Wore to a bridal shower brunch. As a bridesmaid, I wanted something not too casual but not over-the-top. The first 2 dresses I rented did not work and picked this one. It arrived just in time (thank you customer service!) and worked well for the event. Large in the chest but my usual size was unavailable so it may have fit better with the 12. I did end up having to tape the top closed. Paired with a navy cardigan and nude heels. Would love to rent again!

Has an elastic waste so i could have sized down two sizes. This is a perfect summer or spring dress but paired it with a turtleneck for a warm fall day

It's a dress with the power to transform your day. In the morning while waiting at Starbucks, 2 women came up and complimented me on my dress and that filled me with confidence that I carried throughout the day. Definitely recommend this for work or a special event!

Fits very comfortably, material is light and breathable and has a lot of flexibility. I think it looks chicest with a leather jacket but can also wear without a jacket

Could dress up for a formal affair. I wore it to work. Really cool print and design elements and a great fit. A tiny bit baggy in the chest for me so had to tape it down to prevent my bra from showing. Still considering buying this!

Lovely. Light. Perfectly fitting. Comfortable. Non-gaping v-neck (shocking.) Nice contrast of sweet fabric and ruffles with asymmetric and Ikat. Navy, not black. Elegant. Great drape. Wonderful fabric. Wore several times and kept for a few weeks. Versatile: church, work, dinner. Love.

Wore this to a conference then to an event I hosted after. Super classy, unique, and work appropriate. Would also consider this for a wedding or spring/summer event. Paired with nude wedges.

I love this dress. Felt like I was wearing air. And I appreciated that the V neck was low but still work appropriate. I will rent this again for a workday this summer. The waist was a teensy bit loose but the smocking still provided a defined waistline on me.

I adored *everything* about this dress, from the fit to the material to the overall silhouette. It is divine! I felt confident and poised in and out of the office, and received numerous compliments. Quick tip: The cut is a bit low for a professional setting, but a nude cami saves the day :) Keeping an eye on this one for a second rental or purchase!

Wore the dress at my birthday dinner and met Top Chef Winner Kristen Kish in it. The dress was light and polite! Loved how the dress fit on me and got a few compliments on it. Would rent again or even buy!

The dress hits below the knee, even on my tall frame, and it has a modest v-neck that makes it appropriate for work or play. I wore it to work with brown suede over the knee boots and topped it off with a blazer when I was chilly. It's a little large under the arms, but a camisol helps with that. The material is delicate but the detailing is gorgeous.

Very flattering fit and interesting design. It's navy, not black though like it looks in the photos. I rented it in cold weather but the fabric feels summery and light, would have been better for warmer weather but I tried to make it work since it was such a good piece!

Really liked this dress and ended up wearing it to two weddings. The only negative was I needed to pin the top because otherwise it was big in the chest area. Would recommend!

Add this to the list of great Tanya Taylor dresses. It's eye-catching and super comfortable. The only thing that surprised me is that the sleeves are different lengths.... the dark sleeve has a "short sleeve" whereas the white side is just the ruffle with no sleeve under it. There's enough happening on the dress that you don't really notice it, but it's an interesting design choice.

The material is really flowing. It sits comfortably allowing room to move around yet still holds its shape, specifically around the waist.

Try this dress! It was so flattering that all my friends told me I should buy it. It is non traditional design but looks great. Light fabric and a perfect length. The waist is stretchy and moved with me very easily. Just know that the dress only has one sleeve. Some people kept thinking I was wearing it incorrectly but the design is that one ruffle acts as a sleeve and the other is sleeveless. Worked with a regular bra.

This is one of those dresses that shouldn't work, but it absolutely does. It's so strange in photos and on the hanger, but made to look amazing when it's on. The flow and ruffles are so pretty. The shape of the dress and the bias cut make this flattering on your curves. Even on a hot day, this dress breathed. It's one you can dress up or down, and will get compliments on all day long.

Omg this dress is amazing! I'm so happy I rented it. I got so many compliments! The fabric is super lightweight and airy. It flows beautifully with the wind and doesn't stick to your body even in 90 degree heat. The length was perfect even for my petite 5'3 frame, and the top of the dress covered enough that you can wear any type of bra you want without it showing in the front or through the armholes on the sleeves. My favorite detail was the elasticized waist on both sides, making this SUPER comfortable to wear because it stretches and moves with you as you bend and sit down (and eat). Perfect design. Loved it and will definitely rent it again!

Fit beautifully. It runs just slightly large. The fabric is wispy and moves when I walk - it felt great. The waist is gathered and slimming - I loved the fit.

A great non contemporary dress! The style and way the ruffles fall makes this a flattering dress for all body types. Very flowy and comfortable to be in all day and not worry about it being too tight after lunch. You can wear it with a standard bra which is a winning point in my book.

I absolutely loved this dress. Tanya Taylor's clothing is so figure flattering and fun! The waist does have some stretch, so I could have gone down a size for a more fitted look. Overall it looked great, didn't wrinkle, and I received a ton of compliments. Since there's a tiny bit of sheerness/lace near the neckline, I wore a strapless bra.

This dress is beyond flattering thanks to the cut -- the ruffles and prints strategically highlight certain assets while drawing attention away from others. I wore it to work with white sneakers and then out with nude mules. When it comes to fit, it's an elastic waistband and pretty loose silhouette. I'd recommend sizing down if you're between sizes.

This was a fun dress to wear to work. I only rented the size 2 and it was perfectly fine, but I could have probably also sized down to a zero for a less boho look.

This dress didn't work very well for my bust/neckline. I had to wear a safety pin to keep it together. For reference, I have a small bust, but I'm not sure the size is what mattered here... just a slightly weird and too-open fit. The dress was still quite lovely and served the purpose of being a dinner-time dress for a vacation in Japan. I wouldn't rent again though because of the neckline

I liked this cute, casual dress. It is well constructed and the fit is very flattering. The ruffles make it fun and feminine. I wish it had a bit more of an "oomph" factor but it was still fun to wear.

Super feminine & flattering day dress. Great for work, a shower, or daytime party during the spring/summer. Very lightweight so paired with booties & a jacket for work, but looks amazing with sandals on a warm day. Was very loose on top and highly suggest sizing down for a more fitted look.

This dress was just okay. I didn't love as much as other reviewers. I had to pin top front that hung open. The waist hit high, at bottom of my ribs. It was just a bit dowdy overall. Loved the ruffles. And fabric was great for heatwave.

I saw reviews that warned it runs big. It has an elastic waist band so you can go a size smaller and still be ok. I decided to do that and I'm glad I did. It was still flowy and fun. I wasn't really sure about it at first and even my boyfriend said he wasn't a fan. But I wore it anyway and as the day went by it grew on us.

I wore this dress to work and then to a date. It is so beautifully feminine. The ruffles made me feel so girly. It is quite low cut, so I had to wear a camisole under it. It was absolutely flawless on my hourglass figure. Would rent again in a heartbeat!
