Rented this dress for an annual holiday work party. The dress is short--If you don't wear hosiery with it I imagine it would feel pretty breezy. Also, due to the sleeves; if you throw your arms up in the air dancing at your event be aware that the dress will ride up. I ordered the 2 and the 4--both seemed equally short. I wore the size 2 because the 4 had a bagginess to it in the midsection that I didn't like, and the sleeves on the 4 were longer than I cared for. In a nutshell: size down, wear some kind of tights and don't do the "YMCA" with wild reckless abandon. Great dress for a holiday party!

Wore this for a friend's spring Bachelorette Party, which was Lace and Glitter themed. Loved the flattering cut of the dress - and the length was perfect. However, I'm only 5'0" -- any taller and this would have been REALLY SHORT!! Got compliments the whole night. Highly recommended!

This dress was very comfortable and perfect for dancing! It is very short so I recommend wearing tights. The customer service I received from RTR was fantastic because my 2nd size wasn't in great condition. They quickly responded and were super helpful! Delivery was 1 day earlier too! I love RTR and will continue to rent!

This is a very pretty dress. It was VERY short on me and I'm only 5'3". I'm also 55 and I felt I needed something a little more suited for my age. It would have been perfect for my 28 year old daughter.

This dress was awesome! It was so comfortable and perfect for a night out. I wore it for a friend's birthday to a casino and club. The detail was pretty and the cut of the dress fit in all the right places. It was a bit short and I am a short girl, but that wasn't an issue since it was snug on the legs.

This was the 1st time I had rented from RTR & loved the overall experience. I rented this dress for a fun night out with friends in Dallas. The best part was that since I am from San Diego, I was able to have the dress sent to my friends house in Dallas! I paired this dress with a black jacket & just felt comfortable in the dress all night! Since this time I have rented from RTR for 7 different occasions & will continue to do so!

I wore this to Cornell Fashion Collective's annual runway show. I rented both the 10 and 12. The 10 fit, but I wore the 12 for the extra length, as I knew I would be on my feet all night. The elastic waist and the loose dolman sleeves made the dress comfortable, and I loved the gold shimmer. I got a ton of compliments and would recommend this dress to anyone!

I wore this for Valentine's day. I ordered the 8 as well but it was pretty loose up top. (story of my life) The six fit great, a little snug around the hips but had good stretch and my hips are big so I expected that. It was in good shape and super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this dress!

This was my first RTR experience and I expected the dress to have some wear and tear but it was in great shape, very comfy and everyone loved it. It was a little itchy but nothing horrible. I wish I could have kept it!

I rented this dress for NYE. It was for a 20's party, but I wanted a modern dress and 20's accessories. This dress worked great for that. The fit of this dress was just as described. If anything, it's slightly short (I'm a short girl and it was pretty short on me), but with tights it worked out perfectly. I'm a bigger gal but I liked how it made me look and it was incredibly comfortable. You should rent this dress!

Dress was very comfortable, elastic waist. pretty lace sleeves and v neckline. Short even on me at 5'2"...but wore with black tights and shoes and it looked good and festive

I rented the 2 and 4 and went with the 4 because the length was a little more appropriate. I wanted a sleeved dress and wore it with black tights and heels since winter in Chicago is cold. Now about this getup: the fit was perfect and was very forgiving to the waist area and the bust did not reveal too much cleavage (not that I even have much cleavage). The color was great, too, not too much or too little of the gold and fit with the "casino" theme of the party. I did have to push the sleeves up every now and then, but it wasn't annoying by any means. RTR also hooked up the mystery bling, which were Nicole Miller's Southern Plantation earrings, and I LOVED those, too! The after-party was at a nightclub and this dress was perfect for dancing the night away!

I wore this dress at a rehearsal dinner. It worked well with black tights. I read that it was short and it was, but with the tights it worked well. The fit on top is comfortable and loose. The lace is actually see through on the arms, which didn’t show well in the picture. The dress fit well and was fun to accessorize too!

This is a great dress for the holidays and the fall/winter season! It's comfortable and is great for showing off your legs. If you are tall, beware, because it might be a bit short on you. I wore it to my sorority semi-formal and got many compliments on it.

I usually wear between a 2-4 and opted for the 4 for this dress (because it was a little longer, I'm 5'8"). It's very comfortable, elastic waist, no difficult zippers.

It fit perfect, it was not too tight and perfect length.

I LOVED this dress! I wore the dress to a work gala and it was a little sexy but not too revealing for the occasion. However, I did feel the need to wear a cami underneath as to not show too much cleavage. I'm quite busty and this dress was comfortable and I was able to wear the bra I wanted to. I had my eye on this dress for awhile, and when I found an excuse to get dolled up the night before a big formal event that I was already renting for, I added it to my order as a second dress. I wore this to a high profile holiday party. It was beautiful in person and perfect for the event. The fit was forgiving with a stretchy waist and loose top but still really flattering. It is pretty short, even on my short legs! It was a winter, night time event so I paired it with opaque black tights and heels. I felt great and was comfortable all night, didn't want to send it back!

I received both a size 4 and 6 from RTR, and although the 4 fit fine, I was a bit skeptical about the length (as I had read via other reviews). At the end of the day, I just felt more comfortable with the length of the 6...but hey, that's just me. Regardless, I could not have been happier, as this turned out to be the perfect dress to dance the night away!

I absolutely loved this dress. I wore it for my sister's rehearsal dinner. I got the size 0 and 2. I probably could have worn either one of them, but the 0 fit a little bit better. It's short, so was perfect with black tights. The sleeves are a little long so I had to roll them up, but no big deal. I received so many compliments and it's the perfect dress for any occasion!

I wore this dress on my birthday. Both the 8 and the 6 fit (I'm usually an 8) but the 6 hugged my hips a little more which I liked since the top is so loose. It's definitely short and I probably wouldn't have felt comfortable if I hadn't worn black tights, but it was perfect for winter. Great for out to dinner (it stretches) and also a cute party dress. I loved this dress so much that I wore it two nights in a row and would definitely recommend it.

I rented this for Valentine's date night with my husband - I recently gained some weight (instead of the "freshman 15," I gained the "newlywed 15"), so I was looking for something that would be flattering. The dress runs a little large on the top - I got both the 4 and the 6, and while the 6 fit better on the bottom, it was pretty baggy on the top (and that's with 34Ds in a super-push-up bra). I ended up wearing the 4 with Spanx leggings on the bottom, and it was great! (I'm 5'2", and it hit above mid-thigh on me, so I definitely recommend tights or leggings if you want to sit down at all...)I wore it with heels the first part of the night, and then switched to flats later on, and felt fabulous both ways. With some edgy bronze earrings and a smoky eye, my husband literally couldn't take his eyes off me. I love this dress!

I ordered this for my work holiday party, and it was the perfect dress for the occasion! This was my 1st RTR order, and I was stressing out about if I selected the right dress, would it look good/fit etc. I ordered a 10 & 12. Both sizes fit, but I went w/ the 12 bc the skirt was a little longer. It had great stretch, perfect for dancing/sitting and I got TONS of compliments!

I was able to wear both the 6 and the 8. The 6 was a bit shorter and I wore it out to bars and the 8 I was able to wear to a nice dinner and felt a little more modest.

I was advised by a "stylist" for RTR to order my normal size (6) and one down (4) just in case. I ended up wearing the 6. The 4 was way short! Keep in mind the dress is short, but still classy. This was my first RTR experience and I most defiantly will be renting again! I even rented a pair of earrings that were equally as beautiful...compliments all night.

This was the perfect sexy, but not too sexy look that I was going for. It was easy to wear and was a little shorter than I normally wear, but I still felt classy. I wore the size 0. It looks like this dress was a used quite a bit and that is my only complaint. People were stopping me to take a full look because it was not your typical LBD. I liked that it was unique and my boyfriend loved it too :)

This was a great dress that I received lots of compliments on. I wore it out to a club and the sleeves were nice since it was a little chilly that night. I would not have felt comfortable wearing it bare legged but the black tights were a perfect addition. It's a fabulous winter dress! RTR you have a customer for life!!

This was my first time doing RTR and it was amazing! First off, the dress is great. It has just enough gold on it and was super comfortable all night. The dress runs a little bit big, so I ended up wearing the smaller of the two sizes I got. They both looked great though. It was a bit short, but it was okay since it was January in New York and I was planning on wearing opaque tights anyway. The neckline laid perfectly for me, it was just enough classy cleavage. lol The sides of the top were a little too blousy, but I didn't notice until I saw pictures of myself. And the bottom is more fitted that the top, but still has comfort and stretch. I got a bunch of compliments throughout the night on the dress and the awesome earrings I got from Mystery Bling! So all that, coupled with the adorable little fashion helpers they send to you with you order, made RTR a fantastic experience for me. I can't wait to do it again for my next event!
