Super stretchy so it will fit to your body and will make you look stunning. The slit is not to high but not to low. I received compliments all night long.

Absolutely loved this dress. Was both formal and causal at the same time - so I guess that's "semi-formal" - and I was able to wear flats with it. Was able to dance in it comfortably without looking disheveled by the end of the night. Would definitely rent again!!

Perfect fit! Stretchy and simply sexy!

The stretch in the dress was very forgiving and made for a night full of dancing, as well as the chance to eat plenty of food! Perfect for a formal occasion, as if can be dressed up and given finishing touches with accent jewelry.

This dress was PERFECT for my work Halloween party. It did run a little large but it still worked. I am 5'8 and a 1/2 and ordered a medium and large thinking this would be tight fitting but I could of gotten away with the small. It was just a little baggy around the stomach area. It still did the trick and my Audrey Hepburn look was complete with it!

This was my favorite dress for two full months! It's super comfortable and very flattering. It also travels well-- the material is stretchy and slightly thick, so it doesn't wrinkle and can be easily dressed up/down. I'm 5'8 and the length of this is dress is just long enough to cover my ankles.

Rented as a step outside of my comfort zone dare: So glad I did!!! I was nervous about going strapless with my 36DDs but I went out and invested in a great strapless bra and a matching bandeau. I feel covered and secure! The dress is soft and comfy; like someone made a maxi out of my favorite black t-shirt. I selected true to size because, based on other reviews I expected the large to be snug but it is a little loose in all the places that make it easy to wear and flattering. Highly recommend!

This was a great dress...very comfortable and flattering. The top seemed a a little big compared to the bottom. I wore a Small and it fit great on the bottom. But I probably could have worn an XS on top. Definitely requires a strapless bra. But, overall, I loved this dress!

A classic and comfortable floor length dress! I absolutely love this high neck dress because the fabric is so soft and stretchy. I would suggest sizing up if you are bigger in the hips and waist. You will need to wear either a strapless bra or Nu Bra with this dress as well. You can complete this look with a great pair of long earrings and fun stiletto!

I adored this dress, plus I got engaged in it, so it's extra special! Despite its tight fit, this dress is quite slimming. The material is light and stretchy so it was perfect for a tropical climate. The dress is quite a bit shorter than it appears on the model. I am 6' and the large hit my mid shin.

I was worried this wouldn't be fancy enough or a black tie optional wedding but I adored this dress. I would actually buy this at retail. The material is unbelievably comfortable and was tight fitting in the best ways. With heels and a nice necklace it was totally perfect

The dress was a little more form-fitting than I anticipated, but nothing that Spanx couldn't fix. I wore it to work with a long cardigan but it can work as formalwear or a more casual look, depending on how you accessorize.

I was so excited to rent this dress because it appeared slimming & stretchy in all pictures, which it was in most aspects. The biggest downside to this dress was the extremely wide chest/underarm. I wore this 27 weeks pregnant (D cup) and would have been most comfortable in the Large, but I squeezed into the Medium (very stretchy) in order to not have the entire side of my boob exposed. I thought the Large may have just been stretched out from wear, but as the night went on, the medium started to stretch out as well. If I was facing you straight on or had my arms down you could not tell, but as soon as I lifted my arm, I had to do a bra check. I attached (not so flattering) pictures to show what I mean. I did receive a ton of compliments on the dress, so the little imperfections were not apparent to everyone!

Really loved this dress! The fabric was high quality and the perfect thickness/thinness (I didn't wear a slip). The slit only on one side was a nice design element. The only thing I didn't like we're the armpit holes -- they were a little too deep/loose.

I like this one so much I bought it. Very basic piece, but comfortable and versatile. The only thing I've ever purchased from RTR so far. BTW, the cut on the top works pretty well with my sports bras, which makes it even more comfortable/everyday practical.

This dress is amazing! It's a light weight cotton material that is very breathable for summer. The neckline is super flattering and the slit isn't too high. I loved it so much I bought it!

The fit is fairly close fitting to the body, but is such good quality which makes it forgiving. I usually wear petite maxi dresses due to my height (5' 3"), however, the length was just right. It was extremely comfortable! I still have it, hoping to wear it again soon before I return it.

I wish I could buy this, and will probably rent again! I loved how you can dress up or wear casual. I wore to a birthday dinner and drinks afterward. It wasn't too long. The only minor thing is that the arm holes are little larger than I wanted, but having a smaller chest didn't cause an issue. Very comfortable and cute.

I wore this dress all day! During the day I paired it with a jean vest to dress it down. And that night I went for drinks and it still worked (minus the vest). Loved it!

Comfortable maxi, wore to a vineyard, runs alittle large and is long so I would recommend sizing down. Wish I could have kept it!

Keep in mind that it is definitely a clingy dress and you need to wear spanx underneath. My boyfriend keeps asking me to find the dress and purchase it. Love it

Loved this one so much, I bought it. The fit is great -- I'm slim and tall (5'8, 122 lb) with barely a B cup, and it works great.

It was a little long, and *almost dragged on the ground. But it was a great party dress that I kept for multiple weeks. The sides of the bra showed through under the armpit, but I wore a lace halter bra, which added a sexy touch.

The fabric of the dress was amazing - elegant but still very comfortable. The length was perfect for me (usually maxi dresses are way too long, but I was able to wear this with sandals). You'll probably want to wear spanx underneath, but don't worry about them showing because of the slit - the top of the slit was sexy but still classy. Would definitely recommend this dress!

Only con is that the arm holes are low, so you can see a little bit of your strapless bra. If you wear a black, though, it isn't bad.

I wore this to meet the Boyfriends family at semi formal event. I got compliments left and right about how great I looked. It was very comfortable and flattering. I'm 5'7 and wore flats, so the dress was a little long. I could have probably worm the medium, but the large was comfortable and allowed for some of the fabric to pulled together a little in flattering ways. The Medium would have been more tight form fitting on me - which i wanted to avoid for this occasion!

I was nervous about how form fitting this dress would be, but it was very flattering. I wore this to an outdoor wedding in Tennessee and it photographed beautifully. The dress is SO versatile, can be dressed up or down. HIGHLY recommend. Would rent again.

Very comfortable, pajama like comfort actually. Great fit, maybe a bit roomier than a S, but not far off. Very flattering fit for an athletic build.
