Cute dress for work. Fit well but fabric is a little thin

I love this dress' cut and the skits in the sleeves are flattering. It has some stretch which is great. I wore it to a couple of fancy meals where I ate a lot so needed more room lol. The only issues I have are the lack of bottom hem which seems cheap and it wrinkles easily, which is why I'm not purchasing it.

I wore this for my son's communion. It fit beautifully. It is conservative enough to be appropriate for an occasion like this but also elegant and a little sexy with the arm cut outs and length. My husband loved it and complimented me all day. It did show up a tad wrinkled but I hung it in the barhroom while I took a shower (after having it hung up for a few days in my closet) and it was fine. Really happy with this choice

I loved this one! It is definitely one of my favs. The color is so pretty, the cut is flattering, and the arm detain is unique and fun. I almost bought it, and I still might. Will be wearing it again, either way. :)

I rented this for a nice dinner out, and while it's a very simple style, I really liked it. It's my husband's favorite dress that I've worn! The color is beautiful, and the fabric is a good weight - it's light enough that it has movement but not so light that it shows everything. Would rent again!

Great for work. Nice color and material. It wrinkled a bit but it was dark so that was okay. Hard to tie the sleeves unless you get help. Dress on the shorter side but that made it a little sexy given the conservative front!

I normally wear a 2, but sized-down based on reviews. Perfect length for petite- hit a couple inches above the knee for a cute short length appropriate for work. Seems to wrinkle easily.

This dress is almost too short for girls 5'9" or taller. I tucked the sleeve ties in and pinned the sleeves halfway down the arm so it was more professional. The color is understated and fall-like. I enjoyed wearing the dress!

I loved this dress and wish it was cheaper so I could've purchased it! I bought it to wear to a work event but ended up just wearing it to work. It ran true to size while being loose enough to be comfortable but still made me feel very feminine. Would definitely recommend it!

Fit so well! I feel like I have broader shoulders and the dress was even flattering there. Loved the looser fit in the waist and the length was classy and not too short. The only downside was that the dress wrinkles easily.

This size 2 is an exchange on unlimited for a size 4. It fits much better, and I could probably even go smaller if needed. The opening in the arms are a nice touch that make this conservative dress interesting. Great dress for many occasions, and would look good with different shoe options. I plan to order it again.

Wore to work, not clingy but the dress just hung right, I loved it, my boyfriend loved and got tons of compliments from co-workers. Only bad thing it wrinkles supper easy, right RTR dress I have received that couldn't be worn out of the box and need a professional to press. Also note very hard to button two small buttons at neck if you are on your own.

The sleeve detailing and the color make this dress. It is simple yet sophisticated and be worn with tan booties or strappy heels. The material is very light which is great as we are transitioning to Fall. Running true to size, we recommend sizing up for back up. At 5'5", this was right above my knees.

It's an understated classic with a slight edge from the sleeves. The back has an interesting detail too. The fabric is light enough for summer transition to fall, but I wouldn't wear it in the Northeast winter.

This dress is very comfortable. It has a loose fit but is not boxy at all. It looks very professional and classy. I agree with others that it does wrinkle easily but that shouldn't be a reason not to rent. The sleeves are fun and airy and the slit in the upper back gives the dress a bit of sexiness. I am the first wearer of this particular dress as it came with tags. I love it. LOVE IT! The fabric drapes really well and the cut is super flattering. I said it runs a little large as I could get it on without unzipping. It fits really well across my ribcage. Actually it fits really well everywhere. The ties on the arms have stayed put so far and while the fabric seems a little prone to wrinkles, I'm nitpicking to find something about this dress I don't adore. Rent it, you will not be disappointed!

Loved this dress for work! The openings in the sleeve gave it a little flair. The dress itself, I think, is a good length and pretty modest. It's flowy at the bottom and reached my knees. Yet it still gave my waist shape at the top! The neckline was just simple enough to not overdo the sleeves of the dress. Would wear again! #WangsWorkWear

Color was pretty, a more greenish navy in real life than how it looks in my picture. I really liked how the sleeves were open to be a little more flirty, but still kept me warm while outside. Overall, it might not be the ideal dress shape for short/petite body types as I felt it looked more frumpy than classy conservative on me. This dress is very nice, but may have just not been the ideal cut for my body.

This dress was so comfortable yet super stylish! I wore it once to work and a second time to a seminar! It fit great and while cut outs on shoulders isn't really my thing, it worked on this dress without seeming too young or trashy looking. It was really fashion forward yet professional!

Wish I had held on to this dress. It was everything a great work dress should be: comfortable, classy, but also interesting. The fabric feels great and the cut of the dress makes it easy to move around. The keyhole sleeves keep it from being boring.
