Material is on the thicker side so I wouldn't recommend for hot weather. The v-neck is pretty low so I had to pin it (as shown in photo). Would rent again for work or everyday wear. Could probably dress it up for a night out also.

I love this blouse! The fabric has a lovely feel and drape. The neck has no buttons and would have revealed cleavage below my sternum had I not used a little double-stick fabric tape to close it a bit higher. I also used some tape to keep the collar from flopping over like lapels. The heft of the fabric that makes the hem and sleeves drape so beautifully works against this collar, but the tape did the trick. Since I was standing all day, I think it worked nicely.

Never ended up wearing because it would require something underneath and the shirt was too short.

Body was narrow compared to the sleeves. Very low cut, needs a cami.

Nice thick fabric. I wanted to love it, but the fit was odd. Tight in the armpits, loose in the shoulders and mid section, tight bottom seam.

It dipped entirely too low to be working for work as a stand alone, but it came stained so it was a double no.

Fit well, comfortable and not clingy. Great for a day into night look...

This is pretty low cut and I needed to wear a cami under for it to be work appropriate. Otherwise the quality and style was nice. It fit well. Pretty basic black shirt but paired nicely with bright colored pants.

Too Big.

I wore this shirt for 2 nights out and a work event. I loved the tie detail on the sleeves and the fabric was really nice. My only concern is it's very low cut. I had to use fashion tape to close the neckline a bit otherwise you would have been able to see everything! I wore it with skinny jeans, leather leggings and black pants. Very cute!

Sleeve details make it more interesting. I wore a tank underneath because it is a bit of a low neckline for work. One side of neck split kept falling over so it probably needed pressing but I didn't have a chance to do so. Great weight to fabric. I would wear again.

I usually wear a medium and got the small and it was plenty big. Very low cut in front so you may want a cami underneath. Sleeves are bell but not too big.

This is a really thick fabric, which you can't really tell from the photo or description. Cute sleeves. The neckline is really low, which I couldn't tell from the photo. You can see on the one I got where others had pinned it shut - it could be worn with a camisole or tank top too. I wish RTR had a way to really zoom in - seams and details are important.

Even with my small chest and lack of cleavage, the cut in this V-neck was still too deep for me to comfortably wear to work without a cami underneath. The sleeves are cute and the fabric feels really nice, but I ended up returning it without wearing it because I needed to swap out it out. If you're okay wearing a tank or cami underneath, then this is fine, but know that the V goes past your bra!

Great shirt that I really wanted to like but it ran a tad small and just didn't lay quite right on me.

I normally love Trina Turk tops but this one really missed the mark. It was comically large on me and completely shapeless. The ties on the sleeves looked like a mistake and I couldn't figure out how they were supposed to be styled. Would have to wear a cami underneath to be work appropriate as the front v went super low. Did not wear.

The shirt was cut extremely low - I would not recommend for work wear.

This top is rather bulky and doesn't have any shape. If you are trying to hide your body, this could be the top for you. For me, it felt like wearing a tent.

This top had a good weight but was tight across the back and the neckline is not pictured as being as open as it actually is (the bottom of the v-neck hit my belly button). Unfortunately, because of the awkward fit, I did not wear this.
