What a fun work dress! Loved this and found the cutouts really unique and interesting. The fit wasn’t the most flattering for my body type as it was a bit boxy, but I still loved it for its unique colors on the neck and sleeves and design.

Wore to daughter's senior game day in late fall.

Absolutely loved this dress. It was perfect for work events - classic navy look with such fun accents. Was perfect to transition to dinner out with clients.

This is just the right amount of curve hugging for work. I have a smaller waist and upper body than lower body, so it's tough to find dresses that are just right! It's not that stretchy, but it does have some forgiveness in the hips. Length is great. Definitely recommend for work!

A bit boxy around the middle, not sure why people said it ran small. It has a lining but it isn't too hot - was very comfortable walking around and wearing in the city on a summer day.

The embroidery on the collar and sleeves really makes this basic navy dress. Not too flashy but a really simple understated yet elegant dress. Great fit.

Wore this dress to my daughter's college graduation. Size 0 fit perfectly with plenty of breathing room. I was very comfortable the entire day. Fabric is nice and doesn't wrinkle. Love the navy color, and the bright pink and orange trim adds a fun touch. Would rent again for a special occasion, but dress would also be lovely for work in office setting.

Received so many compliments! Wore for a daytime work event with a wedge sandal and then again for a professional dinner with a heel. Dress was a big hit and a comfortable fit. More low cut than I anticipated, but still work appropriate.

It's deceptively conservative until you get to the neckline. I'm super busty but loved wearing this on vacation. A little loose through the hips but perfect for my birthday dinner in Hawaii!

This dress was perfect for a work trade show- tons of compliments. A GREAT fit with a slight curve at the waist and beautiful details on the sleeve and neck! Dress is true to size but runs a little short. I'm petite but I had to be careful bending down. I would absolutely rent this again.

Fit me perfectly. Comfortable with stretchy fabric. It shoulder my 34D cleavage, so I had to wear a bralette to make it work appropriate.

The fit was not skin tight, which was actually perfect for sitting down and standing up many times during the wedding, and I felt comfortable eating in it too. I didn't think about my body looking unflattering at all while wearing the dress. I am 5'-0" and the dress was not too long on me, which is so nice! The fabric was really nice and the neckline and sleeve detail made me feel like I stood out without being attention-grabby.

As a petite person I typically find Trina Turk to run big, and is the case with this BUT not as badly as some I've rented in the past and it wasn't so big I couldn't wear! It's a great summer workwear piece! Modest length, very comfortable.

Omg talk about adorable! I love the colors and the shapes going on. I got so many compliments on this dress and I felt so beautiful all day long. It was a bit loose, I think I could have gone a size down and gotten away with it. But I enjoyed the extra wiggle room and still felt it was quite flattering. I love this dress!

I felt comfortable wearing this to the office on a Friday but it is a bit low cut on me. Other than that, I am OBSESSED! Perfect boating dress or Sunday brunch by the water. Great quality and cute colors around the neck and on the sleeves.

I'd been eyeing this dress for a while. Love the neckline. I ended up wearing it with Rothy's for a casual WFH look. Great for zoom calls with the gorgeous neckline. Would have been a little too short for me in a conservative office.

Beautiful work shift; color is a true navy, high quality but lightweight material for spring/summer. Pop of color trim is stunning - received lots of compliments. Only little gripe...it's a little 'baggy', would have been 5 stars if a bit more fitted/flattering.

I loved this dress. I wore to a work for a board meeting. It was the perfect length, just above the knees. The sleeves were cap sleeves but weren't too long either. The last scallop in the neck could be a bit low if you have a larger check but wasn't a problem for Metz I received lots of compliments and will rent it again!

Loved the dress. Got a ton of compliments. Fit was perfect. BUT it was more low cut than I would have liked for my workplace. (I don't think I'm particularly modest either)

This dress really wasn't a show stopper, but I knew that when I ordered it. Definitely something to rent when you are feeling a bit simple and conservative. The material is light but swishes when you walk. The cut and detail on the neckline and sleeves have it just enough to be interesting. Probably won't rent again, but it's cute.
