I dont typically like anything with a high neck, but i sidnt even notice the high neck on this. The fit was great!... while the material is stretchy it didnt cling anywhere. I paired with a black blazer for a finance conference and it was perfect.

Black and white - always a classic - but with a twist! Comfortable, stretchy fabric makes it easy to wear. Nice sleeve and dress length for work. Received a lot of compliments. I'd rent again. The only con is that the waist area runs a bit large but I dolt mind it. If you want a more fitted look I'd size down

This dress is amazing. It's got some stretch so it fits incredibly well. Long enough for work and also has longer sleeves which is nice if like me you don't love your arms all the time ;) have gotten so many compliments all day. My boyfriend lives in Germany and started the day by telling me I couldn't wear it to work because it made me look to hot. Love love love this dress.

Beautiful and elegant dress, perfect for work. I am 5'3" and it hit just above the knee making it vey appropriate for wearing to the office. It's comfortable and TTS. looks beautiful with heels and flats. Will definitely rent again. Love it!

Very stretchy fabric. A little big around the waist, but no too much so. Neckline comes up a bit high, so if you feel easily choked keep that in mind.

I'm normally a 2 and selected the 0 as a backup. I ended up wearing the 0. It was a perfect fit. It hit right above the knee. The neck and arms were a bit snug but nothing that wasn't tolerable for a few hours. The material was very high quality; it's summer in North Carolina but the fabric wasn't too thick. I felt classy and it was perfect for a work formal event. I'm 5'5'', 120 lbs, 34A, athletic build (since the profile save isn't working!).

Classy and sophisticated. I wore with tall black boots and wine colored tights. The fabric is stretchy so it is forgiving.

This is the perfect work dress! I wore it on my first day of a new job and it was comfortable and classy. It felt like it was a light fabric but still sucked me in well. I'm a 10 and I felt like a 6 in it! So many complements. Wish I owned it!

I rented this for a work dinner and I could not be happier with my choice. It was stretchy and comfortable, but still looked polished and professional. I usually wear a 4, but wore the 2 since the 4 was unavailable - I imagine the 4 would have been fine too because the fabric makes it pretty easy to be able to wear a few different sizes. It was perfect and easy!

Rented this dress for a charity benefit breakfast and loved everything about it. It's incredibly flattering - shows the good curves but not EVERY curve if you know what I'm saying - and very, very comfortable. The pattern is funky without being too in your face and dramatic. And you can easily pair it with a bright shoe or a statement necklace for a more fun look. Highly recommend!

Length was perfect for work. Sleeves made the dress different but classic. Loose around stomach which can look like a pot belly when sitting but I have a narrow waist which could be the issue. Stretchy lightweight material. Would rent again

This was a good dress for work. The fabric is nice and stretchy, so it's both comfy and accommodated my larger bottom half. I'd recommend sizing up if you're on the fence. I'm usually a 4 on top and a 6 on bottom, but the 6 worked fine all over with this dress.

Beautiful high quality dress. Love the shape, tight but not inappropriate for work. Sleeves are a great length. I'm 5'7 and it was almost too short, I just had to pull it down a few times. Separate from the dress itself- more a review of rent the runway as a service. The dress was not cleaned well. It smelled like body odor and I was able to clean it, but it was pretty gross to get a smelly dress in the mail.

This was my free birthday rental and I ended up using it for Valentine's Day Brunch! It's a great length and I like the sleeves. My only negative is that it's super stretchy material, very unforgiving! I definitely needed to break out the spanx. It also tugs at the neck when sitting. Overall, it's cute, but I don't know if I would rent again.

I rented this dress for Thanksgiving as part of the 'rent three for the price of one' promotion that RTR was offering, and I was very happy with my rental. I was a little nervous because there weren't many reviews or pictures yet, but I think the dress was just a newer rental. It was pretty form fitting but in a flattering way; the material was fairly forgiving as well (aka-stretched where it needed to stretch). I was a little concerned about the arms being tight since that has been an issue for longer sleeved dresses for me in the past, but that was not the case. I held back the fifth star because the zipper was a bit of a pain, and although I wore it with tights, I think it would have been itchy without them. All in all, I would definitely think about renting this again.

This dress has a comfortable stretchy fabric, though the print makes it look a bit more structured. The cut is very straight, so it was a bit baggy in the waist but fit through the hips. I added a belt to give it shape. Without the belt, I think it looked like my hips were too big for the dress, so keep that in mind if you have curves!

I liked the look of this dress. When worn, I felt that the top portion fit great but mid torso down a little boxy. Overall, it's cute and work professional. Glad I wore it but wouldn't necessarily rent again.

It's also nice and stretchy which makes it a lot more comfortable and easier to wear (I have larger hips so it can be hard to fit into some of the dresses in this style if they don't have any stretch). I strongly considered buying it! Overall, highly recommended!

This might be one of my favorite rentals so far. I rented it for work and I will definitely renting (or buying) it soon! It is comfortable for all day wear, the material doesn't wrinkle (so it'd travel well), the length is great and it would work all year around.

Although it was a little bit snug, the dress had some stretch to it so it fit just fine. I'm have a large bust so it can be really difficult to find dresses that fit well up top, but this was a great choice. This dress was super cute and comfortable, and I would definitely rent it again.
