I wear a size 6 and have relatively small frame/breasts and couldn't zip up the 6R so very glad I got the backup 8. Good length for a not-so-tall person who wants to wear a long dress. I wore 2-3 inch heels. Great heavy-ish fabric that laid flat on body so made me look and feel sleek. Loved it!

Was definitely worried this would be too tight based on other reviews. I sized up (6R), and it actually fit perfectly. Snug but not uncomfortable at all. Tons of compliments at the annual Christmas party!

I wore this dress to a black tie wedding. I received so many compliments! It was comfortable and so much prettier in person than in the photos. I’m petite and the length was perfect. Based on the other reviews I ordered a size 4p instead of my usual size 2 and I’m glad I sized up. I’d definitely recommend this dress for a special occasion.

Rented this dress for a wedding, and it was amazing! I got so many compliments- the photographer even pulled me aside for a mini-photoshoot, she loved the dress so much! It was so flattering, very comfortable, and the perfect length! But it does run small. I usually wear between a size 2-4 (closer to a 2, especially through the bodice), so I thought for sure the 4 would be fine. Since the size 2 was unavailable, I took the size 6 as a back-up but not thinking I'd need it. So lucky it worked out this way because the size 4 was really small- to point I couldn't zip it all the way. But the 6 fit like a glove! Wish I had the opportunity to wear it again and again!

Even more gorgeous in person and fit so well. I was complimented left and right! I'm usually between a 10 and a 12 and the 12 fit better throughout my hips. Highly HIGHLY recommend!

I love this dress! I'm usually a size 10-12, rented a 12 and it fit perfect. Wore it to a wedding and didn't feel too hot after many dances. I'm 5'0 and it just about reached the floor with some heels. It was tight in the bust with a bra, so I decided to just let the girls go free and yet I felt supported and very comfortable. The material is thick enough and looks super lux and I wish I had more occasions to rent this dress. Definitely try it!

The occasion was a destination wedding in Croatia, and Black Tie. I needed a gown that wasn't too young for me (I'm 70), not too showy, and which would work well next to my guy in his tux. This Pine for You dress was perfect! The setting was outdoors and was rocky and uneven underfoot, so no heels. Although the dress designed to be ankle length, for me at 5'3", it was floor length. The design and styling are universal and the dress works well for all ages, IMO. I felt confident and beautiful. I'm so glad I found RTR to help me through this event.

I sized up based on reviews (usually a 6 or 8) and got the 8 and 10. Ended up wearing the 10. The skirt and bodice have sheer material making it a great choice for a summer formal wedding. The skirt was longer than tea length on me but I didn’t mind the longer skirt. Overall great experience!

This is a great dress that bonus, you don’t need a bra for. Throw a blazer on and elevate your office outfit or lose the jacket and wear it to an event. It all works.

I’m 5’ 2” and wore a 6R. I’m usually a 4, sometimes a 2 but the 6 was perfection. I wore 4 inch stilettos and the dress was floor length without being a trip hazard :) I loved how it swished around my ankles and calves but was fitted in the main body. Standing, dancing, walking, sitting - this dress was comfortable and gorgeous for a fundraising gala.

This dress was perfect! It was fitted on top and up to the hips but the layered skirt was feminine and easy to move around in. Received lots of compliments and loved that it was black but with fun and unique details. I had to wear the bigger size Of my 2 choices because there is no stretch at all on the torso portion and I have a wider rib cage so the zipper wouldn't close on the zero. It looks better in person than in the pictures because of the lace and sheer details. Also I usually look for petite Or dresses that offer a short option because of my height but this one is great because it's meant to be a bit above the ankles.

Wore for a work gala that included lots of sitting followed by dancing. Fit like a glove but still had enough give to allow for hours of dancing too! I'm small chested with a petite shoulder build but have wide ribs and the 4R fit amazing. The mesh details made it feel sexy but still leaned more reserved. Only thing I wish was it was shorter. The regular size hit me at a weird spot in my legs.
