The fabric was gorgeous and more formal then I thought, but I absolutely loved it. Everyone complimented me throughout the day. I tied it right enough around the neck so that I could wear flats. It was so pretty and worked well for the vineyard portion of my bachelorette party.

I wore this for a wine weekend getaway with my girlfriends. I was worried it might be too dressy, but with some flat sandals and minimal jewelry it was perfect. I would rent it again in a heartbeat! Can definitely be dressed up or down. So pretty!

I was surprised this dress for me considering my hips are wider than my shoulders, but it fit beautifully. Very comfy and can dressed up or down depending on your event.

This dress was very pretty but I definitely should have gotten the 0 because the 2 was way too big. It just didn't give my body any shape at all. I also thought the material was going to be more sheer, lightweight and flowy but it was much thicker, heavier and stiffer than I had imagined. So glad I have the unlimited membership to try out as many dresses as I want!

I do wish the waist had a little shape to it bc at times it felt a little maternal (maybe I could have sized one size down! ) this was my alternative dress and I liked it more than what I originally picked!!! I wore this in Napa to dinner during my bachelorette weekend. LOVED it. It's flowy and easy to wear since it's not too structured and I loved the side slit and "see through" bottom half. The color was great because it wasn't too white/bridal with the tan under layer. The back ties at the neck so you can adjust easily and the ties have cute little gold bells on the ends. I ordered the 4L and was glad I did. I'm 5'8 and wore about 2.5" heels and it was the perfect length.

I rented this for my beach bachelorette party. If you are 5'5" or above and want to wear heels I would order the long length. Awesome dress!

As others mentioned, it is a straight column dress - very shapeless. It is a beautiful dress though, I wore this on our honeymoon. With some wedges, it can be dressed up a little, or, worn with a little belt to give it some shape. Really liked this dress for a sunny day.

This dress wasn't my first or my second choice for my bridal shower, but it ended up being the perfect fit! It doesn't give you much shape in the waist area, but I enjoyed the flowing look and it perfectly fit the vibe of the event. It is much less formal than it seems and I dressed it down with minimal jewelry and flat sandals. Plus, the customer service went above and beyond for me. When my first dress wasn't available, they sent me a second option for me to try. When that dress was too big, they overnighted this third option and it worked perfectly! No matter what, I'm always happy when I rent from Rent the Runway and I'm going to continue to use them leading up to my wedding!

I am generally between a 2 and 4 and ended up wearing the 2 but might have even gone another size down. The waist was pretty big and I might have even gotten the 0. If you are debating between sizes, size down! It is a beautiful dress, the fabric is great quality, I really loved it!

I wore this dress to my bachelorette party in Martha's Vineyard. It was so beautiful and easy to wear. It runs a bit big but the 2R flowed perfectly. You can also adjust the strings around neck for a tighter and shorter appearance. I highly recommend renting!

I absolutely adore this dress and actually ended up renting it for a family party. It's absolutely beautiful, a perfect maxi for a nicer summertime event. The material is actually thicker in person than you would imagine, which makes it easy to go bra-less or wear a NuBra. It runs true to size, but I'd recommend sizing down for backup especially if you're under a C cup. The 0L fit perfectly, length and silhouette wise. Pair it with a neutral colored heel or wedge and delicate jewelry.

I wore this dress for my bridal shower and it was very comfy. It was pretty but nothing exciting. Sizing isn't a huge issue. I had to size down and had plenty of room.

I rented this to tour wineries for my bachelorette party. However, returned only because I found out bridesmaids got matching bridal party shirts. I am 5'0 so it was long. The only way I could have worn it was with wedges. I do wish RTR would do petite sizes. The shear leg section wasn't as dramatic as it is in the photo. That could be because the lining is much longer on me. Overall, still super cute. Wish I owned it!

The colour is slightly more creamy than the promo shot, it runs a little larger around the belly so if you have larger boobs it may feel a bit baggy, it did on my (I'm a 36DD), if you're a slimmer figure you may want to go down a size

I was able to dress this down with sandals and a denim for our rehearsal dinner bbq. It was a comfortable fit and flattering once I got the right size. I ended up needing a rushed smaller size because of how big this dress runs.

Unable to wear it….way too big.

I loved the concept of this dress, but unfortunately I did not wind up wearing it. The top of the dress fit me perfectly in a size 4R, but was much too tight on the lower half. The 6R was loser on the lower half, but it was much more shapeless on the top half. The length fit my height so that flats or sandals would have been the most appropriate. Also, the material is a little on the heavy/scratchy side. Had I actually worn this piece, I believe I would have been a bit bothered by the texture of the dress, but it wouldn't have been a deal-breaker. Overall, it is a lovely piece that is probably best suited to those with more straight and narrow builds.

I rented this to wear to a white party, and due to it being so snug around the hips, I was unable to wear it to my event. It was pretty baggy around the bust and there is no form to it so I looked the same width from my bust down. The strappy back was also very knotted and twisted when I got it so I had to spend about 5 minutes untangling it. It was sent back unworn. :(

I didn't end up wearing this dress because it was way too big! I'm a pretty petite individual and I got this dress in a size zero regular. When I tried it on it was baggy in all the wrong places and made me feel boxy. Not flattering for my body type, the material is very pretty but this is definitely one of those dresses that looks better on the model.

First of all, it runs REALLY large. I tried on the 12, 10 and 8. the 8 fit the best, but did not look good on me. If you have any kind of curves, you won't see them in this dress. It is cut straight up and down. It is not flattering in the chest or waist area at all. Unless you are stick thin with no bust, I wouldn't recommend this dress. The lace is a very thick lace but pretty. It's white with some silver threads and the lining underneath is a nude color. It's beautiful fabric, I just wish the fit were cuter. I would consider buying it and having it altered but it's not worth a rental in my opinion.

I wore this to an awards ceremony where I needed to be pretty conservative but not die of a heat stroke. The look was perfect! The length was great too. Being 5'3" I usually have issues with maxis was this was just right. My one complaint would be about the attached slip that lines the dress. It is made of a much cheaper, scratchier material and thus rides up quite a bit and does not move as well with the dress as it should. If you are going to be pretty stationary this shouldn't be an issue but I did a lot of sitting-standing-sitting again so I ended up pulling it down throughout the night.

This is a very pretty elegant casual dress. For me I tied it pretty high up around my neck and it was perfect length for flats. I am between a 6 and 8 and the 6 fit perfectly. It is a great, classy summer dress that I am contemplating keeping!
