It was a little short, but still cute. The hooks that hold the strap across the back showed, but my hair covered it so it wasn't a big deal.

This is one of my favorite dresses of all time. The print is SO cute but edgy, and the straps make it a little sexy. I wore this dress for July 4th and got SO many compliments, I never wanted to take it off! The ONLY downside is the straps are a little constricting, but it's definitely worth it based on how great it looks!

This was my first time renting a Thakoon dress and I LOVED it. The dress is so adorable and the back is really sexy. I wore it with my own cork wedges and a few awesome RTR accessories: the Kenneth Jay Lane Ruby Red Drops, the Felix Rey Nude Zip Me Up Clutch, and the Kendra Scott Gold Sanskrit Cuff. As for the fit, I normally wear a size 2 but it wasn't available. The 4 fit me pretty well, but was large on top. I wore my Victoria Secret invisible adhesive bra (backless) and that did the trick! I'd rent your normal size and go up one size for the backup. I can't wait to rent it again.

This dress is so different in all the right ways! The pattern is even prettier in person. Also the back is a little bit of a sexy touch. This is definitely a head turning dress. Only cons are that the side straps can be somewhat restrictive, and it was a bit tight in the bust area. Would highly recommend this dress, it's so sexy my boyfriend couldn't get over how great it looked!

I rented this for my cousin's wedding in Florida and it was PERFECT! The pattern is super cute and different from anything anyone else was wearing. The strap detail is really interesting, but a bit constricting when it came to dancing... there was a lot of "T-Rex arms" going on but it didn't stop me from busting a move. I could have worn the 10 which would have fit everywhere but the chest, but I wanted to be comfortable all night. For the price ($30) this was a great rental!

I absolutely loved this dress and received compliments all night. It was perfect for a small, rustic, summer wedding. It fit well except for the back strap kept coming undone - I suggest using a safety pin.

The dress looks very fitting on the model, however the material of the dress has no stretch and gives girls with wide hips an unflattering shape. This dress is very classy and perfect for a formal look with a hint of sexy. If hips aren't a problem for you, RENT ON! Its a beautiful dress.

I wore this to my brother's rehearsal dinner and got lots of compliments. It fit well, though it was a little shorter than I expected and I was initially concerned that it bunched funny in the front. I rented it because of the review that said it was good for girls with hips, but I'm not sure it worked so well with my hips/rear in particular. The back clasp does tend to come apart sometimes, but two people kept an eye out for me. Anyway, it was a great dress with a fun pattern and fabric. I really liked the shoulders on this dress too.

I rented this to wear out with friends. Fit was accurate for size (I'm 5'9' and 140 lbs - typically a size 6/8). The only issue was the shoulders were too tight. I have broad shoulders and the band across the back made it hard to raise my arms. I think a larger size would have been too big - so would recommend for women with smaller frames/shoulders. Overall pretty dress for a smaller/narrower frame.

There is nothing wrong with this dress, it just wasn’t my most favorite. The fit was true to size and it was comfortable, once we got the strap in the back to stay fasten. I didn’t have an issue with the tight arm "sleeves" as some others mentioned, but I ended up pushing them both up on my shoulders and had like a double strap as they were a tad loose. I rented this dress for a nautical themed party, and it worked - but the black chevron design was way more intense than I thought it would be from the model photo. I really like Thakoon so I wanted to love this dress, but I just didn’t. I would recommend it for a fun, summer outdoor daytime party, but nothing fancier. I almost gave it a three star - it's like borderline 3.

Loved this dress. It fit very true to size. Oddly, I got a ton of compliments from guys (not in a skeevy way) which I think is because the dress is just different from what you see every day.

I rented this dress for a 4th of July party and I am SO sad to send it back. It fit perfectly, a tough task for my high-waisted petite frame. It is probably best for smaller chested women - I am an A cup, and didn't wear a bra and it still hugged my torso. I agree with the earlier review of the back strap coming unhooked a bit easily. However, thanks to the glove-like fit, it stayed up even when that happened and I didn't upstage the fireworks display!

I really loved this dress! The pattern is fun and the low back makes it really unique. I wore my true size but it was most fitted in my hip area so I would recommend for anyone with larger hips to size up for their free backup size. Would definitely rent again!

The dress is perfect for day to night. I wore it with flat sandals to a wine tasting in the afternoon, and then with heels out to bars at night. The top straps are a bit funny, and didn't stay perfectly still on my shoulders like the model. They still looked fine and I got a lot of compliments, they're just a funny fit.

Very excited to try a Thakoon dress! Really loved the dress and got lots of compliments. The straps on the size 4 were a little less white than I was hoping for, clean, but starting to get a little off-white with wear -- but not a huge deal. The fit was tighter around my chest, but was actually great with or without a strapless bra. Recommend getting one size up as the alternate.

I rented this for am outdoor wedding, and got lots of compliments. The pattern is fun and different, and the should straps add a little somethign extra to keep the dress interesting. I have a large rub cage area and always need to size up at least 1-2 sizes. I ended up wearing the 10 because it fit in the ribs but the hip area was a little large and baggy - nothing noticeable. I would recommend for a summer outdoor or more casual event.

I really needed about one size up in this - it seems to run a little small. It's a great dress though - would have been really cute in the right size.

I wore this dress to my shower and it looked fantastic -the chevron pattern is a ladylike red color and the shoulder straps get you lots of compliments. However, beware: the hook on the strap that goes across your back comes undone very easily. I don't know if it's because the dress is popular and has been rented too much, or if it just isn't meant to be worn by an active bride-to-be moving and bending to open gifts and hug people.

I didn't end up wearing this dress as it was very snug and the double strap look is not flattering at all if you have any issues with your upper arm area. I am usually stuck right between a size 8 and a size 10 so I went with the 10 for this and could barely zip it. The pattern was cute (there's more blue than the picture makes it look) and the dress was clearly high quality and unique, but it wasn't flattering on the stomach area or the arms. Fortunately this was a back up dress so I just went with my first choice anyway.

This is a great dress for an outdoor summer wedding or brunch. I couldn't wear a bra with it and it made me look flat chested. Very well made and pretty. I wouldn't rent again because I don't think it's as white as it should be and looks a little worn.

loved this dress. the pattern is great. The fabric is more of a casual cotton so its appropriate for a date night. it fits tight throughout.

I've been dying to rent this dress because it looks so stunning on the model, and that's what you would need to be in order to wear this dress. I'm kind of short and straight, and am very self-concious about my mid-section. I even ordered up a size and this dress was way too tight and so unflattering if you don't have a long, lean torso. Short torso and curvy girls beware of this little number!

Well-made and cute sheath dress, but made for hippy figures, which I do not have. I tried the size 2 and it was comfortably loose on top, but when it came to the hip part, it pretty much flared out in a very unflattering manner. I would say this kind of dress would look great on somebody who is a true hourglass.
