The shoulder pads sort of threw me off, but overall super comfy and professional looking.

The shoulder pads on this are subtle and add a little something extra. TTS in bust, waist, hips. Maybe slightly long for a petite gal but it still worked just fine!

Fit large especially in midriff. The pleating detail under the bust is pretty but results in extra fabric in the front belly area which I didn't love. I solved it by wearing a belt, which looked good. Otherwise it's very nice - good fabric, good weight, elegant, understated. Good for work.

I could have gone down one size as the waist was a little loose but it still worked!

A simple work dress.

I want to buy this one. Perfect for a work event. Thick material hides everything and rouching is perfect. The color is a deep wine and is very elegant on my light brown skin tone. Perfect fit for hourglass shapes and can be dressed up quite a bit for an evening function but works by day in the office as well and comfy!
