The fabric was sturdier than I thought it would be based on pictures from other RTR users. The color was unique. The dress was perfect for the event which was a little less dressy than cocktail attire. The dress did fit snugly through the hips and the larger size was still short enough to be fun. Size up if you're wide through the bottom like I am!

The fit was great- it was short enough but nothing too scandalous. The material is SUPER thick. I danced all night and was comfortable but I got sweaty and hot quickly. Also AZ wedding in June!

The fit is a bit small, I ordered two sizes up from my regular. I typically wear a 6, I wore the 8, and honestly could have worn the 10 too. The 10 would hAve fit more like a "frock" but the 8 gave me a bit more shape. The bottom is a bit small so keep in mind when ordering. Everyone loved the color and the sleeves, a very fun dress for a fun night!

The hemline on the smaller size dress was out and with just a quick pic and email I got store credit! I rented this for my high school graduation and it was perfect. loved it!!!

Rented this for a rehearsal dinner. Jazzed it up with a necklace and fun shoes. The dress fit like a glove and I would definitely rent it again. The color is probably a bit better for a fall event and the material is definitely too think for hot Texas, but I loved it!!

Overall, I loved this dress, and would rent it again. The only downside was that its length was a bit short (and I am not tall). Great sleeves - beautiful color. I wore it while pregnant, and it was flattering. I chose it because the description noted that it was forgiving in the midsection. It was, but the fabric did not have any give - fortunately, I ordered up a size. However, I don't know if that would be necessary for anyone without a belly.

The dress was classy and comfortable. I received so many compliments! I ended up wearing the size 2 instead of the size 4 because it was more flattering with the sleeve size.

I got the 6 and 8 in this dress. They both fit but I wanted a little more room so I went with the 8. The 6 was a pulling across my hips a little, with my tights on, and I just didn't like how it looked. It's a very flattering dress, I'm so happy I rented it!!

This is a really comfortable dress - especially if you are narrow through the hips and waist. Due to the big sleeves (which are really fun and unique!) it can make you look linebacker-ish if you tend to be broad already so be forewarned- but if you have a narrow profile it's super flattering- and if you want to accentuate your legs this is the dress for you. I originally paired it with nude cork peeptoe wedges- which I liked best, but as it was an afternoon wedding and evening reception and they weren't the most comfortable shoes I ended up wearing a tall black strappy platform for comfort reasons. The raspberry color of the dress is unique and fun and the fabric is very flattering- I loved this dress and got a ton of compliments on the cool sleeves! Went with a sparkly necklace and diamond earrings and kept my wrists bare and felt like that worked. Loved the dress and you can't beat the price!!! Highly recommend!

I loved this dress. I typically wear a 6 but heard it runs small so I sized up and got an 8 and a 10. The 8 fit but I liked the look of the 10 a little better. The necklace was a great addition and I highly recommend it. Looked great with nude heels. Perfect for a wedding in a butterfly garden. Highly recommend!! I would def size up at least 1 size, maybe 2.

Fits very true to size. It was maybe a little shorter than I expected. A great fit for an outdoor wedding, but it was a nice/thick fabric that could be dressed up for a slightly more formal occasion! Loved wearing it and got so many compliments. I thought the color was a little more plum that it looks in pics!

The dress is gorgeous, great color and I received a lot of compliments. I do think that the size I got was too small though. I think, that the material been more free flowing, the 14 would've fit perfect, but the material doesn't give AT ALL and the lining underneath kept getting stuck to me so I felt like my butt was showing the whole night because this dress is VERY SHORT for a tall person such as myself. If RTR had it in my size for the time frame I needed, I think it would've been perfect. I do want to thank RTR for this dress though because I used my birthday credits to rent this dress and a piece of jewelry and didn't spend a dime. All worth it. Just a tip: BOOK AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE!!

I usually wear a 6 but went for the 8 because others mentioned it was tight around the hips & waist (my problem area) so I went up a size. The 6 probably would have fit well but it was nice to have some room, as we were going to a 7 course dinner. Loved the sleeves, they didn't feel weird at all and the length was perfect - but I'm only 5'1, and I wore 2-inch nude heels.

I wore the 2 which was a little short but not too short that it was uncomfortable. The 0 would have been too short.

I had rented a different dress for my event. When it did not fit I panicked. I call RTR up to see if there was any way I could get another dress. They were so helpful and even suggested this dress for my event. They overnighted this dress to me, I was apprehensive about it because it was not my first choices but I trusted there stylist and I am so glad I did. It was so beautiful and flattering I did not want to give it back!! This dress made the night form me. I am so thankful for the help I received from RTR. It was the best customer service I have ever received! I would rent this dress again in a heartbeat!

This was my first RTR experience. I got a 6 and 8 (wore the 6) based on other reviews to size up but kind of wish I had gotten a 4 and 6. I felt at first the the 6 was slightly too big but after wearing it for a few minutes I decided it looked fine. Tad big at the hips, but I think the 4 may have been too short. The color was fantastic, and I didn't see anyone else wearing anything close to it at the wedding. Lots of compliments on the unique style of the dress. Matched it with the necklace in the model photo and I think it was perfect.

Loved this dress! I wore it to my cousins Bridal Shower, as the MOH. I am a usual size 4 in pants/shorts and vary between 6 & 8 in dresses. This dress appears to look like a loose fit throughout, but is not. It is tighter through the hips and butt. The size 6 fit me, but was too right for comfort in the hips and butt. The 8 fit perfect!

This dress runs very true to size. I am petite so I was worried about the dress being too loose but it is more fitted than what the picture leads you to believe. I wore this to a wedding and realized that it is a little difficult to sit down in for a longer period of time but it is well made and overall very comfortable!

This dress was great for a March rehearsal dinner. The materials is heavy so it was still warm, but the color and cut made it pre-spring appropriate. Definitely glad I sized up, the 10 skimmed my hips without being too baggy. Overall really glad I rented!

Based on other reviews I rented a 6 and an 8. The 6 fit well, but was definitely fitted through the hips. I was going for more of the shift-dress look as it appears on the model, so I went with the 8. It was comfortable and perfect for an early spring wedding in the Midwest, since the weather can be so unpredictable. The color is definitely more raspberry than maroon as it appears in some photographs. Paired beautifully with gold accessories. I received numerous compliments throughout the night.

I ordered a size up from what I typically wear but found the hips could have been taken in just a smidge if it was a dress I owned.

I rented this for date night with my husband in Atlantic City. From the minute I put the dress on I felt like a million bucks. I rented my regular size (8) and a size 6. The 6 fit ok but was a little snug in my butt/hips. The size 8 was much more comfortable. The dress hugged all the right places but still kept the shift shape. The dress was lined and fabric thick and it was the perfect length to show off my legs, but not too short where I had to worry about showing off other things. I also paired the dress with black tights, booties and a statement necklace. This is the type of dress that can be toned down for work or dressed up for a night out. I am renting this again, even if for another date night and am already looking to find where I can buy it because this is something I can put to good use!

I am so so so pleased with this dress! It was a great length and hugged me just enough to make me feel curvy and beautiful without being self-conscious. I received so many compliments all night! I cannot say enough about how gorgeous the color is either! The only thing was the slight tightness in the bust, but as a woman with larger breasts that was something I expected and was prepared for. Overall, this was the perfect dress for the occasion. In the words of a friend, "You look like a movie star!"

I rented a size up based on other reviews, but wish I would have stayed true to size because it would have flattered my figure a little bit more, the only reason I kept the larger size was because I was hosting a party and decided a little extra wiggle room would be beneficial, which it was! The color was rich and beautiful! The material isn't stretchy , but it is movable while dancing and moving around all night, it stayed pristine all evening. The dress was very comfortable and paired beautifully with a statement necklace and booties. Its a versatile dress that can be dressed up or kept casual. So many compliments on it all evening! I felt beautiful and would rent it again!

This was exactly what I was looking for. It ended up being colder than expected but with tights and boots it worked great as well. I found that it ran a touch small (I am normally between a 6 and 8 and definitely had to go with the 8) but the color and material of the dress were perfection.
