The shirt is thicker than I expected. Good quality.

Wore this great shirt under a great black coated jacket. Would be great with anything. It fits just at the waist. My black denims were more high waisted so you didn’t show belly when I raised my arms. It was a fun shirt for vacation. Would rent again. Has a medium amount of compression that made it comfortable all day.

This top came in my first RTR haul. I LOVE it! The fabric is a little thicker so I couldn’t layer in my summer temps. But I didn’t need to because the fabric was so flattering. The only con, which didn’t apply to my outfit, it was a little short for ladies like myself with a longer torso. I also sized up.

I wasn't sure about this top at first but ended up loving it. The fabric is like a super stretchy scuba material. Very thick. It also is extremely form-fitting - definitely go a size up. It definitely accentuates "the girls" but not in a bad way. I ended up wearing a sports bra under it to minimize the "boobage". So many compliments.

As always, Theory delivers a high quality, stylish, work appropriate blouse. It is a heavy knit, so it may be hot in July.

The fit was great and it was a little bit thicker, which was nice. I loved the print and it looked great on video conference calls.

I wore this to recreate a sox outfit I wore the night I met my husband. The outfit I was wearing was cheesy but this shirt would look great with a pencil skirt or black slacks for work or a date

Interesting material. I now understand the wetsuit effect and I loved it. It's slimming & very comfortable. My only dislike was that towards the end of the day, the bottom of the shirt kept riding up and I had to keep adjusting or it was uncomfortable and somewhat annoying. I normally wear a L shirt but the XL was a good fit. Liked it better with jeans than dress pants

It's tight but loosens during the day. Great piece and the fabric is thick so it sucks you in.

Because the fabric is a bit stretchy, the arm holes felt like they got larger throughout the day. Could totally see my bra on the sides because of it. I think this would be better with a suit jacket.

Wore once to work very comfy and stretchy. Read the reviews and ended up getting the xxl when I'm normally a large or XL glad I sized up

The print is vivid but still work appropriate. Would rent again!

The quality on this top is great- thick, sturdy material that sucks you in but is still incredibly comfortable.

Not usually a leopard print person but rented it based on reviews. This is much prettier in person and it is definitely and elegant version of animal print. I got tons of compliments and felt like a babe! It's also fitted in a very flattering way. If you have a larger chest, I would definitely size up though.

Took this top on a trip that involved 3 cites, some business / some pleasure and this top worked perfectly - looked fresh out of the suitcase each time and appropriate as a shell for work under a blazer and fun evening top for social events. For work, I wore it with the krisa Black Belted Blazer from RTR which had some white/black leopard lining showing at sleeve tips and they worked well together. I'm usually a medium, sometimes a small, and I wore this in a Large and I liked the fit (it was not skin tight in a L), so I would say it runs small. Get your regular size if you want skin tight, size up if you want a little "hang". As other mentioned, it's a thick/stretchy/"wet suit" like fabric.

I'm typically between a S and M in Theory and went with the Small - it was snug across the chest and small in the arm holes. It wasn't too short which was great but just too snug to be comfortable. Would order in a M though - fantastic top!

I forgot to take a picture but the material seemed to kind of highlight all my lumps and things in the belly area. It's really thick though and definitely professional looking. Definitely more exposed white space in person

Shirt is wide at hips, not a peplum but kinda. It was weird, not for skinny people without hips. Had two inches on both sides flaring out in odd way
