Great fit! Wore with blazer for work. Could be worn with sandals for more casual. Love this dress!!

Rented this for work but was a little short and form fitting for the office so wore it out for for a graduation celebration lunch. Definitely preppy in fact the dress came with a Pinehurst pin on it from the previous renter. The fit was good. The material is thicker with a bit of stretch. I'm 5'5" and 126 lbs 34 B. Wore a size 2. Recommend wearing with a pop of color especially if your Pale like me since the dress light colored and neutral (blue and white).

I love the cut of this dress and the flattering blue and white stripe pattern. I wore it with a white jacket for work and will definitely wear it again, though I might try a size 2 for comparison. The pockets are also great. The look is fresh and crisp for summer. Great for work, but also good for casual and networking events.

This dress was very well made and comfortable. It was also flattering, and works well for spring/summer, casual or more dressy occasions. It was a little weird that the slip/lining stuck out below the dress, but it sort of looked like that was how it was designed, so it didn't bother me at all. I would have bought this one had it been a little less expensive. True to size. Will rent again.

Fits great. The pockets bunch a little when you sit but only when they are unzipped and not enough that it bothered me. The pockets make it easy to cary your iPhone in the office. Overall I LOVED it.

This is the dress that made me create a heart category, "rent it again." I love a good shift dress, and I am a fiber content snob. The fabric is a great weight, enough wool to make it real, but not so heavy that I couldn't wear it in New Orleans in April (which is more like summer than spring). I received numerous compliments - it has a great line and moves well. I am small up top and through my waist, so I found the cut a little boxy, but I still thought it was flattering. I'm 5'7". and it's probably a bit shorter than most of my work wear. Note that the dress is largely ivory (you couldn't wear a white sweater) with a navy chain print (but I wore a black wedge). Overall, a great work or everyday dress!

Such great material, super good quality and appropriate yet cute for travel. Very true to size- I have a large chest and nothing was too tight.

At first I thought this dress was going to be boring, but it is actually really nice! It fit really well and is surprisingly flattering! It's comfortable and isn't tight, but still has a nice shape. It also fits really true to size, so the 8 was perfect!

Based on the photo, I envisioned more of a gray suiting fabric. Instead, I received an adorable cream dress with a blue geometric pattern. The fabric is thick with a little stretch. The dress runs short, but I'm able to wear to work at a 5'3". The dress has little zip pockets on the hips. Super cute!

awesome dress. lining is a bit worn

I have rented this style in several colors and love it. However, the material of this dress was a thicker wool than the rest. I was surprised by how thick it was because the blue and white design is so summery. I like the dress a lot, just wish it wasn't so thick.

Indian summer is still here in the city so this dress was perfect

I LOVED this dress and it was so much cuter in person. Perfect summer dress for work, the high neck and heavier material means it's fitted but not bodycon. I am shorter so the length worked for me but may be too short on taller ladies. Will rent again this summer.

I love this dress. If it wasn't so expensive I'd buy it. I've worn it in the size 8 for work for a navy blazer and in the size 6 with heels for an afternoon party. It's flattering, well made, just a great dress.

Dress fit perfectly. I typically wear a 2 in Theory but range between 2 and 4 in other designers. I wore this to a golf tournament and it was a perfect daytime dress for the spring. Considering buying it!

This dress has the high quality you expect from Theory and is perfect for work. It also has really cute hidden zippers on the pockets that are a nice touch for something different.

I normally wear size 8 and sized up for this dress. 10 fits very comfortably, fitted but not too tight for work. The dress is adorable with awesome pockets but the particular dress I got may have been overworn so the lining is longer than the hem.

I like this dress, but thought it was black and white not blue and white from the pictures. It's also quite a thick material so while the look is very summer, I think it'd be very hot in summer heat. Maybe good for spring? Was not a good fall work dress.

I wore this dress to work. I ended up sizing up (I'm usually a 4.. rented the 6 based on reviews) which fit perfectly. I am 5'3 and the dress went down to the middle of my thigh and was not tight at all. Would definitely recommend!

The fit of this dress is amazing! I felt so put together when I wore it. And the pockets are awesome! I really felt uncomfortable about the slip underneath, and it was longer than the dress and showed through. I had read other reviews that say that they thought maybe it was the design, but I just don't think so. Also, it wrinkles really easily.

My understanding is that this dress runs small through the chest. I have a small chest and curvy hips and this dress fit me perfectly. I am shy of 5' 4" and the dress hit me about 3 inches above my knee. The dress is made of a nice, thick material and it held up nicely throughout the day (that is, a hot and humid summer day in DC). I would rent this style again; however, the lining of this particular dress kept sneaking out at the bottom hem so that was slightly annoying. Overall, I loved this dress and if you want a new option for a navy and white stripped dress, this is it!
