Loved this dress. Material looks heavy but was actually fairly lightweight and of good quality. Perfect for work - liked the length a lot (I am petite though so would likely hit above the knee for most) and was conservative yet fun. One thing to note is that this is definitely a form-fitting dress and it is not very forgiving on curves. I wore with Spanx which helped a bit. Would definitely rent this one again!

I rented this for a work event/party and it was perfect for the occasion. It was classy and professional looking while still being on the attractive/form fitting. You can't tell in the photos that much but there is really nice detailing on the dress, it isn't just solid fabric but has some lines weaved in for texture and detailing.

Great length for work I'm 5'9" very comfortable thicker fabric I got away with not wearing Spanx and felt comfortable different take on the little black dress

Love this dress: forgiving fabric with an interesting wave texture and I think a subtle gold thread running through it that makes it look special. I'm curvy and this dress laid very nicely. I'm planning to wear it to a work dinner and also a memorial.

My husband's commanding officer passed away, and I needed something to wear to his funeral at Arlington Cemetery. My selection of LBD's is too "partytime" or "indoor only." March weather is unpredictable and I hoped this dress, with appropriate outerwear, would cover a range of weather possibilities for an outdoor ceremony. It fits very well, and though part of the pattern has a slight sheen to it (from the Lurex), it is not glaring or inappropriate for a somber occasion. I probably could have gone down a size , but the medium was unavailable at the time I ordered. This is a dress I'd like to own.

This dress was just ok, it doesn't show up in the photos but there's actually sparkle in the stitching fabric. It is relatively flattering but it only with spanx. It's also black and was a little heavy for summer time. It also seems to pull to one side. It looks straight from the front but it's almost like the lining is uneven. I was tugging on it all day. Did get lots of compliments though

The dress is a great comfortable option for work made interesting by the texture and pattern. It is not super fitted but still has some shape. I'm happy with it.

I rented this dress for work - it's a good length (just by the knee and I'm tall!) I rented the medium however and I have a tiny waist - I had to add in my own waist belt else it just looked a bit like a sack ... I may try the size smaller next time as it is stretchy material

Comfy but classy

Fine LTB - super soft, arrived still with the tags on. Nothing particularly special about this dress for me though. I wore to work and it was fine - won't rent again though. I usually wear a 2/4 depending no the designer and the Small was large through the waist and hips so I had to wear a belt around the waist.

The fit was definitely a bit larger than I expected - it looked big on me, not as fitted through the waist as I would have liked. Also - the fabric is more knit than anything, has a neat wave pattern, but the opaqueness and slight sparkle to the knit really make this more of a conservative special occasion dress rather than a work outfit. I would recommend for a conservative event, date night, even a fall or winter wedding.

I loved this dress so much I bought it! I got so many compliments at work and I wore it with a gray wool herringbone jacket from J Crew.

This was very comfortable with some stretch, figure flattering, even with curves.

This was a fabulous dress for a long work day of interviews in which I needed to look 100% professional. The material is comfortable, doesn't wrinkle and was extremely flattering. I got tons of compliments. I also think this would work well on a day where you have work followed by a professional event - the lurex adds a hint of sparkle making it classy-dressy but not too fancy. I am petite and it came down to my knees but with stilettos, it looked perfect. Would definitely rent again.

This is the perfect black dress. You can dress it up or dress it down. It has a little bit of texture and a bit of shimmer that makes it work appropriate but could be worn to a more formal event as well. Best of all it is SUPER COMFY. The XL fit pretty well, but I'm concerned it was just a bit big in the waist and the Large might look a little better so I'm waiting to see if I can score a Large to compare sizes then I'm going to buy it.

I wore this to a funeral and it was perfect. This dress can mix with formal suits or informal khakis/polos. The fabric is stretchy. I am normally between a S and a M (in the 4-6-8 range) and a S was perfect for me. I wore it with flats and no jewelry and for the occasion it was perfect.

The length was perfect for me (5'10") at work. The medium fit as well, but I carry my weight in my mid section, so the L was much more flattering.
