Fun, flirty work dress - paired with leopard flats. Material wrinkles easily and looks a little faded but would rent this one again. Perfect for work to night.

I'm petite, but fairly pear shaped. Most shift dresses don't work well on me, but this shirtdress is the perfect "casual yet refined" work dress or great for converse and a denim jacket for a weekend casual look.

Casual little black dress that can easily be dressed up! This is a nice dress to wear from day to night. The button down shirt aspect allows for a lot of room throughout - I would size down in this one! There is no stretch to the fabric but there is comfortable room in the bust, waist and hips. This is great for any cup size. Hourglass, Athletic, Pear, and Full Bust figures would look best in this dress. I would pair this with a colorful heel and stylish earrings to match!

It is a fun work dress.

This was a great dress for the office and I also wore it to a house party with booties. Definitely needs some layering, though, if you're wearing it in the winter months since it's pretty thin.

Really liked this one. It's boxy but good for everyday. Only drawback is that ist a little too boxy in the back.

I rented this dress once last year in the spring and really liked it - the fit is very comfortable, not too short to wear to work, hides tummy, etc. However, I recently rented this dress (winter) thinking it would be a good choice for work if I just added tights. I wore it with nude stockings and black boots and it looked very cute when I first put it on. BUT the material of the dress though really clings to tights, making it constantly ride up and gather between my legs, extremely awkward and unflattering. Moral of the story: great dress during warmer months when it can be worn without tights, not a good choice for colder weather when bare legs aren't OK.

Rented for work but ended up also wearing for life celebration event. Very comfortable, doesn't wrinkle and collar keeps it all business. Love this style would recommend

I rented this dress to wear to work. REALLY wanted to have a picture since there aren't any, but naturally, I forgot to take one. Like others said, it was boxy. If you want to show your curves, this is not the dress for you. It was a little tight in the arms, but I was still able to move around. I paired it with black fishnets and 4 inch stacked suede booties. I felt a little like Wednesday Adams, but honestly that's kind of what I was going for. I buttoned the collar all the way and wore the sleeves long and buttoned. Next time I'll probably throw some kind of necklace on for a different style. If I wore it more casually, it'd probably look awesome over some jeans, skinny or flared. I'm definitely going to rent again! Next time I'll just be more prepared.

Definitely size down with this dress; it runs very large. It also ran too long on me.

Fit was on point and great for a more causal work day!

I found the fit to run a bit large through the body of the dress. The sleeves were a great length and across the bust and chest ran true to size. The dress was super comfortable and the pleats on the bottom made it super cute, without being cutesy.

This shirt dress is cute and the fabric is really nice. I am a little hippy so the way the back is cut made me feel self conscious. I thought the shoulders were a little wide, but with the sleeves cuffed it seemed less so.

The arms of the dress were too tight so I didn't even try. It's also pretty short. The skirt is pleated and adds something special but it's not super obvious. Would of been fun with sneakers for a casual look.

Excited for this little deviation from the standard shirt dress but this dress fit much boxier than I anticipated. Not that a shirt dress is supposed to be fitted, but with the little pleat, I expected a more flattering cut through the waist. It might have worked with a belt or tie waist but I didn't love it alone, I opted for a black Lafayette 148 shirt dress that I had in my closet instead.

The arms were so tight from the elbows up, but the dress was so cute I had to wear it. Simple & classy

The dress was nice. Fabric was cotton and what I expected. It just didn't look good on me. You need to have a straight body to look good in this. The dress being all black made it look so dark as well. I returned right away and didn't wear it. Customer service was great about the return.

This dress runs small. I got my arms in it but they were too tight to position them correctly. So then it didn't cover my derrière. I really wanted it to fit because it iOS cute casual dress.

The dress was so loose through the waist and hips. I didn't wear and returned immediately. If you're going to chance it, I'd suggest sizing down or pairing the dress with a belt to cinch the waist!

The dress was boxy and didn't fit well. The fabric looked silly with tights and the length didn't work with boots. Might be better with bare legs and sandals in the summer. Never wore it.

Dress was really worn out - black was faded, fabric in bad shape and there was a small bleach (?) stain on the front. Just bad quality all around.

This dress fits like a tent and has less shape than the picture shown. I thought it would be great for work but I found it too unprofessional looking. If you work in an office setting this dress will probably not work.

this was a pretty depressing looking black dress. I wanted to like it and wear it to work, but it just didn't work out. After trying it on, i just make me look like I'm going to a funeral, way too depressing looking. Had to ship back without wearing. Another miss.

If you have hips, this dress is not for you. I thought the fabric quality was very poor and it looked worn.
