Love this serious looking shift dress that means business, but keeps you approachable. The material is mostly structured, but gives a little so you can move around and sit or stand without the need to adjust everywhere. As I walked away from colleagues I heard, "she's always dressed professional and cute".

This dress was the perfect length to pair with over the knee boots and a turtle neck! So many compliments! The ruffle is the cutest addition as well! I wore this for thanksgiving. It's the perfect dress for the holidays! You must rent!

I got the dress with the tags still on (!) and so was doubly excited to be the first to wear the dress. Sadly, as you can see in the photo, it fits fine, but just not very flattering around the stomach. I *could* wear it out if I really needed to, but given the choice, I didn't end up taking the tags off and wearing it to a work event.

Found this at the RTR store and liked it because of the well made material and quirky ruffle at the hem. It's an A-line dress meant to hang, not cling and as the material is thicker and has shape, it draped well. I wore this a couple of times - once at work as seen in the photo, then work the weekend dressed down with a pair of black and white oxfords. Easy to wear and accessorize. I threw on a long tassel necklace but can also wear a shorter, more dramatic statement necklace. The dress has a checkered pattern which is small enough to work as a blank canvas for many different necklaces.

I loved wearing this with a white button up underneath. I did have issues with it riding up when sitting, but that is as expected with this fit of dress.

Cute in theory with tights and a black long sleeve turtle neck. Would rent again in a smaller size.

A little short for me but worked!

This dress fits well and is an appropriate length for work (I'm 5'4"). The ruffles are a fun touch, while the houndstooth is a great fabric for a professional environment. I did not wear a shirt underneath the dress and still felt modest and appropriate for work.

I wore this dress with a collared shirt underneath just as the picture shows.

Rented this for my daughter who wanted to wear a sleeveless dress over a black turtleneck. Bumped up a size from her usual 4 to make sure there was room - fit very nicely and was a cute preppy dress. She found it comfortable and easy to where.

Rented this for work and wore w/ a tight black turtleneck underneath + black tights & booties. The black tights were a must because this dress is SHORT. I usually wear a size 10/12, and the size 44 (which I believe converts to a US 14?) fit well. But I was pulling it down all day!

This dress was good quality and I love the style and pattern, but I didn't wear it because it was too tight around the hips, and the style is meant to hang loose.

I didn't love the dress, but didn't hate it. I think it would be a little short for taller ladies.

Seemed like a cute jumper for work, but is actually quite short (I am 5-3 and don't usually have this issue) and the ruffle was located in a strange place. Sent it back.
