This Trina Turk was perfect for hosting a bridal shower! And can you go wrong with a dress that has pockets? This is a beautiful dress that is extremely comfortable.

Loved the dress, especially the pockets. It runs big. I rented an 8 and 6 and went with the 6. I am nursing and my boobs are a D right now and there was still a little room in there. Also being short I always deal with dresses being too long and this one was just right.

I wore this dress for a June wedding and it as perfect! I liked the shape and the way it fit me. The fabric was beautiful and the colors were great! I highly recommend this dress!

I rented this as a back up for a wedding. So happy that I did. This is a stunning dress. The fit was perfect. It was just a little snug in the hips, but only when sitting.

This dress has POCKETS! Loved every inch of it! It's kind of like a sack dress, it was very comfortable while still looking amazing. The size 4 was too big, but the 2 was perfect. I wore spanx underneath but honestly didn't need them due to the fit of the dress- it's not tight.

Wore this to New Year's Day dinner at 7.5 months pregnant. I usually wear a 4 or 6, wore an 8 in this dress to accommodate the bump. The 6 would have fit as the dress has plenty of room in the stomach area but was slightly tight around hips. The 8 was more flattering overall. Pretty colors and nice sheen. Would rent again when not pregnant!

This dress is lovely and easy. The fabric is a navy/orange color and is fairly heavy. Very comfortable and forgiving for a dinner or sitting all evening. Perfect for the fall or early winter!

This dress fits true to size. The neckline and cut of the top was very flattering, and the middle and bottom is very straight (like a sheath fit). The colors online are true to life, and the finish has a pretty sheen that makes it a bit more dressy.

I wore this to a wedding in Connecticut in mid-September. The colors are perfect for a fall wedding. The cut was pretty flattering, but the neck/shoulder area was a bit tight and restrictive. I did not size up due to the more boxy structure of the mid to bottom of the dress. If I would have sized up it would have looked odd. Beautiful dress, but definitely order two sizes especially if you're planning on dancing at a wedding and being comfy.

The top fit and the bottom fit were very different. The top fit true to size (i.e. not to tight across the chest and the no extra room around the arm pits). However, the bottom had an extremely loose fit with what I felt was too much extra fabric. I understand it's not supposed to be a form fitting dress, but I probably would have gone a size down to reduce the amount of extra fabric around the stomach and leg area. Otherwise, I got lots of complements and it was very comfortable!

I usually wear a 4 or 6 but some how I wiggled me and my 7 month belly into a 2. So it does run a little large. However, it was a little tight around the thighs and I had some trouble getting in and out of the car and sitting down. Overall though I was very comfortable and felt pretty. I love the neckline so much. Rented this through the Georgetown store and had a wonderful experience at my appointment.

So you might notice that the neckline on this dress is different than the image. For some reason the dress that RTR had in the storefront wasn't exactly available online. That said, the pattern and fabric is gorgeous for a fall wedding. The burnt orange pops against the navy and the sheen on the fabric is just enough. Be aware that the fabric has NO GIVE, so the pencil of the skirt can be a bit snug when seated. I'd totally recommend this to a friend - I got compliments all night!

I loved the material and pattern of this dress, and the cut of the neck. Unfortunately, while the dress fit in most places, there is so much material in the stomach area that it made me look like I was six months pregnant. I literally could have fit a soccer ball in there.

Roomy, yet looked fitted. Difficult to find a bra to work with halter style.

This dress was true to size (I wear a 14 reg), and just as pretty in person. It was cool and comfortable and it has pockets!

I wanted a fun dress for a summer wedding that was not a bright color....the venue was an antique shop in Chicago so kind of moody and dark and this dress fit right along with the romance. I'm a true 12 and the dress fit perfectly, very flattering neckline, I wore bright corally/pink lipstick to play up the vibrant colors. It was a little tight around the hips when I was sitting so I just chose to be on the dance floor instead : )

Super comfy without looking like a tent. Not too long, even though I'm 5'2. I loved this dress.

I rented this dress when I found out I would be 8 weeks pregnant at an engagement party. I knew I wouldn't be showing but I knew I probably wouldn't be feeling my thinnest and would need a dress that could conceal the bloat and not have to worry. Usually dresses this style end up looking like a potato sack on my petite frame, but this one is cut so expertly - it's absolutely stunning. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that even with my bloat and probably 5 pounds over normal weight, I still fit into the smaller of the two sizes I ordered. It was a much needed confidence boost! Like I said - Who doesn't love a dress that runs large? ;) I seriously want to buy it. Just so flattering.

I rented this dress for a first date. I wanted something classy,beautiful, not too sexy. This dress is amazing. So amazing I think I might buy it. It was super comfortable and not too baggy. I am usually a size 4 but wore the size 2 perfectly. For size comparisons I am 5'9 32DD size 27 in jeans.

Fits true to photo (I will post once I get to wear it out!!). So comfortable, loose but not baggy. Wear with a great strapless bra and cute heels... a fun earring/bracelet to complete! Dress can be dressed down or dolled up which is the perfect piece if you're traveling. Material looks and feels gorgeous... has look of expensive brocade without too much weight/bulk. I am contemplating owning this dress!

I took advantage of the $20.16 for New Year's Eve special that RTR was offering. Even though I was going to a casual party, I couldn't pass it up! Unfortunately I had to dress this beautiful dress down with black tights and a sweater so I wouldn't look too over the top. I think that the dress fits large because even though it has no stretch, the size 10 fit me on top, which is often an issue for me because I am busty (36DDD). I am typically a 10 on the bottom, and that fit fine. The 12 was really large for me. The colors were unusual in a pretty way, and the neckline was unique. Worn with a strapless bra.

This dress was a lovely pick for a rehearsal dinner on the beach in November! The colors are stunning, the fit was comfortable. I have an hourglass shape, and the top was just slightly large compared to the fit in the hips (just right). You can wear a strapless bras with it, but if the top fits large it will show under the arm holes. While this dress was wonderful, I am glad I had two dresses as this one was hard to bend over in, which is important with a toddler running around and dropping things!

I usually wear between a size 6 and 8 depending on the fit and the size 8 worked so I had plenty of room to move. Wore it with sheer black tights and heels for a formal fall wedding. The fabric color and pattern were beautiful but a little darker than pictured. Pockets in the dress were a plus! Trying on at the store was an added benefit before ordering the final size. I would definitely rent again, but wish the stores had a bigger selection to try on before making a final decision on what to get. This was literally the only dress that worked for my style and size when I went to try on dresses at the store. I also loved how convenient the garment bag the dresses came in was, I wish I could have one for myself!

The only thing that I did not love was that it flares out a bit at the hips by the pockets. It made for a roomier fit, but I think it would have been more slenderizing if the dress fell straight down instead of slightly flaring out. Otherwise great!

Great heavy fabric and design, fits try to size

This dress is darling, but I'm tall and broad and the shift style tends to be a little sack like on me. I also have larger arms and the cut at the top wasn't that flattering. I think it would have been better suited for a more petite frame . That being said. The dress was beautiful. It has pockets and it was wonderfully comfortable. Just not the right look for my top heaviness. I also don't wear sleeveless items for the same reason.

I had a baby 6 weeks ago so I'm a bit unsure of what size I am. The dress fit great in the shoulders/chest however it was huge around my stomach and too tight in hips/booty. The material does not stretch at all.

I had to go with the size 12 because the 10 was too tight on the hips. However, the size 12 was too big under the arms and it was a lot longer than I anticipated.

Beautiful design IF you are super thin and tall. I felt like I was wearing a very luxurious potato sack. Dress is gorgeous, so that is why I made the irrational choice. Probably great for pregnant ladies!

While the dress is beautiful- and I LOVE shift dresses- the fabric is not flowy and fit me similar to a potato sack. I'm straight up and down- so it would look better on someone with some curves to fill the bottom portion of the dress out. Ended up returning this one.

The trouble with this dress is the no stretch and a criss-cross neck combo. If you sit down, it will strangle you. If you bend over, it will strangle you. It also wasn't a good match for my curvy bottom.

The fit was awful! Totally not flattering at all. It fit everywhere except the waist area where it was poofed out. Wish it worked, loved the print.

The overall fit was too large for my shape. The material is very thick and entirely too boxy so I could not even belt it to try save it. The top of the dress was larger than the bottom and the cross in front just ended up laying awkwardly against my chest. I did not end up wearing this for my event.
