The stretchy black material made this size small top so comfortable to work in. I'll order this once again.

I have now ordered this one two times and it is always great. Lovely fit and love the style. Easy to style and pair with.

This top was perfect for a date night. The arms run a bit tight, but the rest is true to size. I opted to wear the smaller size as it was more flattering around my waist, even though the arms were a bit snug. There is also a hidden zipper in the back to help you get in and out of this. I also paired this with the layered pearl necklaces, and got a TON of compliments.

I love this! Simple and basic, but false layering can be surprisingly hard to fit right if you have a large chest - it usually ends up looking tent-like. The thick knit of the black portion kept this closer to the body and the sleeve and shoulder trim, also letting the white undershirt to come out more naturally. The mock turtleneck is the right height for the look without getting annoying or feeling claustrophobic. The knit on top, as mentioned, is thicker than I expected, so not a great warm weather option.

This top fits like a glove and is so cute! I love the mock neck. White part does get wrinkly but it doesn't look as bad in person. Great stretchy material and very flattering! Will definitely rent again.

I got this to bring to a conference. I would wear this quite often if I owned it. Top fit great and looked very clean and polished. Wore with navy blue pants like the model photo and it was a nice look. Stretch top can fit a variety of busts and the functional buttons on the layered white shirt show its great details.

I wore this Christmas day with jeans and boots. I got tons of compliments and extremely.

Snug at Bust -a great layered look

It is mostly true to size, but I would say it leans towards a bit on the smaller side. I really liked it, and the small worked, but if I rent it again I will likely get the M simply for a bit more movement. I wore it with wide leg black trousers and it was really cute for work.

The black part is very nicely structured. It was a little narrow/tight at the top so you may want so I would make your backup size one size up, especially if you're busty or if your arms are a little bigger.

Cute, easy to wear top that I took on vacation to South America (it was winter there). Warm top with higher neck, not quite a turtleneck. Slim fit and very flattering.

There is a zipper in the back with a hook clasp. What I thought was a sweater (black portion) is actually a heavy poly fabric. It is cut to fit tight, so if you want so extra wiggle size up. The sides on the fo undershirt come up a bit high. I have a short torso so on me it was perfect. I am guessing a taller woman may want to wear a cami underneath. Of all the RTR items I have worn the crafty sewer in me appreciated the make of this item. It is very well done. I might just buy this one for keeps.

I had to send it back because it was so tight. I even had my 12 year old try it on and it was super small on her. Go at least 1 size up

Looks adorable with black pants or jeans. I wore it to work at part of my Unlimited subscription. The material is so comfortable and slightly stretchy. The slightly high neck also made it great for chilly weather.

Rented for everyday, many compliments, loved it so much, jumped on line and bought from Thery for cheeper the RTR was offering it to me. Very form fitting.

This is a great piece, but beware it runs small! Order a size up, as this is the kind of top that looks good with a little room anyway. I wore it with coated jeans for a perfect work to happy hour transitional outfit.

I was not able to wear it before sending back but it was SO sophisticated & chic. I can't wait to rent again. It was fitted but not skin tight and would have looked great with a pair of skinny jeans , pencil skirt or straight black pants.

This top fit perfectly! The zipper in the back allows you to step into the garment which is amazing for preventing makeup/deodorant streaks. I would definitely rent this again. In fact, I may buy the top. It is classically designed, perfectly fitted, and go be worn for every occasion.

I'm usually between a XS and a S, and the S was a tight fit. Definitely size up! I loved the look. Easy and put-together for a good first impression.

I loved the look, but it was tight in the bust and I had to keep tugging it down. It's a great look to dress up jeans.

Wanted to love this top, but it was way too tight. I recommend sizing up. Feel like even the size M would have been fitted. Had to return :(

Overall body of the shirt fit, but arms were definitely tight. Material was a little forgiving, but after wearing the shirt all day, felt very restrictive. Otherwise great style and very versatile

The fit was a little tight in the arms, but the shirt was very comfortable and stylish. The shirt was perfect to wear to the office and head to a dinner with girlfriends after. I wore the shirt with high waisted black pants and wedged bootie.

A bit tight in the arms (just a bit) and I have a slim narrow type of body. but then again it could be because I am gaining muscle.

the black part is a nice, stretchy material and very comfortable. Almost like a thicker spandex.

Neck fit strangely - too tight

I wanted this shirt to fit so badly! I went up a size, but it was still a bit small in the bust and as a result, pulled a little weird at the arm pits. The fabric is wonderful and the length of the bottom layer was perfect.

Fit true to size or tad bit small

I normally fit sizes S, M, 6, or 8 in Theory just fine, but this top had a strange fit: the mock turtleneck was really loose around my neck and looked awkward and the sleeves were very tight on my arms. The quality of the material of both the black top layer and the white blouse was in good condition.

Cute shirt, but much more fitted than expected. I didn't want to rip the shirt, so I couldn't take a photo with it on. The fabric is form fitting, and I would be glad to rent it (outside of pregnancy). Not a fit for 3rd trimester.

This was a very odd top, the black polyester (?) section was too tight on my chest (Not usually a problem area). The white shirt part was immediately wrinkled. The arms were tight and the overall appearance was not flattering. I definitely wouldn't rent again

Trust me! I wear a large! This top was small so size up. Also, for some reason I thought it was going to be sweater material but it was actually a stretchy material..spandex-like.
