I'm 'average' bust size at 36C and this dress made me feel and look like a million bucks. I weigh 145 and am 5'7" and the size 10 was perfect. Wouldn't change a thing.

The fit was so flattering! I loved how this dress made my waist look so tiny! It was low cut without being too low, and I wore a regular bra which is always nice. There's a bunch of layers under the skirt so it is quite poofy. Lots of complements all night- which is quite common when you get a dress from RTR ;)

I'm 5'8" and I loved the length! It was comfortable and the pockets were a definite plus! I would without a doubt rent it again!

The dress was true to size although the upper rib cage was snug. The color is beautiful and the rich dark purple roses reflect the lighting stunningly. The quality of the dress was also very nice with s small amount of tull that made the dress fun to dance in. I was complimented on the dress all night long and would definitely rent again!

This dress manages to be classic without being black. Not wildly sexy but definitely subtly sexy; it's got a fantastic plunging neckline that is extremely flattering. I wore no bra- it would take some special design to be invisible in front (the back of the dress is fairly covered-up.) A girl with a bigger chest than mine could wear this; I had a little room to spare up top. There's no corset in this one. Short zipper was easy to get up. Lovely tea length shows the shoes (I wore something black and complicated...pic shows shoes in dressing room.) It looked great in pictures. The fabric has a beautiful sheen and some substance to it; there's netting underneath to give it body. So, not a flowy dress. Easy to move, dance, sit, and eat dinner! Wore a size 2, which is my usual size for formalwear. (I'm a 0-2 in casual clothes.)

This dress was perfect. I needed it to cover my knees, since I have psoriasis. It had to hide my tummy, since I still have a baby pooch, and I didn't want to get asked if I'm pregnant again. I also had to be able to breastfeed in it, since my baby is still nursing. This dress met all those requirements and everyone kept saying how gorgeous the dress was. The only downside was that my strapless bra did not not work with it, so I had to go braless. This made the bust area not as form fitting, but it still worked.

I rented this dress for an evening wedding - it was so perfect! I was afraid it was going to be too long in my 5'3" frame, but once I added heels it was totally fine. The skirt has some tulle under it to fluff it out, which made it extra great for dancing. The only to be careful of is the chest - once I tried to zip it up I realized I couldn't wear a normal strapless bra with it; the top is very tight across the chest. I would size up if you're bustier. I wore a Nubra instead and it worked out fine, but it was definitely tight.

I loved this dress so much I ended up buying it. I received so many compliments all night. It has a great waistline, higher than the actual waist so you can eat all evening without changing the fit. The material is thick and luxurious and the color is gorgeous. Stunning dress.

I wore this to a Valentine's Day wedding. It is a gorgeous and unique fabric. It fit perfectly (I think it's the 3rd or 4th Tracy Reese dress I've rented--I love her dresses!). I felt beautiful and sexy and elegant all at the same time. Great for dancing in!

The dress got lots of compliments. At 5'0, it was a little hard to find a dress that suits my body type but the tea length dresses I tried on were perfect! The skirt is fun to lift and shuffle while dancing and plunging neckline is not too revealing but it is sexy. The color is very rich and stands out so not much was needed other than simple earrings and simple pair of heels. The dress is the statement. Loved it and will keep renting for future events.

The dress fit my chest (34DDD) perfectly. I was able to wear a strapless bra and was never afraid that anything would fall out. The pockets were roomy and hid everything I needed to bring with me. The dress was comfortable around the rib cage and the fluffy skirt meant that no spanx were necessary.

This dress was a winner. Fabulous, fun, great for dancing, and no need for stockings or spanx or any of that nonsense since it was also very forgiving & flattering. Except in the bodice - there's no give in it at all, so if you're a between size kind of girl definitely ask for a backup size. I ended up wearing the size 10, although I often fit into an 8 depending on the brand. I also recommend some double-sided tape if you're like me and don't have the boobs to fill out the top - it definitely helped!

I ended up not wearing this dress, but I love it!! My event was a Christmas party and I chose another RTR dress that was more fitting for the occasion.

It fit fantastically around my midsection. The bust area not so much, but I expected that since my bra size is a 32J. I was able to make a little modification using a black pocket square and no one even noticed that it wasn't supposed to be there. Love the dress so much, I wish I could afford to buy it. I've recently lost weight, so I wasn't totally sure of my dress size but I guessed about a 10 and it fit perfect.

I have big boobs (34H) so it is hard to find dresses that work. This one was perfect! It was comfortable, I didn't feel like I had to readjust anything, sexy but not overly revealing. I definitely needed a bra but it was easy to find one that worked without showing. I normally wear a 10 or 12 depending on how it is shaped, this one was fitted but not tight in a 12, it zipped up easily. I am 5'11" and it was just past my knees. I wore the dress for hubby's holiday party which was a 'festive cocktail' event at a gallery and it worked perfectly. I received many compliments and was comfortable all evening.

Order a size up... I usually wear a size 4 (sometimes a 2), and I could barely zip up the size 4. I ended up wearing the size 6 since it was much more comfortable. The dress has a very deep V in the front. If you're petite, you may have to pin it to avoid flashing people. The dress has a fantastic sheen and moves beautifully. The skirt is very full and almost tea length -- very vintage feel. You'll get so many compliments, and the A-line silhouette is very flattering!

Usually I am a size 0, ended up wearing the 2 since it was tight in the ribs/upper belly. I loved how I looked and felt! The colors were gorgeous and perfect for a fall wedding. Lots of compliments and best of all I didn't have to wear a bra! Definitely happy with my rental!

This dress was AWESOME! It was the perfect dress for dancing all night. It had pockets in the front which I used for my (huge 6 plus) phone and lipstick. Everything stayed in and no one could tell I was hiding it. I will say I wish the pockets were on the side. My lipstick got a little soft from when I was sitting for a while, but hey, POCKETS, am I right? I am a 34 DDD and was tastefully contained without a bra. If you on the smaller side up top, this may fit a bit baggier than you like. The dress fit like a glove and I truly felt like it was made for me. As a redhead, I didn't love the color. I would have preferred a jewel tone like emerald or sapphire, but the dress is truly so awesome any negatives aren't really. I received many compliments and felt very confident and fun.

The fit around the ribs was really tight (couldn't breathe) so order a size up. I was surprised by how much cleavage it showed (36C), and I didn't wear a bra and felt well supported. Fabric was gorgeous, needed ironing. Really loved it and felt gorgeous.

Perfect for. A small waist and larger hips. Amazing material. Fits like a dream. I'm a small b so I didn't wear a bra and I definetely didn't need it. Originally, I ordered a Milli Coco Dress but it was unavailable. Rent the Runway asked me to send them five alternatives and this wonderful Tracy Reese Shirred Frock Dress was the dress I received. More importantly, it was on time for the event. This dress was perfect; it made me feel like a princess. This dress is a great choice for any formal event Fall/Winter. It is true to size. The material does not have any give, and the “décolletage "was a bit lower than I'm comfortable with but no worries. I received three compliments: from the maître d', one of the actors of a show we went to from a girl while we were walking back to the car and I must say they were all right.

This dress by Tracy Reese is the perfect choice for any formal event this Fall/Winter. I love the rich shade of purple and elegant details in the design! The floral details and ruched taffeta fabric make this style multi-dimensional and really stand out. There is comfortable room throughout the bust and hips. It is very fitted at the bodice and the fabric does not have any stretch, so I suggest sizing up on size in your backup. It has a tea length hemline and full skirt. It would be a perfect fit for pear shapes!

This isn't a dress I would normally pick out so it made it that much more fun to wear! I wore this dress to a black tie plantation wedding and I received a lot of compliments. I have a large chest and this dress is definitely tight around the ribcage area which is why I ended up wearing the size 6 (my backup size) over the size 4. It doesn't have any stretch at all. It's pretty cleavage-y but I still didn't feel like I was being too showy for a formal affair.

As noted in other reviews, it is VERY tight in the ribs. I had to size up to breathe.

I rented this dress for a rehearsal dinner for a wedding I was attending. I ordered a size 6 and a size 8, as I typically vary in sizes due to my larger chest (34D). The size 6 did not zip all the way up, so I ended up wearing the 8 which fit perfectly. The dress was so fun to wear! I loved the cut at the top- it was sexy but didn't show too much making it appropriate for the event I was attending. If you are bigger chested, I would recommend a lightly lined, non-padded bra in order to prevent lots of cleavage. The length and the bottom of the dress was also great; I felt very beautiful wearing this dress.

Just enough cleavage if you're feeling brave but don't want to come off trashy.

I wore this to chaperone prom and got many compliments from the students! Everyone was jealous of my pockets because I could carry my phone, lipstick, etc. and still have free hands! The top was pretty loose and cut quite low, but the length was perfect!
