Chic and Easy
Warned by previous reviews I bought the Small and I'm glad I did. I'm a short-waisted 8 and the fit is perfect around the chest (where it fits most closely). Length is just above the knee. This is a real work-horse of a dress; wear it alone, with a short cardigan, over a crisp white button-down, with patterned tights. Lovely durable wool with a natural stretch and a soft finish (not at all itchy). It is sort of trapeze-cut, i.e. wider at waist, widest at hem. Not figure-hugging and arguably not flattering but I'm going to find it very useful and have already received lots of compliments on it.

SO cute and clearly high quality. It's very simple but accessorizes well and is classically cut.
Definitely on the large side- I am 5'7 and 125 and this was a bit baggy (size XS)

Everything to love.
Simple. Clean. Easy. The wool is an ideal all-season weight. Knee length. I wore it to work with an even longer, tissue weight cashmere sweater, then added the long Theory best to head downtown to meet my partner. The only cons? I somehow managed to rent a large instead of a medium. And a shadow of a smudge from a previous wearing. Boo, but likely only noticeable to me. Still. I had considered purchasing, but not in this condition.

Great for work and will rent again!
Loved this dress. Paired it with a white button down underneath and a long necklace. Comfortable and does not wrinkle. Wore it all day into dinner and drinks. Lots of compliments!

High quality; a bit boring
The fabric is thick with some stretch, I received new with tags when I bought on final sale. I am usually a 10/L and the M fit with plenty of room. So flowy it's almost dorky, but I was looking for a really easy dress like this to throw on and be comfy but still professional. There is a thick seam down each side on the front and back and extra fabric that poofs out to the left and right of them. The length was between mid-thigh and knee-length on me (5'6"). It would look better on a taller person I think.

Runs big - the small was perfect
Very boxy cut, as you would expect, so the small fit perfectly (I am usually a medium and sometimes a large). I am 5'6" and 140 so all you tiny ladies would be swimming in this dress.

Pretty large and boxy
This look was a miss for me. I wore it to work and it was just really too large. It was fine for one day but I wouldnt rent again.

Basic wool shift dress
This dress was a little ragged -- the neckline was slightly frayed. But the material is nice and warm. It's not wonderfully shaped, I got the XS though I'm between a 4 and a 6 in dresses and it still was pretty loose. I didn't love how it fit around the underarms. But overall a simple shift dress, no major complaints, and it looked great under a jacket with tights. I probably won't rent again because there's more interesting stuff out there but it was totally functional.

Will try again in a smaller size
This dress looked nice on the hanger. It was gigantic so I was unable to wear it. Even the arm holes were huge.
