Paired with black skinny jeans and flats, it was perfect for my casual Fridays at work! It is really flowy, so I could have probably sized down to a small, but if you have a large chest, stay with your usual size, bc there isn't so much extra room in the bust. The layering and material is a nice touch that dresses it up a bit from your typical blouse.

This top is great for everyday wear or for work. Comfortable at the bust and is loose fitting. Just keep in mind this top runs a little long!

Fit well, it's straight shaped but still flattering with the 2 layers and fabric. Fabric is rich and heavy so it lies nicely. Great color.

I got this top as part of my Unlimited, and it's a nice basic top for work. The slits on the side were way higher than expected, which I was not crazy about. It's pretty plain, as well, but you can have fun with the jewelry. Overall, it was a nice top to throw into the mix!

After just a few minutes at my desk the morning I wore this went to bathroom and saw it was extremely wrinkled across the front. Color nice but the lower layer has slits up side that makes it look like lining as if maybe it should be tucked in, even though RTR photo indicated it should be loose - but made it look less polished. Disappointed.

Extremely flattering and comfortable top. Can be dressed up or down. I wore to work with dark jeans and tan suede boots, and got tons of compliments!

The side slots are flattering if you have big hips/behind because it falls to the front and back and doesn't hug all the way around. Sometimes tops rest on the shelf that is my behind. Lol this one fits perfectly! For my petite torso, the length of the armholes and overall was perfect I'm considering buying it!

This top fit well and had great construction. Can be worn dressed down or up. It's really up to you how you want it to look based on how you style around it. It's not a wow piece but it's a high quality basic.

The dress is exactly as pictured! I was worried about it fitting tight in the chest, but it was great! The fabric is a little thicker than I was expecting, but definitely breathable.

True to size and hits a few inches below the waist for a tunic fell but not quite that long.

What I love about RTR, in general, is that I am able to get items that are of a much nicer fabric and quality than my budget would allow me to buy. This is a great example, it fit perfectly and because of the quality of fabric, it draped beautifully. I received so many compliments the night I wore this shirt.
