Great fitting-feeling top, the straps on the bra are a little bit of a challenge because there is a keyhole in the front and the back. I had to just sort of manipulate my straps because cross straps or Tstrap in the back shows. Worth wearing in any case soft fabric classicly modern style, feminine. My husband loved it.

I love this top so much I bought it!!!! The cut of this shirt is so flattering! It shows just enough but is still classy! The cold shoulder is fun too! The fit is perfect - runs true to size. It is dark navy but looks black in photos.

This shirt is very comfortable. I was hoping I could wear a regular bra with it but the straps were showing so I switched to a strapless (not a fan!). Overall the shirt was really cute but it was a lot smaller than I expected, especially in the chest area. I would recommend it but make sure you size accordingly since the fabric has no stretch.

This is a pretty shirt however the keyhole is pretty big. Much bigger than expected. I have to pin the bottom closed to wear for work. If you are planning on wearing for the weekend make sure you plan the appropriate bra. Size runs true to size. This would be more of a stand out for drinks at the bar or a night out with the girls. Super easy to dress up or down. Great for work or fun. I am relatively small chested so the slit in the front was no issue for me at all, if you are on the bigger side it may be a bit more showy but I loved this shirt!

Beautiful blouse that pushes the boundaries for corporate. Remove cami/bandeau and add a push up bra--now you have a day to night look.

Cold shoulder is in. The cut in the bust area is definitely low, so be warned. I wore a navy cami underneath, so it was work appropriate. But really liked the style and fit of this. It's comfortable all around. I wore a standard bra with this, and did catch the straps showing throughout the day, but it didn't bother me. I recommend sizing up for the back up!

I rented this through RTR unlimited to have for a weekend occasion- night out, date, what're. I knew there was the keyhole there but it ended up being much more revealing than I thought it would! Maybe if I had gotten the M it would've fit a bit looser. It cinches at the waist as well for an amazing tailored fit, slight peplum and loose off the shoulder look. If you want hot, go true to size. More casual I'd size up.

I just wore this out to a bar one night; received compliments not only from my friends but from random strangers. Was perfect for rtr because this is too trendy (ie I don't know how long this cold shoulder thing will/should last) for me to actually buy at theory level prices) but was great for a night out. Like other reviewers said, you probably need a razor back bra as the straps aren't very wide.

This top is gorgeous, well made, looks even better in person. The navy color is rich, the material is luxe, and the ruffle sleeves look less fussy and more sleek in person. BUT - it was too revealing for the event I rented it for (friend's housewarming). The front slit goes down pretty low and showed a lot of cleavage. Also note - you can't wear a standard bra with this as the straps would show on your shoulders. The front goes down so low, I'm not sure a strapless bra would work either. I'll rent this again for date night and wear a sticky bra :)

It was snug getting on and didn't have any zippers or openings. The bust area was so snug that I went braless. Luckily, the fabric is dark, and I wore it at night so it was not noticeable that I didn't have a bra on.

I have a long torso so this top was a bit too snug for me. I need to size up but it was super cute! I'd get it again!

If you're looking for a fashionable shirt that fits loosely over the midsection, this shirt is great. However, there's no give, and if you're busty the little slit at the top turns into a giant hole and is very revealing. I didn't wear it.

Definitely a true-to-size fit. Very comfortably and flowy, but the keyhole slit in the front is very low cut and depending on how you have your arms and are sitting, can be very revealing. Otherwise, the color is great and is a cute and flirty shirt.

Perfectly casual and just the right amount of sexy! As with all Theory clothes, the Quality was fabulous. I actually received it with the tags still on it so it was brand new. I ordered the same shirt from Nordstrom in a camel color after I rented the navy. Great find. Tx RTR!

Loved the top overall, great color, fabric and profile, but it showed a tad too much cleavage so I wasn't able to wear it.

The color is a very deep blue - close to black. I wore to work with black jeans, but this could easily be dressed up and made into a statement piece.

This top is beautiful. The ruffles on the sleeves drape very nicely. My issue with it is that a bra is difficult to fit in there. The back cutout is pretty low so a regular bra will be visible. I think a stick on bra would show in the front as well. If you can wear this without a bra and maybe some pasties then rent this top

This top is a beautiful true deep navy color. It looks great on a model and the hanger but not on my figure. I own a lot of Theory and am consistently a Small. This top however was too narrow in the waist to get over my head. It could use a side zipper. Definitely not for a short woman, like me. The fitted waist gives no wiggle room to adjust the length.

The top arrived with a rip in it so it could not be worn however it did gape a lot in the chest area. I am usually a small and the medium did not fit in the chest. 32DDD

I couldn't wear this because it was so small! I legitimately could not fit it over my chest without it crushing my boobs together and against my body. I had to double check the size because it seemed so wrong. The keyhole in the middle is deeper than pictured too - so if you're trying to keep it classy, you need to be smaller chested to pull this off. It's such a nice top so I'm bummed I couldn't wear it.
