This definitely isn't a dress for everyone, it's got a very unique shape, but I loved it! The bodice was tight, but not in a bad way, and made it look like I actually have cleavage

The perfect dress for my first RTR experience! Fell absolutely in love with it from the moment I put it on. One flaw was that the back black lining curled down a bit when I first tried it on, but somehow by the night of my event, it was barely noticeable. Got so many compliments and the color was gorgeous! It was a tad too big and although I was a little scared I'd have to be pulling it up all night, it stayed up perfectly. Loved the bottom of the dress and felt comfortable all night, especially dancing!

Both the 4 and 6 fit, but the 6 was better with a Bra. Its a little longer than in the picture. It really was an amazing dress. I didn't want to give it back!

My friend borrowed one of the dresses in my rental for her Rehearsal night! She looked stunning in this color- the dress is modern and an interesting shape but she totally rocked it. I definitely recommend!

After my first choice became unavailable the day before I was to receive it, a very nice gentleman from RTR called to give me the option to select other styles, which worked out perfectly, as I selected this dress. It fit me nicely, I was comfortable all night. And the color was so pretty- perfect for a spring wedding! I received a ton of compliments and absolutely loved it. Thanks Rent the Runway!

This was a fun dress. Don't let the photograph fool you - it is fitted in the waist but the style of the back and lower dress gives it shape and movement. The back has a faux "train" giving the dress more to be desired than your basic red strapless dress. I wore a NuBra under it because of the v-cut back. The material is a thicker cotton which you cannot tell from the picture, but that didnt make it any less formal or dressy. The color was bold requiring minimal accessorizing.

They didn't have an 8 but I really wanted the dress so I ordered a 6 and a 10. I couldn't really breathe in the 6 so I opted for the 10 and it still fit nicely! The dress didn't fall off so I wasn't adjusting all night long. The only complaint would be the black lining which is meant to hold the dress up, showed the whole time but it was not a big deal at all. It's very comfortable and I enjoyed wearing it :) It was a little too dressy for my daytime wedding but I felt great in it anyway

The fit was great! The dress looked better on camera than I felt that it did in person. I was a bit surprised by the quality of the dress and by it being made of cotton. It didn't have very good movement, but the design itself was definitely an eye catcher.

It was a little tight in the bust, but otherwise great!

My first (great) RTR experience! I wore this for a business school formal dance that I organized and really wanted to look great for. Unfortunately the UPS shipment was delayed, but when I called RTR, they overnighted me the dress to the event venue and everything thankfully worked out! I got the same dress in the sizes I needed, the earrings I'd ordered, and a purse upgrade (no charge) because they were out of the one I'd ordered originally. The dress itself is a gorgeous color that really stands out in a crowd. Unless someone happens to be wearing the same dress, you run no danger of blending in in this dress! it has such a different, modern cut that flatters in all the right places. I constantly got compliments throughout the night. Loved renting this dress!!

The color is really amazing, but I was a bit disappointed with the fabric of this dress. Looking at the photos of the model (Gotta admit I didn't take the time to read other reviews and look at customers' photos), I had the feeling it was a really soft fabric, like silk or something - but it felt more like cotton or something like that (probably something else, can't point exactly the name on it). The fit on the bust was also a bit weird... the rest of the dress fitted perfectly (I wore the size 4), and then again, I can't point exactly to what was weird with the bust fit. It felt both too tight and too large at the same time! A bit uncomfortable. I would not rent it again, but it was not a total failure, as it looked good on me and I got a lot of compliments Also, the back is all open and that was awesome. I was just expecting a bit more based on the photo (esp. about the fabric) and was a bit annoyed with the bust fit after a few hours.

My least favorite of my many RTR dresses. Color was great, more orange than pictured but somehow doesn't good that way in photos. For the price of the dress the quality just isn't there.It's simply a cotton fabric. Back black lining around top curls over instead of staying put, runs VERY small around bust, all while making you look flat chested. Only upside was the length and fullness of the skirt made it easy to dance in. Overall not my best look but did the job.

Very tight at the top, even for someone without much of a chest. Looked great though!

Loved this dress - the cut is totally unique and glam despite it being cotton. Can easily dress up. Better for smaller busts; zip also goes low in the back so recommend silicone bra. Would definitely rent again!

Fitted top blouses out at the hips, making it a fantastic option for small-chested figures who struggle with a fit top to bottom or aren't into the super slinky look. Color is killer, length hits at the super flattering top of the knee.

LOVED wearing this dress to the last wedding I attended. One lady and her daughter at our table said they'd been waiting to meet me ever since they saw my dress during the ceremony! I don't think I have ever received so many compliments on a dress:)

The 4 fit amazingly! But beware-- back is very narrow so be sure to size up! Otherwise loved the style and the material! Wish I could keep it :-)

It's fun, different, and comfy. There is ALOT of fabric though, so it made me feel a little bigger than I actually am. (And I have a small frame). Overall, I loved my first RTR experience. If you want a unique dress, this is a good one!

This was a little too formal for the event i was going to so I didn't end up wearing it. The 4 fit fine, but I probably could have gone with a 2 because it was a bit large in the bust.

Wore this dress for my best friend's rehearsal dinner. It was an excellent choice. I typically wear a 6/8. Fit perfectly in a size 8. Great silhouette and deep red color. Only negative is that it wrinkles very easily! Received many compliments and did not regret my choice. Continue to be impressed by RTR.

I rented a different dress for my work "holiday gala" but I got a call the day before that it wasn't available so I got this one instead... I am so happy that I did! The fit is great and I got tons of compliments on it. It was very flattering and I got compliments on the fact that I chose to wear red in the sea of black. The picture makes it look hot pink/watermelon but it really is very red.

Was a nice dress, but it was a back up to what I really rented. The dress was to big and it was a weird material for a formal wedding

It did the job for my 80s party.

I need to point out that I am long waisted, and having a dress with such a defined natural waist is probably not a good one for me to wear. However, I thought it looked awesome in the photo and would have been perfect for the Alice in Wonderland themed gala I was attending. I tried pinning the fabric on the sides under the back bustle, adding a belt, not adding a belt, repinning the fabric, but all in all, I just looked lumpy. Super sad, because I think on the right body type this would look fantastic. Also, the dress is cotton, which I wasn't expecting. For some reason I thought it would be a different, more luxe, material.

From picture I thougtht the dress to be very formal but when i received it realized this was a cotton dress. I was unfortunately dissapointed and could not wear the dress to two Holiday parties I had rented for back to back ... big bummer. I am usually an 8 but could have worn a 6 and I have a pear shaped body.

beautiful dress, terrible fit, made me look fatter then i am and the top corset kept twisting up with the lining showing, they send me another dress same size, it did the same thing

It was a bit big (even the two) but I loved the dress and got tons of compliments. The fabric was not what I expected. It was a thick cotton feeling with a sheen. Super comfortable and unique. A+.
