Cute cut and perfect work dress for winter with tights and boots

This is a cute and easy work dress. It's very simple, but the buttons add a cute touch. The material is structured but still surprisingly light. I have short arms and legs, so the arms were longer on me than they should have been, but they still hit at/above my wrists, so I kept trying to scrunch them up. I'm new to this brand. I usually rent a 2 or 4 in other brands. I went with the 36 (4)

I wore this for professional settings, easy and comfy.

This is the perfect lbd. I wish I would have taken a picture. Wore to work and a few Christmas parties. Paired with boots and a colored cardigan. Received many compliments!

Nothing special but nice quality black work dress with button details on top. Heavy material is good for cold weather.

Loved this dress. Ran true to size. Not your basic LBD. The detail on the upper shoulder was just right to make it unique. The material was super soft too. Received a ton of compliments. Would wear again.

I liked this dress a lot for a simple black dress. It was a bit big but since I wore it for work, I was happy with the fit. If I wanted more of a date night or event look, I would go down a size for a better fit. I would rent this again when I need a simple black dress.

Shift style makes it very comfortable for work. Im a 2/4 and went with 4 equiv (36) which was a perfect fit for work. I love the 3/4 sleeves so I dont need to wear a blazer to my work meetings. the button details on the collar also add something. This will be in my winter work rotation.

No lining and odd fit in the shoulder. Did wear once. Maybe just not for my body type.

Cute details on the shoulders but the stomach was weirdly loose. Not fitted enough thorough the waist to wear a blazer over.

Didn't wear bc just too big. I should have gotten a size smaller but I don't think it was available at the time. Simple black dress. Would try again in size down.

This dress runs HUGE. Size down for sure.

I've rented blouses by this designer that I love, so I was excited for this dress. Unfortunately it was a disappointment. The material is extremely thin - you could see the outline of my bra and undies. Maybe could wear it with a slip or tights, otherwise, it's unwearable. The sizing was also kind of weird. I'm petite / hourglass and it fit well on top, and then got very loose and wide at the bottom, like a triangle shape from the waist down. Maybe it would be a good fit for pear shapes.
