You can't tell from pictures, but this is more of a cape. The arms are free! I just loved this dress. It was perfect for a 95-degree Father's Day brunch. It runs a tad large, so size down.

Pros: stunning color, great for a full bust, not too short. Cons: When I received the dress there was a small tear on the front. I contacted RTR and they were good about sending me a replacement. Great customer service!

I usually wear a 12 for my bust and that is usually a squeeze. This dress was a perfect fit it wasn't too tight across the chest. I loved the sleeves on this dress.

This dress was so comfortable! I wore this for a daytime October wedding. I love that I can wear it with a regular bra & keep up with 3 children without any wardrobe malfunctions! The color is vibrant! The sleeves are to die for! I received numerous compliments & would rent this again

This dress is a bit big, I run between a 12 and 14 depending on the chest room and this has plenty. I am going to keep it for the occasion as it will look great in photographs and the dinner where I plan to wear it is not something where I want to look sexy. Appropriate is the word and this dress will do nicely.

Great dress. Loved the sleeves for extra flare. I normally wear an 8, but wore the 10 for a little extra breathing room (I'm on the busty side).

I ordered the dress in a size 8 and 10. The size 10 was a bit loose on the top but besides that it gave me a nice loose fitting look hiding the stomach area but I went with the size 8 because I wanted a more fitted look. It hugged all the right areas. At first I was a bit worried about my stomach area wearing the more fitted one but It was fine.

It fit really nicely. It looks like it has sleeves but kind of is actually sleeveless, so it was perfect for walking to work on a super hot day but still looking professional once at the office. Probably would be weird to have to wear with a jacket over it.

Great fit, and color. Was a tad short on the dance floor but nothing you can't handle! I did wear spanks with it for extra coverage.

OBSESSED WITH THIS DRESS!!! I love the color and the sleeves are such a fun detail! This fits very true to size and I wore my typical size, size 10. I would recommend getting a size down for your back-up. There's comfortable room at the bust and can be worn by any cup size - a standard bra can also be worn with this dress! It is not fitted at the waist and the stretchy fabric allows for comfortable room throughout the midsection. It is a little fitted at the hips, but there is enough stretch that it's not too tight. This was about mid-thigh on me, but will be shorter if you're tall as I am only 5'2" Pair this with nude or black wedges for a fun summer look!

Wore this to an event that was business attire / a step below cocktail. Loved it! The 12 was too snug in my mid section but fit perfectly on top but the 14 was a little big in the bust and shoulders. Wore the 14 because I don't like dresses to hug me. I'd wear this again. The color and cut of this dress make it unique and turn heads.

Rented this for my friends outdoor wedding on the beach. I loved the color, but the fit was a little tight and a little short on me (I'm 5'8"). Overall a really nice dress and beautiful color.

Loved this caplet party dress. Flattering with a gorgeous saturated purple. Covered up trouble spots (arms and tummy) and wasn't too short. Nice lining to boot that smooths everything out.

I really liked the color and the cap sleeves (which is the reason for renting this dress - they are fun and unique!). I took one star away for the fabric, which is less luxurious than other dresses I've rented from RTR. Length worked well (I'm 5'4). The dress ran slightly on the big side. I'm often a size 6 and rarely a size 4. But in this dress, I was a size 4 with a perfect fit still with plenty of room to breathe. If you are in between two sizes, I suggest ordering the smaller one.

This was sent as a backup dress since my original dress wasn't available. Turns out I was happy it was, I didn't like the way it looked on the hanger, or after I first tried it on but after I tried it on a couple of days later I loved it for whatever reason (maybe because I was out of options lol). But the weather turned out to be chilly and rainy on the day of the wedding so this was a better outfit than the warm-weather appropriate dress I'd originally ordered. Not to mention, as my first post-baby outing, this made me feel more comfortable and I received tons of compliments which is always a good bonus :).

What more could you want? It's a little short for the taller ladies, but nearly as bad as the picture on the model makes it appear. It's comfortable, airy, and generally just a fun number. Would rent again!

it is great for curves. It doesn't hug your curves, but is STILL flattering unlike most shift dresses. You can see your bra under the sleeves if the bra is cut too high, so wear something low profile. I received so many compliments and lots of people even said i should be "holding court like Princess kate." I'll take it!

This dress is amazing! It does wonders for your body, especially if you are looking to cover imperfections. In combination with the deep V neck line, the cape looking sleeves make you feel like a Greek goddess but they are not overdone or overwhelming. The only thing is that the fabric is a bit heavy so I would avoid wearing it on really hot evenings. If you are looking to rock a night out in the city I highly recommend.

I am 5'6", 130lbs, 32DD, usually wear 2. Rented size 2. Fit comfortably. Not too tight, not too loose. Hit above the knee but not too short for work. I got so many compliments about the rich purple/blue color, the fit and the mini capes. I felt really good in the dress! Definitely recommend!

It was great for my pear shaped body. I am a little extra curvy after having my daughter. This dress hid everything and the sleeves were nice to hide my arms.

Dress came in a day late but it's ok since I had enough time before the event (rented it for 8 days). It was very comfortable to wear (i.e. eat a lot and your belly will not show). Loved the sleeves, will make you feel very feminine and regal! Right length for me..I'm 5'6" and it fell 2 inches above my knee. Just the right pop of color for a Spring social cocktail event...

I ordered a size smaller than my usual 2. The 0 fit perfectly; not too tight and not too short either. The sleeves looked a little bulky in pictures, but i loved the way it looked in person.

This dress has the most beautiful color! The cape sleeves are a lot of fun. Normally I wear a 10 but I've learned that sizing up with RTR works best for me. The dress fit well even though it seemed a bit wide in profile pictures but still very pretty and fun. I'll be trying more Trina Turk garments since I enjoyed wearing this one. I got a lot of compliments on it at the wedding!

I am 5'4" athletic build and chesty. The 10 was just right but I was worried about trying to dance and move. The 12 was better but too big in the top. It worked but not my favorite.

This dress is to die for! I wore this dress to a bridal shower. It was appropriate and can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. Pros: Great vibrant color , does not ride up, the sleeves were the best part! Cons: I choose to wear a 4 because size 2 was not available. The dress was a little loose but not too much. Would definitely wear it again. Possibly a size 2 for a tighter fit.

Fit is perfect size 6 and the length is very good even for tall ladies.

I loved that this dress had covered shoulders for the ceremony, especially not know how conservative the church was beforehand this dress gave me peace of mind. It fit true to size and was longer on me than pictured. Great color as well!
