This is such a great dress, and even prettier in person. The cut is simple but falls really nicely, and the dual tone really elevates the look. It’s even prettier in person. My one complaint is that the skirt is viscose and really holds onto wrinkles. The fabric is thick enough so that they aren’t super noticeable, but if wrinkles bother you, plan on having it streamed when you get it from RTR - a standard iron won’t cut it.

I thought this dress was so cute and comfortable! It fit well, although I wish it was a bit tighter on the bust area. My mom wasn’t a huge fan of the asymmetrical design, but it didn’t bother me. Super cute for an engagement party guest!

Prepare yourself: you will receive more compliments than you’ll know what to do with if you rent this dress. I wore it to the annual “prom” at the gym I work at and no less than a dozen folks went out of their way to tell me I looked “stunning,” “gorgeous,” “beautiful,” etc. I felt like a celebrity! It’s a wonderfully constructed dress made with thick, quality fabrics, which was appreciated during a chilly, early September evening in Maryland. Two recommendations: 1) Dress tape is a *must* if you are much less endowed like I am—otherwise you will definitely be pulling the top up every five minutes. I used two strips in the front and two strips in the back. 2) Shapewear for your tummy will absolutely boost your confidence in this dress and smooth everything right out. If you’re even the slightest bit self-conscious about your belly pooch though, you may want to consider a different dress since it is quite form fitting around the midsection. I accessorized this dress with “edgy” jewelry to compliment my undercut, copper eyeshadow to match the dress, simple black heels, and finished it all off with a black French tip manicure and French braided updo.

This was a stretchy dress that felt comfortable for a night out. I am a couple months post partum and did not want to feel strained around my midsection, and this was a hit! I did not feel the need to tug the dress up, it stayed in place nicely (without uncomfortable sticky fabric). The fabric of the skirt is thick, but if you are curved, make sure to wear a slip or your pantyline will show.

I wore it to a gala where I was also performing-- here I wore heels but it was actually very easy to wear flats. A streamlined, easy look that I'd be happy to rent again.

I'm usually a 6, I got a 6 and prob could've used a long just for my belly. I'm about 7 months pregnant and wore it to a banquet. It's stretchy and comfortable and I got a lot of compliments. Highly recommended

Really pretty and fantastic quality! I didn't end up wearing it for no particular reason! It does feel like it might slide down if you have a super small chest but that's only because the quality is nice and heavy.

I felt comfortable and chic in this dress. It fit true to size, was a good length (I am 5'4.5"), and was super easy to move around in. It looked expensive. I would rent this again for sure!

Wore this to my brother’s rehearsal dinner! Super flattering but not forgiving in the stomach so wear spanx. Chest ran a bit large and I had to use some tape to keep in place. Overall, very happy and got lots of compliments !

Wore this too a black tie wedding in Florida. It's a little casual for black tie but I think it worked with right accessories. Great shape and easy to wear. Have a small bust and wore a padded strapless bra. The middle is a little tight on the tummy but I wore shape wear and it helped. I am 5.2" and this was one of the few long dresses that wasn't too long on me, wore with platform heels. Love the simple design it feels fashion forward.

Such a cool dress, looks great with leather jacket. Top stretches through night but not a big deal. Very form fitting

Wore to a Black Tie Optional wedding, it was a great mix between formal but different than your normal black dress. I am 5’3 and about 135 lbs, the small fit great!

Such a classic, stunning dress. Fabric is very soft and flattering. Would love to have this as a closet staple.

Material is pretty thick and comfortable. I wore with a bandeau bra underneath and the dress stayed up fairly well (slipped a bit when dancing). It is not super forgiving on the tummy, if that’s an area you are sensitive about.

This dress is gorgeous. Hugs you in all the right places and gives you a great curves without being too tight! Stretchy material is perfect for dancing and doesn’t leave you too hot. The only issue that bust was a bit too large but that didn’t stop me from wearing!!

I ordered the small and XS and ended up wearing the XS. Such a comfortable, understated black tie option. The brown stands out in a sea of black. Was pleasantly surprised that the length was perfect with ~2 inch heels.

Loved this for a black tie optional wedding. Perfect for fall. I’m usually a size 10 and only the XL was available. Ended up fitting perfectly with a little dress tape on the top. Lots of compliments!

I got so many compliments on this dress. It was super comfy despite being strapless. The fabric was thick and had a bit of stretch, so it was nice for moving around without feeling too exposed. I wore shape wear to smooth out everything, but it was perfect for what I needed. Would recommend!

Liked this dress for the straight across strapless look softened by the asymmetrical black top that has a slimming effect. Really into the 90s brown. Going to wear for a rehearsal dinner. I’m an A cup and it feels right enough to stay up. Win.

Really enjoyed this dress! I ordered a small but ended up wearing the XS because it felt more secure around the chest. The fabric falls really nicely and feels like good quality. It does really curve to the body so I recommend undergarments that definitely won’t show through. Had tons of compliments and felt very beautiful!

Loved this earth tone look for a black tie optional wedding in March! It’s on the heavier side so may be too warm for summer weddings. The fit was perfect and I got so many compliments!

This gown was a good fit all around. The black bodice fabric has a little stretch which is nice. The gown has a really nice drape and was super comfortable. If I were to rent this gown again I would probably add a Medium as my backup size. Accessorized with pearls, black suede pumps a simple black wrap and a tortoiseshell evening clutch.

True to size. I’m 5’10” and it hit right at my ankles which works for the dress style and to show off cool shoes. It’s elastic around the top so I did add some tape so I wasn’t yanking it up all night. Overall it’s simple but very classy and modern and comfortable

I both liked and disliked this dress! It felt modern and classy and I wore it to a wedding in Arizona so it fit the vibe. But it didn’t always flatter my body, particularly in the stomach area. This was the only picture I liked of the dress. I had to delete all the others. But outside of some bad pictures, I still felt elegant. If you’re more confident than me, you could definitely have a moment in this dress!
