This skirt has spunk, it's comfortable, super dressy and has pockets! I loved everything about it. The waists is fitted but was able to pull it up to wear a bit higher with my top. Loved it!

It was a fantastic skirt. Though a little tight around my waist I was able to pull it up so it fit very high at the waist. I loved the length the drama of the fabric and the colors. The fabric is lovely, and it has a beautiful drape. It is beautiful. I wished I could have kept it in my closet!!

This skirt was such a fabulous rental! I sized down as per other renters' feedback and I was very glad! Seriously, it fit me perfectly. I usually wear a 4-6 on bottom so I was expecting to rent the small but after only seeing the XS available and realllllly wanting it and seeing others' advice to size down I chose to take the risk and man, did it pay off! I literally couldn't go anywhere without it taking twice as long because I had so many compliments to accept. Just to walk from my trade show booth to the ladies room I'd get stopped 3-5 times! I wish I could upload the boomerang of me twirling in it so you could see how much fun it is (the screenshot on the left shows it in action)! And if that isn't amazing enough, IT HAS POCKETS! So if you're prepared to handle being assaulted in compliments and loving every minute you get to wear it, rent this skirt right now.

The fit is flattering! I loved how full it was. The high low design was amazing and the waist line was unique. It was an eye catcher. Renting again for another party. Really didn't want to return it. Hope this one goes on sale at some point! I WANT IT!!!

I wore this skirt for a formal fundraising gala and received a ton of compliments all evening. I took other reviewers advice and paired with the shoshana jasmine top. I loved this outfit and am sad to send it back tomorrow!

I had been eyeing this skirt for sometime my girl friend actually owns this skirt but hers was way too long for me so I decided to rent. I usually wear 12 so I ordered the large and the extra large for a back up but, the large fit but, a little big. I would recommend renting this skirt for your next event you can dress it up or down as I did. FYI the skirt was really heavy to me. I wore this to my aunt’s 75th Birthday party and I felt like it was my Birthday I received so many compliments. I posted my photo on face book and got tons of likes. The owner of the Banquet Hall asked if she could use my picture in her brochure.

this skirt arrived quite wrinkled and it was a bit arduous getting the wrinkles out. however, that being said... once i got it on, i did not want to take it off!!! the fabric is heavy and there is A LOT of it! it's slightly shorter in front, and on my 5 ft 2 frame the back dragged slightly behind me... which i loved. i'm a 27 inch waist and the small fit like a glove. highly recommend. you will feel like a kid, a princess, a pop star. LOVE

Many, many compliments on this one. Heavy but not particularly hot even on a hot day. The construction and quality are beautiful. Plus it has pockets, and who does not love skirts with pockets?

This skirt is amazing!! The stripes were done beautifully, and the flare of the skirt when I walked commands attention. I received soo many comments on this skirt. I loved wearing it and felt beautiful in it. The fabric is a little heavy so it can get hot for summer events.

Do believe all the comments you read about this skirt. I am not easily swayed by anyone so it is hard to convince me. In case of this skirt, however, PERFECT 10!!! The design is so flattering and the diagonal stripes make the skirt feel regal - it is very heavy and full without being poofy. I wore it to a baby shower which I was hosting with a Tom Ford top (my own) but Shohanna top from RTR also works beautifully. In the photo i'm wearing RTR necklace Nocturne - it looked really great. This skirt is well designed and it makes a statement.

I usually wear a 4-6 and received the XS and S and the small was very tight. I would have preferred to try on a M. Overall - thrilled with the selection. I paired it with a classic black button down and stilettos - you could dress it down with a boyfriend T but heels are mandatory with this skirt because of the high low.

Per others' reviews, I paired this skirt with the Shoshanna Jasmine Top and they were perfect. It was the perfect skirt for a huge fun party in NYC. Very flattering and functional (pockets!) Definitely wished I could have kept it!

It was fancy for a regular Friday at work -- but I felt like a supermodel. LOVE LOVE LOVE. I think it runs large, because I would typically order an XL -- but only an L was avail -- and it fit :)

This may be the best 'in between' skirt ever. You can dress it down or up...it works all ways! Not to mention, it's got a legit great twirl to it!! It's also very true to size. I'm a 14 and the XL was a perfect fit. Do yourself a favor and order it!!

I rented this as part of Unlimited because it looked really cool - it is!! I don't have anything formal in the near term so I'm going to send it back before wear it out, but I think it'd be great with this crop top I have (pictured) for a fun semi-formal summer event. Something noteworthy that I did not realize from others' pictures or descriptions was the amount of tulle lining. XS fit well, I was scared to order since I thought it'd be too small, but it fit well and even hung lower than I expected.

I have a love affair with this skirt and the top I wore with it (the Jasmine top by Soshana). The skirt has a lovely weight to it. it's not heavy but the weight of the fabric is indicative of it's quality. I'm quite tall and the back of the skirt brushed the floor with a modest heel. It was perfect for me but I could see it being problematic for others. It had a great spin when you twirled! Note: The zipper does not come down super far. My waist is much smaller than my hips. When I put the skirt on, I new it would fit IF I could get I over my hips. It was a slower and somewhat hilarious process to get it on. Once I did - it fit like a glove.

This is A LOT of skirt. Much fuller and heavier than I expected. It reminds me of a wedding gown. I LOVED it though. I felt incredibly regal. I usually wear a 6 or an 8 because I'm tall and have a bit of a booty. The small was a little snug but the medium was a bit saggy on me, so I stuck with the small. I would rent this skirt again if it weren't so memorable!

Much thicker than I thought it would be and the material is heavy, almost wedding dress like. I love the high waist and the high/low of the skirt (which I didn't realize when I rented but it worked). The material can wrinkle quickly and when I received it I had to steam/iron out the material before wearing so be prepared with some extra time to do that.

The skirt fit around my waist like a glove. It was a perfect fit. I didn't even try the large. It is a fairly heavy piece that takes up a lot of space (and it gets hot under there). Beware of people sitting and stepping on it while seated next to others or getting in and out of the car. I absolutely loved this skirt. I paired with a fitted button down from Banana Republic, large pearl necklace and large pearl and gold earrings. I felt BEAUTIFUL. A guest at the event told me that I looked like the woman from The Devil Wears Prada......MIRANDA PREISTLEY. That is the ULTIMATE compliment!

I waited for this skirt to be available and checked every day, so excited when it was! I got the size small which is my usual size and it fit well, just a tad snug around the waist but it still worked. This skirt def stands out. Its quite a bit of fabric but thats really what makes it so fun to wear. I was headed to a charity Derby event and it looked super cute wih a big floppy hat. Only downside...I had a hard time matching the black with any black top i could find( as you can see in the pic) I did see previous reviews saying there's a top on here to rent with it, maybe thats the way to go if your looking for a perfect match. The white isnt a true white so i couldnt go with white either. Annnnd it was pretty wrinkled when it arrived and took some time to iron. -would recommend for sure!

TONS of compliments on this combo! (Though I didn't love my shoe choice which were happily not included in this image.) First RTR experience, so I now know for next time to try the item on for a while longer when I first received it. If I had done so with this one, I could have arranged for the next size down -- all that gorgeous fabric was so heavy it hung lower off my hips (instead of a high waist look, per the thumbnails), so the skirt/top proportions were off, and I had to hold up the hemline anytime i tried to move. I opted for a colorful top, as the black and white of the skirt were just off-color enough to not quite work with any black or white tops I had. Four stars because the hemline, waistline, and pocket edges were dingy.

The dress was amazing, but I didn't realize how short it would be in the front. The dress is shorter in the front and very long in the back. The material is extremely heavy as well.

Ordered the medium w my back up a small since I read it runs big. Not the case for me. The medium was a little snug. I'm 138 lbs. 5'2...normally a size 6 and medium for tops. I'm a little broader in the ribs and shoulders so that's where I think I went wrong. But I do think the large would have been too big. Dress is heavy but not uncomfortable. Only issue I had was the hem fell down in two small spots so I used hem tape and it worked perfectly. Would rent again. Matched it w a black bodysuit I ordered ld cheap off amazon. Score!

One-of-a-kind piece that is simply fun to wear... despite being extremely heavy and dressier than expected. As other reviews state, there is a huge amount of fabric, tulle, and lining that requires ironing. Skirt runs large...even for my stature, the waist fell low causing the skirt to hit ground and snag on shoes. Disappointed that rental is worn/torn but still a great item.

I loved this skirt! It ran just slightly large but a M overall fit good. I am usually a size 6. At 5'4 the skirt was long and did have an asymmetrical train on the left side that ran unusually long. The high-low skirt was a great option for a party and with heels, was super fun and festive. Loved that it has pockets too! As other reviews said, it is a heavy skirt.

I rented this dress for an outdoor ballroom dance party, and paired it with RTR's Shoshanna Jasmine top. Pros: weight of the fabric makes it feel high-quality, cool black-and-white design, full skirt looks great when you twirl! Cons: The fabric wasn't satin like I thought it was, but rather this rough drape-like(?) material that was less shiny. I thought that made the black-and-white look less stark and took away from the contrast of the stripes a bit. Despite being thick, the fabric also had deep wrinkles that were very hard to iron out. Finally, although the weight of the fabric is a pro in some ways, it made the skirt sag and it sat much lower on my hips than I had hoped. This was surprising to me - I normally wear a 27/28 in jeans and curvy on the bottom, and this skirt was a size S. It wasn't particularly loose/comfortable either, the skirt was so heavy it would just slip to a point on my hips where it was very very tight. I had mixed feelings about this dress. I did get compliments on it, but I kept wanting to pull it up an inch or two. Not sure I would rent again - if I do, I might try the XS. #Sweeps Entry but the opinions in my review are my own honest views

Complete stunner, fits well, SOO heavy. Wore it for a summer wedding in New Orleans, I died due to heat and weight generated by my constant motion. It is definitely best suited for fall or winter occasions. OH! and the pockets! The pockets are large enough for you to hold all the essentials for you and your best friend.

I am 5'5 and the high-low skirt was just the right height and barely touched the ground in the back when I wore heels. I wore it with a black crop top and the high waist came up just enough to show a flattering amount of midriff. The waist has a control top part before it flows out which helps and it is quite heavy so if it is a little loose it will want to slide down. The heaviness makes it fall beautifully and makes you want to twirl all night long!

I usually wear a 2 or 4 in dresses. I wore the XS and I still had some wiggle room in the waist but it wasn't obvious. People will compliment you all night!

Not for a hot day because of its weight, but a very flattering heavy piece. Petite around the waist, and use any undergarments you want. Stunning. Can't wait to rent it again (it's hard to use it too many times during one rental because it's so memorable, so if you have many unrelated parties back to back, this is perfect). I want to wear it with a black top as pictured and a red medium rider shoulder bag next time.
