Wore to work so sized up. Would have done small for going out/date

The dress was surprisingly quite flattering. I paired it with a Zara blazer, but it looked just as good on its own. On me, the sleeves (or lackthereof) were much more narrow than on the model, so I was showing a bit more shoulder than anticipated. Overall, this was a dress I could see in my closet.

Very comfortable and stretchy dress by Tart Collections. Running true to size, we recommend sizing up for backup. Something I love about this style is how form fitting and flattering it was. The thick material will definitely help to suck everything in. Can definitely be worn to go out with friends or can be worn to work if paired with a blazer. I would definitely recommend it for all body types.

Fitted and comfortable fabric with give, but not too tight. Wore this for work and loved everything about it. Going to be hard to give back! Sizing was true. If you have a smaller bust, size down.

This dress was SUPER comfy, it added a little flare with a pattern instead of just a black dress. It got the job done.

This dress was cute but a little too va va voom for work. It had a habit of shimmying up as I walked. Maybe this is better for straight bodies.

The medium in this dress fit great from the ribs down, it was so flattering. The V neck hit just right to show a little curvature without being too revealing for the office. But, the armholes were way too big. I wore it with a fitted black denim jacket and tights and flats, but the arms would've been too wide to wear it in warm weather without a cami or something underneath

True to size, this dress looks and feels pretty good! The black seam/piping is actually leather, giving a little more luxe appeal to the garment. The material isn't too suction-ish, but enough to make you feel supported. The zipper on my particular dress hated me at the midpoint. I negotiated with the zipper & we worked it out in the end.

This dress is made of very comfortable material. Great for a comfortable but dressy office dress. The arm holes/arm pit area was WAY too big and gaped open on me though. I had to pair it with a cardigan to hide the arm area. Not my favorite but not terrible either.

Ordered this for work and I LOVE it. My only complaint is I have D cup boobs and the small was still loose on top. I had to wear fashion tape and a necklace to cover the cleavage, so it was work appropriate.

I felt that this dress was almost too tight for work but I really liked it. The material is stretchy, which made it very comfortable. I said it runs large because at 5'6 I do not consider myself extra small but this dress fit me perfectly. I loved the pattern but I thought the leather pipping was a little weird. But I was the first one to rent this dress so it was brand new! Overall a good rental.

Love this dress! It is versatile, in that I can wear it to work, a date, a cocktail party etc. I wore to work with a blazer and modest heels, with booties out to dinner with my husband, and super high chunky heels and big earring to cocktail party. It is stretchy, so it worked for my curves.

Great for a curvy woman with a skinnier waist. Fabric was a bit stretchy. It was form fitting without being too tight.

Great dress! Fabric is great. I didn't even feel the need to wear spanx under the dress. Very fitted but the fabric is a nice weight that holds everything where it needs to. Would definitely rent again.

Loved this much more than I expected. So flattering and comfortable! My only issue is the usual issue, it feels a touch shirt for my height and for work, but the waist wasn't too high as it often is. New with tags which always helps.

I️ absolutely loved this dress. Paired with a cardigan and tights, it was work appropriate. I️ do think that I️ would get a small if wearing it for a non-work event as it was quite a bit loose.

Overall, I really enjoyed this rental for an anniversary date night. I thought it was solely black, grey, and white, but when it arrived, there were slate blue stripes, as well, which I liked a lot. The fabric was thick and comfortable. I wore the large just to have a little wiggle room. The longer hemline offset the V-neck, so it was a balance of classy and sexy. The only issues with fit were the sleeves. The arm holes were large, as others mentioned, and the "straps" fell a little awkwardly on my shoulders. I ended up wearing a longer black sweater to cover this. Although this wasn't my favorite dress of all time, it was a fun and flirty rental for a date night!

Wore this to the office with a jacket and then for a happy hour without. Very comfy, nice stretchy and thick fabric. Knee length on a 5'4". The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of the zipper-it would get stuck a little every time at the seam in the waist area.

The fit on this dress not what I expected and the material could have been better

I am short, so the armholes were too large and the V-neck was too low. It fit very nicely around the hips and waist. The length was perfect and work appropriate.

I didn't end up wearing this dress for the wedding I had. The zipper was very difficult and kept getting stuck. The large was too big and medium was very snug. My biggest complaint was the cut of the arms- the large made the straps too long and arm holes too wide and the medium was too tight so your arm fat stuck out. I'm not sure why people would rent this for a work event- it's definitely too form fitting to be appropriate for work.
