Great shirt for work & happy hour.
I LOVED this shirt! It was so comfortable and made me feel very put-together in an effortless way. I paired it with nude pumps and a black pencil skirt. I received many compliments on it. Be careful if you are large up top as the keyhole was a little low-cut in my opinion. For me, it didn't matter because I have a smaller bust and kept all the snaps/hooks closed. For someone who has a tendency to "bust out" of their tops, you may need to size up or wear something underneath (if you're worried about it being work appropriate). This top would be great for a work-to-date night. It's very flattering for those with a narrow waist. Another note for ladies with a long torso - I normally steer clear of peplum tops because they are often too short and therefore hit my waist and hips at the wrong (unflattering) level. Not so with this top. It was cut very well, hit my waist and hips just right. Would definitely wear again!

Thought this much just be a bunch of bulky fabric but was pleasantly surprised by the lay of the top on the body. Unusual and flattering!

Very comfy and stylish!
There was a tiny bit of gapping in the front, but I wore a dark bra so this was not a issue.

I love how this top is so well structured and flattering. It can easily go from the office to happy hour! I paired it with ripped skinny jeans for a casual coffee meeting (I work in a creative field) and felt polished yet fun at the same time.

Loved this top and it was true to size. Maybe a tad bit large but I liked the way it fit with a pencil skirt for work.

Through thick and thin
Nice thick material but not hot. And very slimming! It pulled a little bit across my bust when all hooks were hooked (the deep v can be converted to a "buttoned up" look with 3-4 hook & eye closures) so I kept it unhooked and layered a black cami underneath. Beware - the belt comes packaged separately (so I missed it & assumed it was just forgotten with my order). Really wish I had paid more attention to the belt in the separate bag! Loved the peplum style as it was not too short like some peplum looks are. The shirt still had a nice length & it is beautifully structured! Will definitely rent again!

Classy, but approachable for work
Great material and fit. There is some purple, red, and blue in there that I didn't notice until I had it in person. Less "brown" than I thought. But still nice.

Interesting top
I freaked out thinking they’d forgot the belt, and then found it in it’s own little bag. Lol. The side slit threw me off a little, but you can pull it over and it hides it. Definitely different in person from photos, but cute! I layered it under a pewter leather jacket, also from RtR. I could have gotten away with a size smaller.

Rented this for Work but you could definitely wear it for a night out as well with skinny jeans. This top was such a great, flattering fit and the pattern was different as well. I loved having something other than my usual solid color tops for Work.

Unique top
This top has a bit of stretch to it, and lots of volume. However, even if I sized up, I'm not sure I'd be able to close the front-the fasteners don't go all the way down. It looks good open, but I wish I could wear it closed!

Nice quality. Peplum wrinkles fairly easily. Quality fabric. Eye hook at the top was opened more than it should've been so poked a bit. Would rent again as style was classic and easy to wear.

Very tight in the chest so I wore basically a sports bra to keep the deep cut in the chest from being inappropriate for work, but otherwise really nice and unique blouse. I would rent this again.

Bridges the professional - casual workwear gap
The garment was clean and the belt arrived with it, also clean and pressed (better than a previous experience I had with RTW and a missing belt). I work in a casual work environment making it a little challenging to get the balance between professional and too formal right. This top was perfect with jeans and boots. It fit me perfectly. I wore a camisole underneath and hooked the top hook, similar to the model. I got a lot of compliments and felt very "put together" and professional without trying too hard or looking too stodgy.

Awesome structured top. Watch out if you're busty!
I wasn't sure what size to get in this, since it was new with no reviews, so I headed over to the Theory website to check their size guide. Based on their data, I decided to go with a medium. For the most part, the top was true to size, however my bust pulled SLIGHTLY at the clasp. (I'm a 36D.) If I had sized up, the rest of the top would've been too large, so I'm still glad I went with the medium. Liked the overall look and got several compliments, but probably wouldn't rent again just because I was a bit worried there could be a wardrobe malfunction at the office. (In undid the clasp for the photo, but there would be way too much cleavage for work if I'd left it undone all day. Fortunately, I have to wear a badge, so my lanyard served as camo for my issue.) *Yes, I know the lighting in my photo is terrible. =)

Veery well constructed
Theory always seems to run a bit big so I stuck w my theory usual Small where I would normally be a medium. Good choice. It did pull in the top because I have a large bust so if I were going to wear it in a more professional setting I would have used a pin or other method to secure the gap. Therefore, I think it really will work best on C cup or less. I took the belt off in the pic since I wasn't feeling it did wonders for my waist BUT I am so happy RTR put it in a separate bag w a separate barcode so hopefully the belt will actually stick with the shirt. If you look up the top online you'll see there are matching pants - such a cute suit. Very professional material and very high quality stitching - unlined and wool blend. Great for fall, definitely not for summer. I think it would also look great over a white button up.

No real 'wow' factor
I'm tall and the belt placement was too high. The material is high quality but I felt the top was a little bit boring. It's a decent work top but it was like any other. I wouldn't rent again.

I would rent this again.
I rented this while using the unlimited. I originally rented it to wear to work (which I did) and ended up wearing it out to my birthday dinner. It is very soft and stretchy with a good shape to it. I would've bought it through rent the runway but found it cheaper brand new, on other sites.

Great shirt for small chest!
This shirt is super flattering if you have a small chest. If you have a large chest, you might have a hard time with this one. The opening at the chest goes very deep, but there are three hooks that, if you are small chested, easily stay hooked and therefore the opening stays closed all day at work. Also, the peplum is very flattering for pear shapes. Love this one for work.

I would give it a 3.5
It was good, fit well, maybe a little big. But arm holes were good, which is always hard on sleeveless. The neckline was awkward and I found myself messing with it a lot, but I think if I wasn't DD, it wouldn't have been bad. But im not one for fussy clothes, sot he belt, etc. it was just to much for me. But I liked it fine.

LOVE. KEEPING IT!
My FAVORITE rental thus far. So many compliments on this one. The belt makes it. It is perfect for work and the fabric lies nicely. Highly recommend. I paired it with a long satin work skirt and short black heels. This outfit made me confident on my first day of clinical and excited for what's to come on RTR.
