I wore this to an outdoor July wedding and loved the breathability of the cotton without compromising a true fashion statement. I found this fits true to size--defintely fitted at the waist but not uncomfortable. A masterpiece dress!

I’m almost always a 0 in Tory but would have needed to remove a rib to zip this. (Someone else must have also had this problem as there was a hole in it on the side). That said I tried it on to see - if correctly sized up a size (and ironed), this would be a really great summer dress.

I really wanted to love this dress and tried it on a few different times, but I just didn't feel great in it. There is a ton of material both on the top and bottom and not sure sizing down would have helped. The corset waist just made the hips poof out more with all of the material making me feel hippie in it. I didn't wear it, but still love the thought of it!

Tight in the bodice/waist and voluminous in the hips so not for everyone but definitely a chic look if you can pull it off!

With over 300 reviews, I’m experienced at ordering to fit my body. I’m a smaller person and curvy (32DD-27-33) with a full backside. Depending on the brand, I order either 2 or 4, given the cut on other Tory Burch items, I ordered a 2. It was comical, I couldn’t get this dress on my body. Undoing the tie on the top and fully unzipping, I couldn’t get this dress over my shoulders (never got close to the bust). Stepping-in was just as impossible - I couldn’t get a second leg in😂 To even get in this dress I’d have to order up at least one size. Until this dress, every other Tory Burch item has been cut large, the proportions on this dress are not adjustable and cut very under size. The waist which appears smocked with elastic is not. Plus the side zipper does not extend the full length of the waist - normally, dresses with fitted waists have a longer zipper to enable the wearer to get in the garment, not true here and without it, there was no way for me to even get it on. It’s a pity because this is a pretty dress. Recommendation: great for a lean, banana-shape body.

I think this could work for a tall and narrow person. I sized up and still couldn't zip it up. Gobs of fabric. Didn't wear.
