I will be renting this gem again. Since there are plenty of reviews I'll just add my 2-cents Pro The print. Unlike many busy prints, this doesn't overwhelm and can compliment many body-types and heights. The keyhole chest is just right - sexy but in good taste (another reviewer wore it to church). Con The fabric is nylon which can bunch without the right foundation. Also, nylon has a way of really accentuating saddle bags and bloated bellies. You can circumvent this with a slip or spanx.

I loved this dress and agree with many other reviews: it's flattering, the material is thin but slinky to the touch. Probably not the best pick for colder weather or you'll need to add tights. Versatile, can wear with almost any type of shoe. I wore with suede ankle booties and paired with a slim black blazer for added polish. I liked it with a belt, but you need to get the width just right.

The material is more of a slinky material which I was initially surprised about . When I put it on it just transformed into this beautiful sophisticated and comfortable dress. I am 5"4 and usually wear a size 4/6 the MR size fit well although The fit is a little baggy in the tummy. I put on a simple belt and it fits like a glove. I love having a work dress that is the opposite of black! Love this dress thinking of buying it.

I loved this dress. I got it a size up, because of reviews, but it puckered a little in the back. The belt tightened it up and made it work. I forgot the “regular” bathroom full shot selfie! Lol

I thought the material didn't make this the most flattering dress but the pattern was beautiful.

The print reminds me of the 70s revival stuff we saw a lot in the 1990s. It's bright and cheerful and ditzy. The cut of the dress is a little mod and it looks awesome with a leather jacket. I would say for a large it does run a little loose for me, and I'm a size 10.

Other than the puffy shoulders I love this dress. Super comfy and stretchy. I could have sized down and it would have been just as comfy.

The silky feel of the dress was nice it didn't cling in all the wrong the places but flowed gently. The color was a nice change from the traditional winter colors. I wore this dress once with a knee high black boot and once with a green kitty heel. I wore gold jewelry

This dress is extremely flattering and very forgiving. I think it would work for a variety of body types. TTS though I think a small might be worth a try as it was quite loose in the waist and hips. Normal size 6. Definitely would rent again for a fun work dress.

Loved this dress. I was worried at first that the MR was slightly too big. But in the end I liked the fit b/c it was comfy and not too body conscious. The SR might be cuter but wouldn't have been as great for every day. I wore this with grey velvet slippers one day (cute) and other day with high heeled lace up snow boots (less cute but workable). Great dress for travel, day to night, and everyday. Material is silky & slightly stretchy. Lays very well over curves & pretty forgiving in the tummy.

the most comfortable dress i have rented from RTR in a year. I put a belt around the waist seam as it was a just a little big in that area. Other then that everything was perfect. Perfect dress for winter.

I normally wear a 14/16 but was unsure if there would be enough stretch so I went for the 1X. I could have definitely worn the 0x though as it was slightly too big and needed to belt it to cinch a little. But I loved it so much. The print and length is so flattering.

Pics do not do this justice. I wore it twice and had people I didn't know literally stop me to tell me what a great dress it was (and how great I looked in it). After two wears, I kept it. Great for my figure (busty, booty, little waist).

I’ve rented this dress before but got the larger side because my size was not available. It’s still amazing. But it is TTS. I had to pin the “key hole” for work but when I went out after work, took the pin out for a sexier look.

This dress is light and bright. So comfortable with enough weight to hold its structure but light enough to feel comfortable all day. The shoulders aren't the first thing you notice but may have been my favorite part with some extra gathering to make your shoulders little broader. Many, many compliments.

Originally intended to wear for a last day in office before 100% social distancing- I ended up bailing on the public transit commute in favor of a work from home situation. Translated beautifully to the virtual meeting environment with the added bonus that others couldn't tell it was a little big on me! I styled with rainbow crystal DeMerson earrings and yellow suede Manolo blahnik heels. I believe in fully dressing even when working from home!
