Pockets! Perfect length for 5'2". Worked for work for me but would be more "cocktail" on someone taller. Wrinkled by the day's end but so what!

This is a great all seasons, multiple occasions dress!! I wore it to work on a cool November day. I added a jacket, tights and boots. So adorable! Received compliments from a few of the men I work with! Fantastic dress all around! * note: the ONLY flaw with this dress, as many have pointed out- is that it wrinkles super easily, and very quickly. Especially in the back. That's the only reason I would hesitate on purchasing this one.

This dress is flattering from every angle and the pockets are a bonus. Fits snug, but the material is especially flattering so it works wonders.

As others mentioned, the dress did wrinkle, but I move around at work and this dress was so comfortable. IT HAS POCKETS. I am pushing a size 6 so if you want this dress to be more fitted, go a size down. I wore with a tie-up nude heels!

Perfect for work very comfortable but still special and unique...have pockets. But be prepared to iron/steam this and still be wrinkly. It still looked great at the end of the day I just wish I hadn't put so much effort into making sure it was ironed before eating it since it wrinkled like crazy 5 minutes later.

This dress is great for work but could also be worn to personal events. Bold color and just different enough to be noticed but still conservative. Lots of compliments. It does wrinkle but if you wear it to a conference where you are standing a lot of the time it is fine. I liked it so much I bought it!

Love this dress. Feminine with the silk ruffle hemline. Beautiful color, and the body of the dress has some stretch to it. I was searching for the perfect dress for my red Mary Jane heels and I found it.

I apologize that my picture doesn't show more of the dress. This was a perfect dress for Christmas Eve Dinner Party. The kick skirt under-layer has inset pockets. It's flirty and fun to wear. The split sides to the over layer makes the dress comfortable and easy to wear. Well made. Good quality fabric, synthetic crepe with a little stretch. The red is a blue red and deeper in color.

Rented this for work related events. It's super chic; looks like a tennis skirt under a tunic and is a minimalist's dream. Loose in the waist and hits above the knee. Fabulous color. Loved pockets. Wrinkles a little but not terribly. I would purchase this as an alternative to the LBD.

Overall I loved this dress. Only downside is it wrinkles easily, even when you're just sitting at your desk all day. Got lots of compliments however and will definitely rent again.

The cherry red color is amazing. As a short woman with a short, thick waist, it's nearly impossible for me to find garments that really fit properly. This dress was perfect in the waist, but too large in the top and the hip (my chest and hips are regularly 1-2 dress sizes smaller than my waist, which means that most styles are unflattering at best and ill-fitting at worst). The torso was also too long on me, but prob would have been fine if I could wear a size 4-6. I covered it with the jacket. The color was bright, the material nicer than expected, and the two-tier hem was fun but also kinda modern. I'd recommend this dress - it's unique and pretty, but not too dramatic for an informal office.

I love the look of this dress. I got it for a work trip and it was definitely too short for that but it was perfect for a night out!

Loved this dress! The double layer added a fun element to an otherwise conservative (albeit red!) dress. My only criticism is that the dress wrinkled after sitting.

This was a great work dress for a conference because of the pockets. However after sitting in it for 5 minutes it was completely wrinkled. It's also a bit long for someone as short as I am at 5'1" tall. The red color is a wonderful true red. And the material is very comfortable. Note that the ruffle at the bottom is a little bit of a shinier material than the crepe main body area.

I agree with other reviews that the material is wrinkly, but the wrinkles are subtle and forgivable, and they mostly come out if you hang the item overnight. The wrinkle problem is also really with the way RtR packages the stuff in those flimsy envelopes, but I can't think of a better way so that the item still squeezes into the UPS dropbox. The overall fit of this dress is very nice, true-to-fit, and not too tight. I love the length as well as the muted red color. I've had some meh experiences with Theory in the past, but this dress is a winner.

Simple dress with lovely draping in the front and the back, just enough to make this a recognizable & noticeable piece. The color was perfect for sliding right in to fall with black accents. Versatile. I'd wear this again for a fancier affair with different accessories & shoes, but for work it suited just perfectly this time.

Great dress for everyday. It has pockets, but using them would cause lumps. I rented the 8 to make sure it would fit over my hips. I had lots of room in the top. I could have worn the 6. The fabric has some give. It does wrinkle.

Very flattering if you have great legs (not too short for work) Great for someone with small hips and waist. The top layer of the dress sticks out right at the hip. I should've have worn spanx to smooth out the panty lines and minimize the tummy.

I rented this dress because it got great reviews. I like the material and of course loved that it had pockets. The fit was a little tighter than I wear to work, but it was flattering. But... I really felt like I was wearing a cheerleading skirt. Just something to consider when renting this. That is why I rated it three stars.

I am 5'5, 142lbs, 32 B bust with an athletic. The length hit on my knee, which made me look short. The under skirt was heavy, wrinkled and seemed disproportionate to the outer layer. The fit up top was perfect, but the bottom was overwhelming and not flattering.

This dress is pretty basic, so if you need something that is just straightforward and simple, it could do the trick. However, as others have noted, it wrinkles like crazy. The photo I included is from when I got it. After wearing it to work all day, I had major wrinkles, especially horizontal wrinkles from sitting, at the waist and bodice. I would only recommend this dress if you're wearing it for an event that you're going to be standing for most of the time, because once it wrinkles, it looks pretty bad. Fit-wise, it fits true to size and has a modest hemline (at least if you're 5'2"). Feels like it would benefit from a statement necklace, as it's pretty plain.

So this dress is great as long as you stay standing forever and or don't care about wrinkles. The dress is nice and flirty with the tennis type skirt under the tunic top. I liked that it had POCKETS! However, this dress came very wrinkled and I had to steam it before wearing it. I work in a cubicle, and by noon, the dress was SO WRINKLY! However, I did get a lot of compliments including from my husband when I got home, even though it was even more wrinkled by then! I personally felt very self conscious about the wrinkles and would not rent it again.

Echoing other reviews, this arrived a wrinkly mess. I tried to iron it and the iron left visible marks on the bottom layer. I couldn't stop staring at them all day. I would not rent this again- way too difficult to keep neat.

Rented for casual but wore it for work too. Extremely comfortable and can be dressed down with boots and a denim jacket or up with stockings and heels.
