Loved how playful yet professional this shirt is. Good structured material - it was a snug fit but still looked good. I'd purchase it if I could afford it!

This is actually more of a sleeveless shirt, with a very large embellished collar.

The fit on this was a little wonky on me but still liked it very much. The bust was a little loose but a smaller size would have been too snug around the middle. Very pretty cape -like top. Heavy material that doesn't breathe much. A simple pretty staple. I'd keep it if it wasn't too heavy/warm.

Plenty of room in the arms and shoulders, but overall it was a bit shorter than I thought it would be. It’s 100% polyester so the fabric is definitely not breathable.

Navy shirt perfect for casual days at the office. It was an overall ordinary shirt , border line matronly with the exception of the little trim that ran across the yoke and over the sleeves. Although it fit perfectly it was too plain. I found it strange that I didn't receive one compliment on this blouse which is unusual for RTR clothes.

This top was adorable ,I'll rent it again. Just don't make the mistake I did and get deodorant marks on it when you put it on.

Loved this shirt for work. I probably could have used a medium because I felt a little boobalicious in this for the office, but it was a lot of fun and took zero effort to style. Would rent again in a size up. No stretch.

This is a simple but classy blouse. Loved the look and the fit was spot on for someone who normally wears a size 12.

Boxy fit so there isn't much shape to my waist but the top layer give the shirt depth.

This top is a beautiful, rich navy. The pom pom details are cute, but they are showing their wear. A few of the ones on my rental are fraying, but not too bad. The material is thick, so it would probably lend itself better to a spring or fall top as it would probably be too heavy on a humid summer day. You might want to be cautious if you have a large bust as the front is quite low cut.

Got this just to wear to work. Have a pretty lax office so I dressed it down with some jeans and booties. Was true to size with it only a little tighter in the busy because I'm just buxomly. But very cute and perfect for everyday.

Fit true to size but doesn't have any stretch. It was slim and flattering in the waist. The poncho detail was very cute and was completely appropriate for work. I wore with white pants.

I love Trina Turk but this was just ok. It fit great and it was obviously well made but it didn't wow me. It was good for work but didn't stand out and is the first RTR pieces out of dozens that someone hasn't complimented. (I know how that sounds but you get what I'm saying)

This top is great - transitions easily from work to happy hour. The medium fits nicely, although tall girls should know that the length isn't anything to write home about (ideal height for this shirt is probably 5'6") and the seam under the arms is a bit tight. Overall, lovely item though.

I adore this top, both in color (a true navy), fit, and style. I wore it with white shorts for a preppy casual look and with cropped slacks for work. Just enough flair to stand out while still going with just about anything. Very comfortable all day.

Really liked this! Great quality fabric, length, cut & easy to match - I paired with white jeans and brown chunky heels. The top overlay is so cute - I was worried about the balls being worn and frayed but it was in good shape. Would probably buy if it was cheaper!

This top was gorgeous and a perfect fit BUT you could tell it's been worn a million times and had this lingering body odor stench that I don't think could even be cleaned out at this point. Unfortunate because it was a great pick otherwise.

The pompoms are subtle enough not to be silly and the cape effect is very cute, but alas I just couldn't find a way to make it look exciting. Went back.

I wanted to love this shirt, but it was much to tight around the midsection to wear.

It looked cute on, fitted but not too tight. But I don't work, so really had nowhere to wear it. It was cute but too dressy to wear on errands and not dressy enough for a night out. If you have an office job, this is a great pick!
