't think i was pushing the fabric that much, but one button kept opening up.

I wasn't sure I was a multiple tiers of ruffles kind of girl but this was surprisingly flattering. I had to wear with a few buttons undone and a top underneath for coverage but it was fine. I'm tall, so I always wish everything was a little longer. I like the length fine in this standing up but kept tugging it down when I was sitting at my desk.

I loved this dress. The arms are a little sheer giving it something a little extra special. Like other reviewers said - the chest area runs small. I sized up, but honestly I would have been more comfortable in a 10. I was checking the buttons quite often, especially while sitting. I felt very constrained. Size up if you have a chest and you'll be super happy in this dress

I LOVED this dress, however, the buttons at the chest gaped a bit, thus the 4 star rating (had to use a safety pin). Also, the sleeves were more three-quarter length on me (I have monkey arms though). This dress hit my waist in just the right spot to make it look like I actually had a waist. My boobs are actually pretty small for my size, so the fact that it gaped at the chest was odd. A person with a large chest would have a really tough time wearing this dress. The little fish pattern is adorable.

I love the style of this dress! The print is an adorable fishy pattern but is subtle and still looks sophisticated. I selected true to size because it's not quite one size up maybe a quarter or a half, I definitely have some room. I am petit so there is some extra fabric on top, no issues with buttons pulling but if I had gotten the six I might have. Highly recommend.

This dress is pretty and the material is nice. It feels a little goth though for me, which was what I was looking for. The white dots are actually fish. My only problem was that this dress is not recommended for someone with anything over an A cup as the buttons seemed to be pulled tight, almost coming undone.

This dress is very cute, good length for work and the print are actually fish. My issue with the dress was the buttons at the bust were very far apart from each other, causing opening with the buttons closed, and the buttons to pop open while sitting. This was most unfortunate because it was at work in front of multiple men. I don't have a large bust so I'm not sure what else i could have done to prevent this, too bad!

It fit well except for the bust. I was literally popping out between the buttons, I'm a D cup. The buttons are too far apart for a girl who has breasts.

Dress overall fit was true to size. However, my chest (34C) kept extending the buttons apart so had to find a little fashion tape. It is listed as polka dots, but actually looks more like a fish type print (see attached). Cute dress overall, but wearing it once was enough for me!
