Runs a bit large in the bust area, but super flattering for a work function in the summer heat. I wouldn't size down

outback ranger but make it business casual. this set is office appropriate but happy hour ready. runs true to size.

I liked the top but found it to wrinkle very easily.

I sized down because some of the reviews stated it ran small. It was pretty snug. I should have gone with the size RTR suggested. But the outfit was great. Nice material and very classy.

Cute enough but it was lumpy when I closed it. I wonder how it would’ve looked if I’d left it open like in the model photo… maybe size down unless you’re really busty?

This was too much cleavage for a stand-alone top, which is more the look/style I was into for it. It works as a vest though. For a safari flare.

It was a cute top, just had to be careful not to flash anyone. Would wear a shirt under it next time. I thought it would be longer too, but it is cute.

This was great to wear open or closed. I loved the material. Had to iron the tie but other than that it was low maintenance

I LOVED this so much. I wore it traveling, at a work conference, and happy hours/dinners. It was the perfect neutral to mix and match and dress up an outfit without feeling too full formal. Nearly bought it!

If you are busty it may not be a good item

I wore this with a long sleeve white Henley too, jeans and loafers. Got a lot of compliments.

This jacket has pants to go with. It is light wearing and a stretch like material. Both are light wearing so if your in a hotter climate its perfect even if you have to work in the heat. However this duo can easily become a winter outfit with a sweater and boots to match. I paired it with a silk long sleeve button up, sleeves half rolled, and open toe black heels. Overall this is a closet must have. Plan extra time in your day for all the compliments you will receive.
