It was Very easy to stick in the shoe. And Very comfy.

Be sure to position them where you want them before removing the sheet to affix them in the shoe.

Worked fine, but I used better products before.

I wore 4 inch heels and thought this might make my night a bit more comfortable. Well it did make me stand for a few hours more than without but at the end my poor feet needed saving.

Were not what I was expecting. They merely cushion the ball of your feet every so slightly and really do not help at all with the pain of high heels. Not worth the money

I put them in my 2.5 inch heels and upon putting my foot in each shoe, I felt discomfort. Figuring that I just needed to adjust to the padding, I wore them from the house to the venue 20 minutes away. After that I was annoyed and took them out of the heels... More or so tried because to this day I have the sticky part and some foam still left in one of the heels.

I applied the pads to the appropriate spots in my heels the day before. It was easy to apply and worked well on the spot i needed. I wore the heels for about 7 hours and it never got loose and moved around. I like this product, im glad i got it

These are still in my shoes, because they do a good job providing comfort for my feet.

These inserts did the trick for bridesmaid shoes. While obviously they couldn't eliminate the pain of 5-inch heels, some discomfort was alleviated with them, so I think they were worth it.

I bought these for a pair of single soled heels. Although they do provide some cushioning, I was hoping they would prevent my feet from aching after a long night of dancing, but they didn't.
