I rented these after falling in love with a pair of TOME karate pants that I rented from RTR in the winter. These are a crisp, solid cotton -- not heavy, not light. And like the crepe karate pants I previously rented, they are PERFECTION. They hang beautifully, feel incredibly comfortable, are incredibly flattering and pair beautifully with either a fitted or boxy top. I've worn them for work and also just casually. In fact I loved them so much that I put them on my ShopStyle list and got alerted when this EXACT pair went on sale on The Real Real, and now I own my own! (I bought them in medium because the large was a little too big for me by the time I got back down to 150 lbs -- the large fit well when I was 160-170.) The only thing I'd caution folks about is that the black cotton is showing its wear -- it's just lost its sheen a bit after passing through various hands. The consignment pair I just got are in better shape than the ones I got from RTR.

So, i am not a pants wearer, i avoid them for skirts and dresses, but i adored these pants!!! Some reviews note that they are big, but thats kind of the point. The legs are so big that they remind me of a chicier version those jnco jeans everyone was wearing in the 90s. Would consider buying!

Chic, comfortable, and flattering. So much fun! You could go super sex pot with a crop top or just feel great at work with something else. Shows off your waist but doesn't make you look big, even though they are big!

It was little big but I just loved it.

These pants are hilarious and awesome. There is no zipper, just an elastic waist that sits just above my belly button. I'm normally a size 12 pants and the large fit nicely/slightly oversized, which is the point. At 5 foot 10, most of my height is in my waist, and the pant came down to just above my ankles as you'll see in the pic. The fabric is structured, but very comfortable. I wore these for 15 hours and adored them as much as sweatpants. If you stand just right, the only part of the Pant that will touch you is the waistband, it's a fun game called "I'm really bored on this conference call, let's see what I can do". The pockets are huge, need I say more? You could easily dress this way up for a formal event or sport them around town on the weekend or at work as I did. Have fun!

I got these with my unlimited and love them will likely get them again. Super comfortable I didn't wear the sash belt because I layered it with a crop and longer lace top that covered the waist. I would wear it in the same combo again. So many compliments and perfect for our work meeting (beauty industry)

Chic statement pants. Running on the larger size, I'd recommend sizing down. The size small fit, but would have much preferred the size XS. The waistband is stretchy, making the fit easy. The legs have plenty of room as these are meant to have an oversized, culotte look to them. At 5'7" the length hit just above my ankle. Great with chic wedges or slip on flats.

Yes- they are huge through the legs. But I thought they were fun.

I got so many compliments on these pants but I spent every day I wore them adjusting and pulling up the belt, which is not attached to the pants. Also, they were a bit long for me so I had to hoist them up pretty high. They look great when standing, but when sitting there is a lot of excess fabric around the crotch area. And I think there was a bit of extra fabric in the buttocks, but I have a bit of a flat bum.

I am a size 4 and the small was a bit large, I may get an xsmall next time. I wore these pants out dressed up with heels and a crop top, and then to work with a sleeveless tank and slip on flat mules. The pants are a structured thick material. They are just different enough to be edgy, but not too out there. Best part-they have huge useful pockets!

The belt was annoying but without the belt the elastic waist was kinda unattractive. I didn't think these pants were as big as others said, but I also LOVE oversized pants! They kinda made me look like I have a belly when my belly is pretty flat, so if you're self conscious about that maybe skip these pants. The pockets are great, I wore them in the country with super tall, wool socks which was soooooo nice. The fabric is this amazing cotton that's got a slight sheen to it. Oh, and although an elastic waist, it was nowhere near snug on my waist - so it was comfortable but also makes me look maybe more like a size 8-10 than a size 4-6 - just saying! Fun but not the most flattering for an hourglass figure.

if you are hippy (like myself) it will take some finagling to get up over the bum, but once you do, perfect!

A bit tight, and something about them I wished they were loose.

Normally, I wear a 2-4. I usually size up with pants because I have an athletic lower half. I ordered the small but could have EASILY worn an xs. I am 5'8" so I can pull off baggier clothes, thankfully. These are unique and extremely comfortable. LOVED THEM!

My initial thought was the material would wrinkle easily- not the case. I wore these pants to work and received so many compliments. My favorite part? The pockets! The versatility! My not favorite part? Sending them back! But also I thought they would have been a smidge shorter than what they were, not that the length was a deal breaker.

Absolutely adored these pants. I am a tall lady so I think that helped to pull these off. I love the elastic waist. It did not come with the belt but that worked out as I wore a black cami with it. I wore with black patent leather wedges. Received many compliments.

Perfect for the deafening heat that is NYC in August. Breezy. Chic. Fun.

There are no belt loops so the belt does not stay put. Super comfortable and cool pants. You feel a bit like a genie in them.

Definitely statement pants, but stylish. I kept it casual and easy with a fitted tee and loafers. Would have worn again, but there is no loop for the belt and it kept slipping up above the pants.

Renting this item is what makes my RTR unlimited subscription so worth it. I went for something different and it paid off. These pants are fun, comfortable and kind of hilarious (but in a good way).

I'm sure these pants are awesome for someone a little more daring, but I just couldn't pull off the ninja look. They got I believe as expected, but I didn't end up wearing them.

These pants are very on trend right now - it was a fun departure for a day out and about, and evening at a tennis match. I would say every single person I interacted with commented on the pants because they are so voluminous and unique. They run quite large, with an adjustable elastic waist band. I'm 5'7" and the XS was considerably longer on me than the model. They have a very full fit. Still, super cute with just a simple white tank tucked in to emphasize their volume against your own smaller frame. I couldn't find loops or anchors for the tie belt so it did keep riding up above the waist band - you could probably pin it with a safety pin to keep it anchored in place. Overall, a fun choice!

These pants were very casual yet chic. Wore with a fitted tank and flat slides. Just wish I had gotten a small as these had a lot of room to spare. I didn't want to sit in them as they puffed up everywhere when sitting. Looked great while standing with hands in pockets.

It was really poufy around the stomach area and just looked really strange on me.
