Excuse the blurry photo my GF took! Rented this for a Bat Mitzvah service and the party in a country club afterwards. It was perfect! I had a bright yellow little 3/4 sleeve sweater that I wore to services. I wore it with nude peekaboo pumps. Fit well though a tad snug at the top of the rib cage but totally stretched out to where I didn't notice it after wearing it a half hour or so. Super to dance in too! I received tons of compliments! Fabric was lovely. Perfect for the occasion.

Great color, received lots of complements. Definitely runs large, I would consider myself a 6 but size 2 fit perfectly. Hit right above the knee.

I felt very girly in this dress. I wore it to the Preakness horse race. I topped it with a black fascinator and the look was perfect! I have a large chest (36DD) and had plenty of room for the girls. I even went without a bra and they stayed in place. The pockets were a nice and welcomed addition.

Fitted on top and flare bottom. Perfect for taller women or wider hips. Loved the color and vintage charm. Nearly every woman I passed commented on how beautiful the dress was. Numerous people asked where it was from. I typically wear an 8 but the 6 was a perfect fit. I am small on top and have wider hips. The only negative comment is that the dress had a really strong smell from dry cleaning. It was very noticeable at first. Wish I could have kept this dress!!!!! Rent the Runway is AMAZING!!!

This is a classic A-line dress, and the fabric is the perfect weight to hold its shape (a little heavy) yet still swirl (a little light). The yellow isn't as much of a buttercup as I expected, it's closer to mustard or golden. Loved the pocket! Oh, and there's an odd seam between the breasts; at first glance, my husband thought the dress came damaged, but that's just the way it is.

Wore a strapless bra.

I loved this dress. It does run large, so I was able to wear the 2. I am definitely not usually a 2, but it fit perfectly, almost like it had been tailored to my body. The pockets are amazing. The fabric feels expensive and the skirt has a nice twirl for dancing. The is no stretch in the bodice, but plenty of room in the skirt, with a built in light crinoline. I wish this dress came in a variety of colors and fabrics so I could rent it for a ton of occasions.

Wore this dress to a communion got so many compliments the dress was truly amazing.

Very cool dress. People thought it was actually vintage. A bit snug in the chest but I am used to that and I don't think it showed to much. Wore it to a wedding in Memphis and thought it worked really well. Loved the flare of the skirt and the pockets. Paired it with the Ben-Amun Victorian Crystal Statement Necklace. I think it added to the vintage vibe.

This dress is so cute and has pockets! I didn't even have to bring a bag. It does fit a bit large, but I think the size down would have been too small (I wore a 4, usually I wear a 4-6).

I was really nervous to order this dress in a size 2 because I always rent a 4 and a 6 and feel safe about that. Both were out of stock but I took the chance based on reviews.... So happy I did! The dress arrived a day early (amazing!) and fit so perfectly it felt like it was made for me! The color is gorgeous! I wore it to a friend's bridal shower and it was the perfect classy feminine dress! I got a TON of compliments!! And the dress made me feel so pretty. Is it possible to love every dress I rent more then the last?? This might be my new favorite! I want to rent it again.... But there are so many other's I'm dying to try!!!

I wore it for my birthday. My friend said I looked like what Bell would look like if she dressed in modern cloths. THe zipper was a bit hard to zip up, but i think that was mostly due to the fabric, which is brocade and a little thick. The skirt has a little tule and it soooo fun to wear.

I normally wear an 8-10 and had to go with a 6, which fit perfectly. Though the materials seems heavy, it wasn't hot at all! The dress was absolutely perfect! The pockets were the selling point for me-I had a lot of things in my pockets and nobody could even tell! I definitely recommend this one!

I rented this for my sister's bee themed baby shower. I got so many compliments, everyone had something lovely to say about it. I have recently lost some weight and wasn't sure what size to get. I ordered an 8 and back up 10. I ended up in the 8 and had to pin the straps as it was a bit big in the to despite me not having a small chest. I loved it and would absolutely wear it again should the occasion arise!

I adored everything about this dress, from the flattering fit, to the pockets, to the ability to wear a regular bra to how flattering the waist-line was. The ONLY con, if the waistline is snug, it sits right on your ribs, and can make it a bit hard to relax when sitting down, having a slightly large ribcage and small waist, this is something i'm just used to by now, but be prepared for a bit of a dent and a deep breath when you finally take it off at night. I liked this dress so much I ran out to buy it having found it for sale online!

It's a flattering fit, great color, comfortable, fun for dancing, feels very elegant.

I'm curvy and this dress fit perfectly. I ordered both an 8 and a 10 to be safe but the 8 is very true to size. People asked me all night if the dress was vintage and where I got it. I paired it with blue heels and some fun earrings. It was perfect. :)

THE DRESS HAS POCKETS....NEED I SAY MORE!!! The dress laid close to my body but not too tight. I was able to move and dance easily. Wish i could have kept the dress loved it so much! Got a lot of complements too!

Gorgeous, super comfortable dress! Good length for tall girls (I'm 5'9 and it hit me right at the knee). The skirt is pretty full but overall the cut is very flattering.

This dress runs large, even more so than I expected. I'm 5'8 and it hit just below the knee. I wore the smaller of my usual sizes and wondered if a 6 might have even fit. But it was very flattering up top, flattering at the waist, and the skirt has a fun swing. In fact it was awesome for dancing!!! The color really pops and could have worked with a variety of color combinations for accessories- I went with teal chandelier earrings. The fabric is gorgeous. I really loved this dress and had so much fun wearing it!

The fit was good! Little big in the busy but that was ok. Loved wearing a normal bra with it. Liked that the skirt was lined and it had pockets!!!!!

I wore this to attend a wedding rehearsal dinner. The fit was GREAT! Super comfortable and very flattering to my figure. The quality of this dress was superb and I have had people ask where I got this dress. I wore a size 0 which was perfect, I am a 34C and have a 27in waist. I love RTR! The dress I had originally ordered was ruined by the previous guest and they were great in helping me find a new one and even sent me several sizes. Very pleased with the customer service overall as well!

Fit true to size. Not too short, definitely on the longer side which is good since I'm 6 feet tall. Strapless bra ideal. Beautiful for a bridal shower/ladies event. Had 2 layers underneath though so I was very hot. But totally worth it.

Dress does run big. Size 0 was perfect for my body type. Overall dress was gorgeous and comfortable!

It has a pretty high waist line. I ended up wearing a size smaller than normal because I have a smaller chest and since it wasn't fitted around the stomach it worked well. The fabric is very thick. Very flattering dress.

This dress. I did not want to send it back.. I wore it to a formal event that was located in a luau garden in Hawaii. It was perfect! The color, the fit everything. I felt so elegant in this dress and got so many compliments. The fabric was thick and look great! It was the perfect length for my event...classy and timeless!

This dress was so beautiful, it has an under layer (crinoline)that adds body to the skirt and awesome pockets in front. I have a large butt and thighs and a small up body so i went with the 6 instead of the 8. The waist is quite high (I have a long torso), but otherwise it was a great dress. .

The material seems heavy, but I was quite comfortable in the 80+ degree weather. I adored the POCKETS! There are snaps to keep your bra straps in place, which I appreciate given that I MUST wear a bra to keep my 34DDs in check. One downside: like some other reviewers mentioned, the straps are a bit too big/long. If I owned the dress the straps would be taken in.

I was looking for something different and summery. This dress was perfect. I wore it to an afternoon wedding and it was very comfortable. I would have loved the size 4, as I go between a 4 and 6 in dress sizes typically, but it was unavailable so I went with the 6 and the 2 as a backup just in case it was too big. The 2 would not zip all the way up in the back. The fabric is lovely but has no give. I wore the 6 which was slightly big on the top in terms of the straps when I sat down but otherwise fit pretty nicely. It made me aware to sit up extra straight so they would not slip. It also had just a bit more room than I needed in the waist as it transitions from the bodice to the skirt. For those reasons, I think the 4 would have been ideal, but regardless, this was so fun to wear and dance in. Received lots of compliments. Also, in the photo there was a flash used which makes the color look a bit more dramatic than it is. It is slightly more subdued in person but so beautiful. And, I completely forgot about the pocket because I didn't use it. Lays flat which is nice. A fun afternoon wedding dress for sure.

I wore the size 12, when recently on two other occasions I had a same style dress and I wore a size 10. The size 10 for this dress was too tight in the ribs and chest. Length was just below the knee and I wore a regular bra. I spiced it up with royal blue earrings, shoes, bracelet, and purse! Just one layer of tule which was perfect. Many compliments and the pockets were great!

This dress was perfect. I'm a tall girl so I need to have something that falls to the knees. Not only did the length do the trick, but it had POCKETS! The fabric is gorgeous, and it's lined with some poof in the underskirt. Two complaints. 1) The bodice was too big so it hung lower on my chest than I would have liked. There wasn't a size 10 left, but the size 12 was okay. 2) The snaps that hold in the bra straps were messed up. One was torn off altogether; the other was so short that I had to struggle to wrap it around my bra strap.

This was a very comfy dress & I loved the pockets. I didn't have to carry a purse. The color wasn't as bright as I would have hoped. It looked like someone had taken the straps up, which was unfortunate because it put the waist in the wrong spot. It worked well for a daytime spring wedding

I am a DDD in the bust, so it was a little revealing, however the dress was just fantastic. I received so many compliments on it. The dress fit well, and looked nice. It has pockets ladies! POCKETS!

I wore this to a rehearsal dinner for a wedding. It was very pretty and flattering. The material was not what I was expecting, it's like tweed or something, not smooth, it's textured and a little heavy, but it looks nice and I wasn't hot or anything from wearing the dress. The skirt has a liner that makes it poof out a little and looks really nice, it was a little bulky. I had to wear this to the airport because of time constraints, and the skirt set off the new security things that check you, so I had to get patted down. Just an FYI... It fit nicely. I wore a strapless bra, but I think you could make a regular bra work, my straps weren't cooperating with the dress.

This dress was comfortable overall - except there was something kind of sharp on the stitching in the back that was irritating. My husband commented that this dress would have been more suited to an afternoon wedding rather than an evening one. The necklace I wore helped dress it up. It occurred to me that the fabric reminded me of a bedspread which isn't the greatest thought to have - but none the less I did feel attractive in it. The waist is high - which I knew when I rented it - and it suited me fine. You just shouldn't expect that it'll be sitting right on your natural waist. My "usual" size did fit.

This is such a beautiful dress and I would definitely recommend it. It ran bigger than I expected. I rented size 4 and 6, and should've got a 2 and 4. The dress was too big in the shoulders and around my bust area. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough time to have a size 2 sent, and I had no other dress to wear, so I had to wear it, even though it didn't fit.

Loved the beautiful texture and color of the fabric! The length definitely gave it a vintage feel. The downside, for me, was that the straps were too long which made the top very low cut.

Size 2 was a too tight and the 4 was too large. Overall it wasn't my favorite but very high quality and beautiful material/color. I got lots of compliments but it was too tight for my enjoyment. Works well with a strapless bra.

This was a beautiful dress all around, only caveat is - it runs large. I recommend ordering at least one size down.

I originally rented this dress for my fiancé's graduation, but ended up not wearing it due to a poor fit. The straps on the dress were really, really long, so the dress ended up sagging and was too large in the bust area. If I would have been able to take out around 2 inches in each strap, it would have dramatically improved the look of the dress. Additionally, the fabric was quite thick and looked wrinkled and messy when it arrived. Overall, it wasn't the dress I was really looking for, but with alterations and a good steam cleaning it could probably be very pretty for the right event.
