I wore this dress to a wedding where I actually didn't know anybody other than my date. Even the bridesmaids went out of their way to compliment me and ask where I had gotten it. I felt comfortable and pretty.

I loved this dress so much! It was fun, completely unique and very classy! I wore a size 10 so there would be a bit more length in the skirt, but the 8 fit otherwise and I would say it runs true to size, and is just short. As other reviews mention, you definitely need perfect posture in this dress or you'll get a weird effect with the fabric in the chest area! So just stand tall and enjoy the fabulousness :)

Great fit, didn't need to wear spanx. Good posture is helpful in not letting the top bundle in the front, but it wasn't a big deal. For great...loved the embroidering...picture doesn't do it justice

I wore this dress to a wedding at a winery and it was great! They were out of size 4 (which would have been perfect!!), and the 6 was too big, but I was able to pin the straps (about 1.5 inches on each side) and really cinch the bow in the back... and voila, it was great! I really felt wonderful in this dress and it was a great excuse to wear bright blue shoes! I would keep the accessories to a minimum as this dress really speaks for itself! I bought some bright blue earrings and that was just enough. If you are overly busty, it is pretty tight, but I went without a bra and was just fine (the fabric is really thick). There is no stretch in the skirt, so it does come up pretty high when you sit down (just an FYI!).

This dress was absolutely stunning and fit perfectly! Can't wait to rent it again in the future :)

The dress runs a little small. I usually wear a size 6 but I ended up wearing an 8. So I would recommend getting it in the next size up. But overall the dress is stunning, the pictures do not do the fabric justice. I highly recommend it for a wedding!

With an open back, the front is obviously not going to fit super snug. But with good posture the structure of the dress is awesome! It was beautiful and I will definitely recommend it to anyone!

The pictures of this dress don't do the fabric justice...it's beautiful in person! Wore this dress for a beach wedding in Mexico but you could definitely dress is up even more. It was super comfortable and had more than enough coverage to go without a bra.

After my first rental fell through (didn't fit as nicely as I'd hoped), I was left without a dress at the last minute for a wedding I was flying to in Canada the very next day. Lucky for me, I live in NYC and was able to go to the RTR showroom to find a replacement ASAP. After going through about 4 different dresses, the stylist brought this one out and I immediately knew it was the one. The embroidery and detail looked absolutely stunning in person, and the fit was the perfect blend of sexy, yet elegant. Definitely would recommend this dress for any formal occasion!

Pros: has pockets, comfortable, sexy without being slutty Cons: You have to stand up straight or else the dress will sag. But that's kinda a good thing to have nice posture! Also, I want to say that some women said that this was loose in the front, but as long as you buy those gel cups from Victoria's Secret (about $30 and they last for YEARS), you'll be fine. I wouldn't recommend this for A cups though. You should be at least a B.

Adored this dress. Got compliments all night at the rehearsal dinner i wore it to! I am about 5'5 128 lbs typically a dress size 2. The size two fit perfectly. It was a little looser fitting in the bust area, but i thought it was a good loose. I would absolutely recommend this dress!

The only con I find is the dress is made for someone with a fuller bust than I have which is a bit paradoxical because you cannot wear a bra with the dress.

Dress was lovely, the material had gorgeous detailing. The downside for me was the fit at the top: I have very narrow shoulders, and the straps had a hard time staying on. I also had to make sure to stand up straight all night or the front would slouch in a very unflattering way. Otherwise, I got several compliments all night and felt very comfortable!

The fabric is gorgeous and the length was just right. Bust was a bit roomy, but a couple safety pins in the darts prevented the fabric from puckering too much.

Dress runs true to size. Didn't order back up size. Just wore 2. Fit perfectly even without a bra. Dress has pockets. Beautiful design. It is lined and super comfy. Favorite detail was the open back. Just All around a gorgeous dress.

I loved the fabric. The waist was a bit tight but it felt great the whole night. I wore a sticky bra that worked great to show off the backless-ness of the dress.

I loved the backless dress! Especially given how warm it was during this outdoor wedding, the backless dress helped me stay cool. My bust is fairly small so there was a bit of extra material in the front but the material was structured enough that it didn't look too bad. Got so many compliments!!

I wore the In a Daisy Thakoon Dress to a mid-October wedding. At first I thought perhaps the blue print might be too springy but it was totally fine and even more beautiful than the picutre on the site. The colors are much more vibrant than the online photo.I was also concerned about some of the reviews saying it had an awkward fit and I can see why people would say that but for someone like me with a small bust I didn't have any real issues. It was a bit puffy over my ribs in the front but everything stayed in place which is the main concern with a backless dress. Overall the fit was solid and true to size. The pockets on the dress were a cute touch and I received tons of compliments! One person even made me stand up so she could see the entire dress. Highly recommend this dress!

This was actually a back up and a size too large, but the back is stunning!

I love this dress. The fabric along with the open back design were really great. The blue design is even more detailed in person than in the photo. Two things to be aware of, as others have said you have to concentrate on your posture with this dress, otherwise the front will bunch and look weird. Also, when you sit down the skirt kinda has this weird fold on it at the hips. I really recommend it though.

This was a really unique and beautiful dress. I agree with other reviewers that you really need to keep up good posture to wear it. Otherwise, it just gets bunchy in the front chest area. I usually wear a 4 or 6 (due to my hips), but the 2 worked for me. I got the Nubra to wear with this, and am glad I did. It helped make the dress fit much better. All in all, great dress.

It was overall a great dress. I had to size up because the size I needed wasn't available. But I was able to tie the dress tighter so it worked out well. The top was really baggy and almost awkward because of the open back. And I have a full bust so to say it was baggy, it must have been. But that may also be due to the fact that it was a size up.

I rented this dress for my friend's wedding in Dallas. I wanted something original and this dress worked perfectly. The high neckline in the front is balanced by the open back. I rented two different dresses and got the backup size in the other dress so the 10 was a little big but still worked. I was able to tie the sash in the back tight enough to help. The only issue was the pockets made the dress poof out more than I would prefer but it wasn't too bad. This dress was easy to move and dance in and I got so many compliments! I would rent it again if I need to.

I'm noticing a trend in my rentals... backless! This one is really special, great cut and lovely material and embroidery along the hem. This was my backup dress, so I just wore it around Santa Barbara the night before my friends' wedding. It was perfect. It *is* loose on top/in front, but it's cut well so it doesn't seem sloppy. I didn't wear a bra, and even though my chest is not tiny, I was perfectly comfortable. Sorry for the bedroom selfie, my "night-out" photos came out too dark!

Need long torso for this dress. I am short and petite, but was able to use fashion tape and pins and also tied the bow in front. It was longer than I would normally wear/than I expected it to be from some other pics. Got a lot of compliments and I love the dress, but didn't fit great.

Very pretty fabric back is cute. Only thing I didn't like was above the cinched waist the dress is loosely fitted. Kinda makes your boobs look saggy. I tried the smaller size also and it was still to much fabric. I would still recommend the dress lots of complements

I wanted to love this dress, but the top did not fit very well. Since it is backless, there is no support in the chest, and the top part of the dress ended up being kind of baggy, which did not show in the RTR photos.

Thankfully this was a backup, because this dress made my front look really weird. There was way too much fabric in the front for my tiny chest. The person who wears this needs to have some boobs for this to not look weird. The fabric is really pretty, but it was also pretty tight at my waist. 99% of the time I wear a size 2 (again no boobs), but my rear is a 4 and I think I would've been more comfortable in a 4, but that still doesn't solve the extra fabric in the front.

Dress is very fitted through the waist and hips, size up for pears. Requires a backless bra. It is completely covered in stitching, which gives a bit of a sheen and a luxe look. It was great for trying to dress up a short dress for a morning wedding.

-fit was true to size -the back is open so I wore a sweater during the wedding ceremony part. -the only con was that I have a small chest and the dress was a little baggy up top because of this.

I ordered this dress months before the summer wedding I wore it to, and ended up Just being able to fit into the size 4. I was about 4 months pregnant by then, which was easy to hide in this dress, it was just a little snug around my waist. I got so many compliments on this dress! The colors were vibrant, the style and pattern was unique, and the low back was gorgeous. Straps stayed up fine for me, but if it weren't for having a larger bust to fill everything out without a bra, I don't know if that would have made things more difficult.

This is the first dress that I have absolutely not wanted to return. Even my fiancé agreed that he wanted me to keep it (which was a first!) I rented this for a friend's 4th of July wedding in Breckenridge. Everything about the dress was amazing. It fit perfectly, the embroidery was gorgeous and even though you do have to stand up straight because of the open back, it is worth renting! I received compliments from everyone the entire night! Rent this dress and you won't be disappointed!! I'll definitely rent this again!

I wore this dress to a bridal shower and got tons of compliments! The open back is flawless and the lace detail in the bottom makes this dress so special. My favorite RTR so far!

Adorable dress but the fit was tricky. The 4 fit perfect on the bust but when actually zippered all the way I struggled to breathe. So I couldn't wear it. The 6 was damaged by previous person so it didn't ship- but I feel the shoulders would have fallen of of me in the 6. If you have a Bigger bust and smaller waist this may work. But didn't end up wearing it.

The dress is very expensive looking. The fabric is almost entirely embroidered, which I did not notice in the pictures. Eye popping blue and silver color combination. Could imagine it would be hard to fit for smaller chests- as I am a D and wore the 2.

This dress was beautiful, however, the chest does bag a big regardless of your chest size. That's the only reason I gave it a 4.
