I wore this for work anchoring the news, but would totally rent it again and just style differently for a night out!

Striking colors and fun retro style. I didn't love the feel of the fabric itself, but it looked fabulous and that's enough for me. Fit was loose and flowing, may have been able to size down. I wore it with RTR Emporio Armani wide leg wool pants and loved the look.

Gotta love ombré - this blouse is ideal for the office, giving all kinds of cool boss vibes! Loved it so much I bought it.

The ombre in this blouse is incredible! I wore it for work - on stage with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra hosting their educational concert. I had received so many compliments! Fits well - not tight, not baggy, just right. I love the blousy sleeves with button detail.

I absolutely loved this girly top. The ombre colors were perfect and they just happend to match a suit I had rented from Milly. I didn't take a picture without the jacket, but the sleeves have the slightest little puffed to them, super feminine.

Colors and fabric are gorgeous. It felt a little much for work but perfect for dinner out. It's not long or flowy and I didn't think it looked good untucked.

I need this shirt in my life. It is gorgeous. When I first got it it was very wrinkly and hard to iron, and I wasn't sure that I liked the material. But once I put it on and tied the bow, I fell in love. I ordered the 2, instead of my usual 4, based on reviews and glad I did.

I wore this blouse to a virtual conference I planned/managed. The bow and vibrant colors look amazing on Zoom. The fabric and certain elements of the construction aren't as high quality as I'd like, but it isn't obvious, especially virtually. Paired with my husband's sweatpants and accessorized with a headset.

Sleeves are very wide and overall it is a little akward to get right but when you do it is great. The color is beautiful.

Nice blouse - a bit tight on my chest (36C) but otherwise fit well. Would fit in for work-to-night out in a creative business environment.

Fabric and colors are nice but it was not flattering on my body type. You might like it if you have smaller top. I am going to wear it to work at least once since I already rented it. I won't rent it again for sure...

Wore this for works zooms to add a little color. It was perfect for that need. It's a little short in length for those with longer torsos.

I wanted this to work so much as I loved the gorgeous ombré. But, the fabric has a white backing which feels cheap and adds a stiffness to it. Even with the backing, it is still see through when wearing a light colored striped bra. Too bad this wasn't made of silk.

I really liked the colors of this blouse and the tie neck. I wore it for one zoom call and it looked great on camera. However it fit rather tight and ran short. I was busting out of it all day. Overall outfit. I rented a ton and I am about 160 pounds and 5'5" inches.

This ombre detail was amazing...got tons of compliments. It has a sort of 70's vibe which I loved as well. Sleeves were very voluminous which I liked, but may be too much for someone else. Definitely would rent again!

This blouse is SO gorgeous in person. Aside from the compliments in the workplace, I was stopped on the street by a woman who just had to know where I got it and told me she loved it! It's a unique and beautiful piece to rotate into your wardrobe.
