It is very difficult for me to find a blouse I love, but this one comes pretty close. Gorgeous fabric, pretty deep green color, conservative enough for work, but could easily be converted to a date night top.

Great top for the workplace. Also works well going out after. The v neck is appropriate. The bell sleeves are fun! There is some room in the fit so go with your usual size.

Cute and comfortable blouse, the reviews said it was boxy so I went for the small and it fit great. I'm usually either a small or medium in tops.

Usually wear a medium but read the reviews and rented a small. It was perfect! I love the forest green color of this blouse. The fabric looks and feels expensive. The quarter length sleeves add a bit of uniqueness.

Great everyday top. Heavy fabric flows nicely and the shade of green is gorgeous. Because the style is more boxy and I am between sizes M-L, I ordered the size M for a less boxy fit. I am usually a size 10 in RTR tops (5'8", 155 lbs, 36C). I was happy to see that it fit despite my C-cup chest. The only downside of ordering the smaller size is that the movement of my arms was bit limited where the bell sleeves start.

Love the color and material. The bottom is a little snug as I'm pretty "hippy". But overall still a great top for fall!!

Can be dressed up for work or down for a more casual look. For an athletic/more muscular frame, it'll be larger in the waist and a bit tight in the arms where the bell sleeve begins. Preferred a French tuck to keep it from looking too boxy. I had to adjust/pull the arms down throughout the day. I think sizing up would look nice for a more flowy look. Loved the dark green color and high quality fabric. Would be 5 stars if it had a little stretch to it.

I ordered a few shirts for work as part as my unlimited membership and this was one of them. It is a bit boxy and I have a large chest so sizing down wouldn't have worked in that area. There's not much give. It's a beautiful color of green though, very comfortable, and the sleeves are fun.

This top is very structured and flattering, great with high waisted pants. It's more emerald green than it looks in the online picture. Runs large so size down -- would look boxy if it's too big.

Loved this shirt! Slightly regret not keeping it. I sized down to an xs and I'm glad I did. Small would have definitely been too large. I'm 5'2", 121 lbs and run between an xs and small. Fit and cut were perfect. A little short and boxy, but great with jeans or slacks. I wore for work with black slacks and also with jeans and flats while on vacation and both worked well.

Pros: the color- got a lot of compliments on it; can be dressed up or down; is elegant and cut well so that it can be worn either tucked or untucked and still looks great either way Cons: a bit low-cut (I wore it once without a cami and once with one) I wore this 3 times styled 3 completely different ways. 1) To work: with tan wool pants and a black vest 2) To a wine tasting event and dinner: with a black leather mini skirt, black tights, a long, fun tassle necklace and black suede booties and 3) To a friend's birthday lunch: with a patterned black/tan chevron mini skirt, tights, black vest and booties. Overall, this is a winner; you can't go wrong!

This is such a nice shirt. Beautiful color, nice cut and fabric. The v-neck is low enough to be flattering but not too low. The sleeves are a good length - they won't drag in everything if you are at a party. I was really tempted to buy it, but it is getting toward the end of winter, and I'm not sure how many more times I could wear it.

Size down if in between sizes. Was afraid it would be too low cut for work, but was just fine. Loved the green color and fun sleeves. Was easy to pair and looked cute for work!

I loved this shirt and wore it often. The fit was fun, and the V is not too deep (I did not need a shirt underneath).
