I wore this to a family Christmas party and got a ton of compliments! I wore it with black tights and booties. I was very comfortable with the exception of the neckline, which I found a little tight but not a deal breaker. Love the print, leather and sleeves. One of my favorites!!!

This dress was so much fun! I got a ton of compliments on it, too! It has quite a bit of stretch, and as a girl with big arms, that was fantastic! The fit is true to size and it's really comfortable. Great rental choice!

I rented this for everyday work meetings in a 0. I'm 5'3 and the dress definitely runs a bit short on me, I feel more comfortable wearing it with tights especially if I am wearing heels. It does fit a little snug around the arms/ chest area and the material is quite stretchy so if you're a borderline size 0/2 like me I'd recommend going up a size to 2. Otherwise, this dress is absolutely gorgeous. I love the leather accents - makes the dress pop a little more without looking too unprofessional or tacky. Great choice for meetings, presentations, conferences, etc!

Wore this to several business meetings, business casual but very chic. Fits exactly to size though was even short on me and I'm only 5'4! Taller girls may find it too short for work.

I think one size up might have been better, but also I think that with a large-ish bust and broad shoulders it's not particularly flattering.

If you're taller then don't wear this to work or it will be too short. It's a little tight in the waist which will make you look like you are slightly bulging over so size up if that area is larger for you.

This dress looks very nice and professional. I'm deducting a star because the colors were kind of drab and boring, and it made me look wider from the front (flattering from every other angle though). It fit well and was appropriate for the office. Safe choice for a business meeting.

This dress is so fun and edgy. It has a stretch to it, so very comfy. The only critique that I have was that it is a little short for my liking. It didn't keep me from wearing it, and this was a personal thing for me since I wanted to wear it to work.

This dress fit beautifully. It has just a hint of stretch and looked great with several different black blazers. I wore it to work twice and was definitely the best-dressed attorney in the courthouse! I did notice that by the second wearing it was starting to wrinkle a bit in the skirt.

Loved the design of this dress. It's professional yet sexy so it was perfect for a work party. For me the leather banded waist would have been better slightly higher, and it fit really well in the bust and hips but it slightly bunched around the waist so I had to tug it down every now and then. The fabric is a grey and black herringbone, and fairly thick. Kept me warm on a cool night. (The one I received did have a rip at the seams around the chest. It wasn't horribly noticeable, but clearly someone squeezed into it and did some damage)

I did not end up wearing this dress - I felt huge in it. I am petite (5'0) and large chested and it felt boxy and bulky on me and not flattering. I ordered a 4 and it was huge. I was hopeful that the two would look better but no such luck. The shoulders were too broad for me and my chest looked even bigger than it is normally. I don't think going down a size further (to a zero) would have helped at all. I do not recommend this dress if you are petite framed (narrow shoulders) or large chested.

My usual size (2) was unavailable so I rented a size larger (4). It was a little big in the waist but almost too short.

Really flattering for my slightly pear shaped body--I felt like it helped to balance my upper and lower halves. The dress is pretty short, but that gives it some sex appeal. If it was longer, I think it would look way too conservative. The material is nice and the dress appears to be well made. I was hoping it could be worn in between seasons, but it's definitely not a good dress for spring. I'm looking forward to renting it next year to wear with opaque tights and color boots.

Perfect dress for work with the leather trim giving it a little edge. Ran true to size , perhaps a little short. I imagine large-busted women may have a problem with the tightness of the chest. Wore twice before I had to return.

This was a nice stylish dress to wear to work. The hem looks sort of high for work on the model, but if you're petite, the hem is just above the knee. I wore this with tights and it was perfect for the office.

I originally ordered my normal size (6) and it was way too tight on my broad shoulders and athletic arms. It had very high armholes, and I wasn't about to have chaffed pits. ,this time, I sized up to (8) and it was much more comfortable. A little big in the waist, but It was okay. A skinny black belt cinched it in. Nice work staple dress.

Planned to buy this dress until I discovered a hole developing in the side seam. The arm coverage is the perfect length but slightly small. With stretch no problem. I spend a lot of time in the car and it didn't wrinkle due to the stretch.

Really cute dress and fits really well. Only con is that it's probably not the best summer rental because the material is a tad thicker than is comfortable in summer. Would recommend for fall and spring.

I'm 5'8" and 130 lbs. I usually wear a 4 and I got a 4. It was awesome - not too short and I wore it with black pantyhose. I got so many compliments!!! I debated buying it, and will definitely rent it again :).

This is a good work dress and something that can be worn if you have plans after work. Very comfortable.

Fantastic fit and material. It went perfectly with my black leather trim blazer.

I typically wear an 8 or a 10, I wore a 10 in this dress and it fit perfect. It was a tiny bit short for work, but with black tights, it made it less obvious. The sleeves made this dress great for winter weather.
