I loved this so much I bought it. It's a cute retro style dress with pockets. The plaid is several colours, black, green, blue, and red so it lends itself to several pairings of tights and accessories. It fits true to size.

Shorter than anticipated - for work it was great with high rise pants.

This dress is more flattering than it looks in pictures. The collar shows off your collar bone structure and I like the colors in the plaid, which include a limey green and teal-ish blue in addition to the more traditional navy and rust. This is not a fitted dress in the waist but still hangs nicely on curvy types. I like the front pockets. Overall a fun and comfortable work dress.

Such a great retro shift! It's flattering and comfortable with helpful pockets. It's generously cut but not big, and the fabric has a little stretch. It hides flaws very well!

I really like this dress. Not the best picture of it though. It is very comfortable and super cute. It is quite short so I would probably only wear it with tights. It was perfect for winter walk and too hot office between the material and the short sleeves. I will definitely rent this again.

This dress is going on my 'Go-To' list. It's stylish without being over the top. Is comfortable without being frumpy. It's perfect for desk to drinks. I simply adore it.

My husband picked this one out and I rented it through my unlimited subscription. I LOVED it. I wore it on a cool fall day with some brown tights and brown boots. The body is loose fitted and the collar is unique. There is some details on the back of the neck, but you could not see that on me since I wore my hair down. My only issue were that the sleeves were a little more fitted than I like, but my arms might just be a bit bigger than average (I'm going to claim that is muscle - though that may be untrue). It is also a wee bit short on me, but I am 5'11" so this is not unusual. I still felt professional enough for my casual office. Might have to try more from this designer.

Wore this for a daytime work event. I wore the size 2 and it worked nicely. I bet I could have worn a 0 but I was happy with the 2. It gave a nice touch of room all around without looking big on me. Would highly recommend for professional settings! I received many compliments.

I really love this dress. I wasn't sure I would when I ordered it on Unlimited for a fall work option. The fit is amazing, good shape from also forgiving we're need be. The fabric is really nice and soft. And the slip underneath has the pretty lace on the bottom. There is a super cute little detail on the back of the collar too! And the pockets! This dress over delivers. Still deciding if I should just buy it. Expensive, but probably worth it!

The 2 was cute as a loose dress (I normally wear a 0). The fabric breathes and doesn't wrinkle during the day, but by far the best detail on this dress is the ribbon on the back collar. Loved this rental!

I think this actually looks a little better in person than in the photo. The fabric has a number of different colored threads through it much more teal then you can see here, I think next time I might wear teal or mustard colored tights. As you can see it’s fairly Boxy but I think the neck the neckline is flattering. The quality of the construction was excellent, high-end. The dress is fully lined and nicely constructed. I am 5 foot eight, so as folk say it’s a little bit short for work but OK with tights. Might be too tight across the chest for larger busted gals.

The shape is flattering, fabric stretchy, good length. Short sleeves but adding a cardigan didn't look great with the shape of the collar.

I rented, loved, and reviewed this dress in a more flamboyant plaid and more form-fitting size. This version of the dress (Trina Turk has a number of them), is in a more sober, menswear-inspired plaid, and is long enough to wear to my office when pandemic telecommuting is done. The portrait collar is a fun touch. Wearing constantly.

This dress is incredible. Fit true to size, skimming in all the right places but not clinging. The fabric is heavy and thick with a true slip lining. The neckline, especially for my short haired girls is a VIBE you have to own but it's so fun. Compliment after compliment! RENT THIS.

I would do a size larger next time as I have fuller hips. It has an inner lining that kept getting caught up and a larger size would address this. It is also on the shorter side.

Wore this dress three times and lots of compliments. I am a 0/2 and 0 was perfect. Much more flattering on me than on the model. Cool retro vibe with the color and the brown plaid. Love the little stripe at the back neck. Super comfortable to wear all day but not so boxy that it's shapeless.

This dress was outstanding. The fit for my figure which is broad and top heavy was perfect. I felt very confident and comfortable all day long in the dress. It is business casual , yet could easily be business professional with a heel and stylish jewelry.

I like pairing conservative clothes with lingerie and fierce stiletto heels. This Mad Men-style dress looks great with shiny, patent leather red ones.

This is a great dress. I received so many compliments and felt great wearing it. I wore a size 4 (straddle between 2/4) and happy I went with the larger size! I have a feeling it would've been a little tight on the shoulders otherwise. Would definitely rent again!
