Great work skirt to pair with heeled boots. Definitely size up. I'm a 2 and so I should have been a 34 but the 36 fit perfectly.

Could have probably used one size bigger as I am very curvy so it was tight in the rear but still wore it and felt beautiful in this skirt! Sexy but in a classy way!

This skirt had me wishing I was a headmaster at hogwarts or a head librarian and I loved it. Very glad I didn't size down at all--the form fit was perfect.

I loved how the skirt hugged my hourglass figure. For my curvier girls, if you would like it to not hug your body as much, I would get a size up.

I wore this twice, once with heels and once with flats (photo) and loved it both times. The high waist is very flattering rather than frumpy. The skirt is not lined and clings to tights underneath, requiring bare legs. The material is pretty thin, it will show any top tucked in, so anything but the slimmest of knits is out. For those reasons its not the best for a bitterly cold day, but it is really cute.

Fit was perfect! Looked great for Thanksgiving. The material was gorgeous.

I wore this to work and got raving reviews from everyone. I even had one colleague say my outfit "motivated her to do some fall online shopping." The material is great quality and the midi length is my favorite as it's conservative, but still feminine. I recommend sizing up so that it fits comfortably around the waist. Will definitely rent again!

Worn with a crisp white shirt for work, gold necklace and gold pumps to match the gold buttons. Fits like a glove but loved the retro style. Tara Jarmon in general is small so I take a 36 regardless of the US size conversion.

Runs small. I'm a true 2 and had to suck in to get the 34 to zip all the way. Hit very high on my waist (I'm 5'8). Nice, high quality fabric and does not show too much leg when sitting - as is often an issue with skirts w/ slits. Great with booties. I lots of compliments at work! Felt very trendy. PS - sorry for the boxes in the pic, I was moving!

Wore this to a GNO to dinner and the theater. So many compliments! Paired with a cropped sweater and heeled booties. I'm on the shorter side but the length was still perfect!

This is absolutely a fabulous skirt, versatile for many occasions. I was sick for weeks and unable to attend the event I rented this for, but before returning, tried the skirt on and was so disappointed that it was *almost/actually* too small for me. Perhaps I gained more in my midsection while sick and immobilized -- if I HAD to wear it, I could zip it up (higher on my waist) but I already have a shorter torso. If I rent this again (hope to!), I'll be sure to be a smidge trimmer. It's lovely!

Too small, too long

Nice quality item. But it runs very small. I was able to make it work by hiking the waist up just below my bust and wearing a tunic style sweater on top. Size up!

The skirt looks beautiful. Unfortunately I sent it right back. I have quite a small waist and this Was too tight around my waist

Wish I’d sized 1-2 sizes up because this was very cute for work and good quality, but it was pretty uncomfortable with such a small waist.

This is the perfect work skirt. High waisted, and a bit long on me (I'm 5'2") but it looked great with a pair of knee high boots. Makes your waist look very small. Heavy fabric best for cooler temps.

I love love this skirt. I feel like it fits true to size. I wear a 12 or 14 in jeans. I rented the 44/12/ I was able to zip up the skirt no problem. It was too snug in hips and the buttons pulled some. If there was a size 14 skirt in this I would have rented it and worn the F out of it.

I wore this skirt to work and got tons of compliments. Paired it with a navy blazer. I loved that it hit me right below the knee, even though I'm 6'0"!

I wasn't sure about this skirt, but it fits beautifully, the buttons are a really classic and interesting detail, and the split in the front is designed so you don't flash people when you walk or sit - but also wide enough that you can walk properly. Got so many compliments on this skirt!

I dont think the waist is tight like others have said. I sized up to a 38, just because I have muscular thighs and a butt, but the waist was plenty large enough. If you have some curve and your waist is at least 8-10 cm smaller than your butt/hips, you will definitely be fine.

Waist is very narrow, but not too tight. Love the length. Very warm. Perfect for winter and fall. Wore it with a cozy cashmere sweater and had so many compliments!
