I rented this dress for an outdoor summer wedding in Maine. It is hands down my favorite rental to date. It's comfortable, flattering, and the drape is just PERFECT. The rental price is high but worth it, IMO. I am top heavy with narrow hips and the the dress fell just right (though there's certainly room for more booty than I have to offer). I got compliments all night, and danced comfortably. The back is incredible, and the dress is so subtly sexy you will stand out and look effortless. If you're on the fence about this dress, just do it. You won't regret it! (I loved this dress so much I just rented it for a second time! Would buy it if I could!)

I loved this dress! The online stock images of it on the website hardly do it justice. This gown is very very lightweight, 100% silk, unlined, and oh so glamorous/sexy/amazing. There is a very thin 1" matching silk strap that cinches in the natural waistline and is nearly invisible, but adds a little more shape. The deep cowl-neck in the back of the dress is stunning - ladies, wear your hair up! The 2L was long, but I had 4.5" wedges. Overall, I would highly recommend this gown for a formal outdoor event (in the heat too!).

I LOVE this dress - definitely one of the ones I was really sad to return. Fit is perfect - flowing but fitted where it should be. The back is gorgeous - such pretty draping. I'm 5'2 and with 3-4 in heels the length was great. Material is gorgeous, and the print is so special. I'll definitely rent this one again.

I absolutely loved this dress! I paired it with a coral necklace and matching coral sandals. The material is incredibly thin (perfect for a hot summer's day), and the slit is pretty high. Be careful walking in front of fans, as they'll certainly blow your dress up! If it's a windy day, I do not recommend this dress! And you will need a backless bra! (Though I did try the dress on braless, and that worked too, just keep in mind that it's thin, and breast petals might be better than nothing at all). I also wore shape wear underneath. I had a high waisted one and had to fold it, since the back is very low, which made sitting a bit uncomfortable but it was worth it. There is a thin belt with a metal eye/hook fastener (similar to what you'd find in dress pants) that helps add definition and shape. I didn't even try on the 4L, the 6L fit perfectly. With heals on, the dress went to my ankles. I was a bit surprised. Based on other reviews, I thought the long size would be much longer. I would have liked it to be half an inch to an inch longer but it still looked great.

I adore this dress!! got compliments all night long. Was the perfect combination of sophisticated and fun. I added a detail to the waist band which helped break up the pattern on the front.

This is such an amazing dress. I wore it to a black tie optional wedding and got compliments all night! The color/print is great on any skin tone, the open back and high slit up the leg make it surprisingly sexy and very high fashion. It's very lightweight, super comfortable, and comes with a belt that cinches at the waist. I have a small chest, so I actually didn't wear a bra, but I would recommend wearing a Nubra or Braza backless strapess bra. I dressed it up with Oscar de la Renta beaded tassel earrings, and the look was fabulous. Love this dress!

This dress was so incredible and truly unique, I wish I could purchase it. I felt like I was in a glamorous episode of Mad Men the whole night. It's the 60's meets Ancient Greece. The back drape of the dress is so incredibly dramatic, it took my husband's breath away. You can't see it here but there's also a pretty sexy slit that goes up one side of the dress as well. I am not a skinny lady (very pear-shaped) and this dress was very flattering in all the right places. There is a belt that has a hooked closure with two loops so there's a little room to breathe (but not much). Because of the open back, had to wear adhesive bra, which worked great. I'm 5'10" and the Long was just the right length. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!!! This is a stunning dress that will really stand out in a crowd.

Loved this low back floral maxi. So pretty! Has a little waist band to show off your figure. Highly recommend this style for a wedding.

I felt so elegant in this dress. The gorgeous drape in the back is very sexy. It does run somewhat large, as I am almost always a 2 and had to wear the 0L in this - though it is certainly not supposed to be fitted (except in the waist band). I'm 5'6" and in 3 inch heels this was the perfect length. I'm surprised by how casual they make this look in the picture - it is much more elegant and formal in person, and I felt perfectly appropriate at a black tie wedding. Part of the added drama is the very high slit in the skirt.. certainly do not plan on wearing a slip or spanx of any kind with this! (Though you don't need them, since the skirt is flowy and the dress is not see-through.) Also the waist band threads through the left side of the dress, so the back has an asymmetrical drape to it, which just makes it so unique and interesting. I highly recommend!

If you are short get tall heels - I had 4" heels. Too sheer to go braless - get some stickie cups with no back that you like before renting this dress. Fits true to size. A * little * tight in the waist but plenty of room for your hips!

The dress arrived right on time and I couldn't wait to try it on. I was so happy with the way it fit and flattered me. It was a little longer than expected but with the heels I wore it was a breeze to manage. The back of this dress can be played around with to your liking so don't just settle with the way it goes on originally. The only downside to this dress was the fact that you have to wear a backless bra because of the open back and it was a little uncomfortable to deal with no support. People we're in love with this dress at my prom, and I can definitely see why! I am VERY pleased with my Rent The Runway experience!

The lightweight and flowy material in this maxi make it super comfortable and easy to wear. It has a belt that cinches your waist so it gives you some shape. It has that low back though so you cannot wear a strapless bra - you'd have to wear a backless bra or stickies because there isn't any support or built in bra in the bust area. Pretty print and a different style then your typical maxi!

I loved the print and shape of this maxi. The back is low and there is a tie that makes the dress flattering to your curves. However, I thought the material was too thin and static-y (in the picture, you can tell that it stuck between my legs and did not fall flat to the ground like it should've). I'd suggest using hair spray or something to stop the bunching!

I wore this for my rehearsal dinner. my wedding color was dark teal, and this fit so perfectly with the theme! I really felt like a million bucks in this one. the only problem was the bra, I wasn't crazy about the one that came from rent the runway because I felt like people could feel it when I hugged them (it was kind of card bord-y). If you're ok with going without a bra, or know of another good sticky brand, I would go with that. Everything else was perfect.

I received many compliments, as it was perfect for the outdoor venue. The dress is flowy and light, but the draping is so well done that it has a beautiful structure when worn. The slit on the side makes it so much more functional, I was able to move however I needed to, with dancing and a reasonable amount of walking. I will say that at 5'10" with curves (which I've learned makes L sizes a bit shorter) I HAD to wear flats with the long. I wanted to wear flats, so I was happy, but for you taller ladies that want to wear heels you need to reconsider your shoe choice. Loved the dress!

Although the belt at first seemed out of place, once I hooked it. (no room to spare) and bloused the back correctly it looked great. Incredibly flattering. I wore with flip flops for a more casual feel. I am 5 '10 so the long would have allowed for higher heals, but I ended up loving the look with flats. Plenty of room is bust and hips.

The dress has a loose fit, with a belt around the waist. The open back is gorgeous, and the slit on the leg is fairly high. The material is incredibly light-weight, and the dress is not lined, so it would not work for a breezy day (I tried to wear it to a dinner on the beach, but had to change!). Ended up wearing it for dinner a different evening, and got many compliments. It was also not too long - a problem I have sometimes with maxi dresses. I'm 5'4:, and the length worked with flats or heels.

I brought this dress with me on a cruise vacation with my man's family to wear to dinner one night. He completely blew me away by proposing in Roatan the day I planned to wear this beauty! This dress is absolutely gorgeous. The fabric is very thin so watch what undergarments you plan to wear. The belt is tight, so if you have a small waist, this dress is for you! The back dips low so have a backless bra on hand! Sorry the quality of the picture is so terrible, I was too focused on my gorgeous ring to care!!

This dress fit beautifully. I received so many compliments, especially when people saw the back! I bought an adhesive bra to wear with this dress. The material is so light and airy that a bra was necessary for me.

The 0L was a perfect length for me with sandals ( I'm 5'11" ) but it was a little tight around the arms. The fabric was so light and comfortable! Beware of the slit, it was very very high. All in all it was a beautiful summer dress.

The dress was perfect for the occasion. I attended a summer wedding in Boston. The length of the dress was surprisingly great. Usually with regular sizes, I need to hem the dress up, but with heels the length was exactly where it needed to be (didnt have to hold it up when dancing either). Definitely suggest backless bra. Other than that, fantastic experience

I had originally rented the TIBI Tropical Mint Leaf Gown, but I got an email the night before my dresses were to come in and RTR had told me that the dress would be unwearable due something wrong with the dress. So they upgraded me to this dress. At first, I wasn't too excited about.... The original gown was a simple green, and I'm not usually one who wears floral print. However, the moment I tried the dress on I really liked it!!! The scoop back and the slit definitely sex the dress up a bit, but not tooo sexy. The dress is still very classy and definite allowed me to break out my killer wedding dance moves! For length reference: I wore the 0L and I am 5'7 and wore 4 inch wedges, with flats the dress would have been just a tad too long.

This dress is really unique and beautiful. The material is silky and comfortable, and the slit and the plunging back makes this dress really sexy. I ordered the long length (as recommended on the site for my height), wore with 3 inch heels and the dress was too long. I wish I had ordered the regular length, because it was basically impossible to dance. Still, loved this dress. Gorgeous.

I wore this to a formal charity event. It was super comfortable and hung really nicely. I got lots of compliments and my husband preferred it over a much more traditionally-sexy type of dress

It was way too small! I couldn't even fit it past my thighs.

It's a LOVELY dress but the fit wasn't quite right on me. I'm 5 4 and have narrow shoulders and a slightly bigger waist and I looked shapeless in it.

The dress fit nicely. The fabric is very thin, like wearing a scarf, so there's not much forgiveness. However it is well made enough that all the parts stayed in place, and I didn't have to keep adjusting all evening.

The one problem was finding the right undergarment( bra) to wear as the back is open and there is no support and the fabric is quite thin. Anyone bigger than a b-cup will need to either get a backless, strapless stick on bra or some kind of very low back bustier, which is what I did and then I tucked some fabric in at the back to hide it a bit.
