Runs a bit big but was super comfortable (especially after heading back to work post COVID 15). :)

The pattern is even more fun and funky than the pics show, and the material is a nice quality. But on me the top was baggy and pulled in weird ways. It’s hard to cinch the waist. It might work on your figure, though. I think this is a dress that will look spectacular on some folks but not on others.

Fits well. Great for plus size. Arms are large enough, not too tight. Loved it.

This was a fun work option. The tie in front that brings everything together can be bulky so I didn't knot it. I had to pull it tight all day, which didn't bother me but I could see that being annoying. I may have been able to size down, looking back. Over all a different work option, very comfortable

Have rented this in both the all black and black and white design on top. Just size down and tie the front knot right and it's a really great, high end looking and feeling dress!

Pros: the fabric is great quality (heavy but not too bulky). The waist is elasticized. Pro or con: the front bow design adds bulky to the stomach area, but could easily be used to hide extra weight. The dress, overall, fit a bit big.

Runs very large. This looks nice and I received many complements however the elastic at the waist is incredibly loose which causes the very heavy tie in the front to sag.

The top part is wonderful: material, cut, fitting. The skirt? Not so much at all. Even making it a little tighter, it makes your waist disappear. Still looked professional enough. Tome is quirky and cool, but they're normally not the best option if you want to show off the curves

Although I knew the style was intended to be oversized, I still felt it ran a bit large and wasn't very flattering. I didn't love the exposed elastic at the waist.

I felt great in this. The tie in the front hides the unwanted bulge. The fabric feels amazing. You will love it and the stripes go in the right direction

The dress fit well, but with the frantic tying in the front, you looked pregnant. Also did lay flat in the back because of where the elastic band sat.

I thought I'd be able to cross cross the front tie to tie in the back but I couldn't get it to lay right. If you tie up front the material just pulls the dress down. This would be good for a zoom call where all you needed was the top to look good.

If you are tall and thin, this dress is da bomb!! I took the tie and wrapped it around the back, then crossed it around and tied it in the front. No elastic shows and it is a nice, thick tuxedo-looking sash. Also more professional looking than a big tie hanging in front that is longer than the dress. Dress is elegant and professional and moves like a dream. I will definitely rent this one again. It does run a little large. I am in between a 4 and a 6 (I have no hips but my shoulders are broad), and the 4 is a perfect fit.

This dress is so comfortable! Plus perfect length in the arms and the skirt for a tall woman! The belt on the dress was amazing! I should have went down a size. I received many compliments on my dress at work I wore red flat shoes with the dress.

The 10 was even a bit too large for me, and I should wear a 12, so it definitely runs large. Agree with other reviewers that the sash and the elastic waist don't quite match - I ended up using a safety pin to keep the sash at the right level. The sash also makes the skirt gather more in the front than it should (this may be part of the size 10 being too big) so that there was a chunk of fabric over my tummy - not as flattering as it could be. But overall a very nice dress, very appropriate for work.

There are a lot of negative reviews that the dress is too large. It doesn't mean the dress isn't fabulous. Just need to order 1-2 sizes down. Love the unique look!!

It is identical to the picture shown. A good length and not to hot. It is heavy to pack though.

Per the other reviews, I sized down two sizes, and the 0 was perfect. I normally wear a 4. I agree with what another reviewer said about not loving the exposed elastic in the front, but ultimately decided not to let it stop me from wearing it.

Although this dress involves a lot of material and runs a bit large, the design is interesting and the item is comfortable to wear. Good for conservative office wear.

Coworkers thought it was a loud piece with only missing the 90's shoulder pads. But it grew on me and them throughout the day. Loved the cinched skirt look. Couldn't tell if the tie should be higher or lower. Great material.

Very cute, the fabric is nice and thick and feels expensive. However, this thing is gigantic, I couldn't wear it. I usually wear a 4/6 so I rented a 4R. This this fits like a 8/10. Wayyy too big. Size down at least 2 sizes. Disappointing because I wanted to wear this for an interview.

It's hard to see this detail from photos but the front tie is bulky and a little odd. The tie edging is just edged by a serger. Not a very clean look. There's some gathering sewn into the front where the top meets the skirt that lays just above behind the tie that I think looks odd as well. Overall not for me.

I want this dress to be better than it was. Really like the top and the idea was nice, but it runs quite big and it's polyester

I wear a 16-18 skirt and this was YARDS of fabric. Way too big

ran a little big but it was fine. with the tie at waist could sit a little higher....you can see where the skirt and shirt meet. Would be nice to have that part covered with the tie. Very comfortable.

It's fits oddly- the waist is weird and didn't sit right.

Put this on and immediately thought the fabric was WAY too thick and heavy for a tie in the front. It felt like I was carrying a pouch. The tie concept seems funky and cool, but ultimately is weird. It fit me fine and defined my waist, but it just felt so heavy. Definitely will not rent again.
