I paired this dress with a white collared shirt underneath and it SLAYED. There isn’t much stretch (As with most thick tweed dresses) but let me tell you, this dress is amazing.

I was able to zip up this dress all by myself! :) Great dress for work and parties!

The dress was smaller and shorter than I expected, but it actually made for a better (less boxy) fit on my frame. There were some loose threads, so be sure to pack scissors if you’re traveling!

Based on reviews I sized up from my regular size to a 6 and had plenty of room to layer this with a shirt under. It’s short but adorable. Agree with those who noted the bulky material adds some volume to your silhouette but think the proportions of this one are great for those of us who aren’t tall.

Beautiful dress but it was a little too tight for the layer and couldn't zip up.

SO many compliments on this one. Perfect for layering with a collared shirt or fitted turtleneck. If you have hips, I suggest sizing up.

I wore this to a work conference in TX and it was perfect for a professional look with the heat outside and cold AC inside. Lighter than other tweed dresses I’ve tried, not itchy and comfy for a 9+ hour day.

I’m usually a 4 but got a 6 in this and am glad I did; would have been too tight for work otherwise. I wore this dress a lot, it was super versatile and the perfect little jumper to throw on with little effort!

I sized up (kind of, I rent 6-8, depending on the cut) because this material usually does not give. Very happy with the overall fit. Wore to my office holiday party.

This one is so good! Runs TTS, petite friendly. If you're larger chested or between sizes, size up.

Usually wear a 2/4/6 in work clothes depending on the brand and got the 6 for this one. Definitely still small but a gorgeous dress

Got a ton of compliments on this and it fit my body like a glove. Definitely pretty heavy material with a quality lining, so it does NOT breathe at all and I wouldn't recommend it in super warm weather. Very very flattering for petites and it really elongates legs when worn with heels.

I really wanted to love the dress but struggled with the styling given the material + length. I tried it with tights and a turtleneck for work, but ended up wearing it without anything for a date night out. The cut is perfect but the material makes it feel too professional for just hanging out

I really thought this dress was a perfect length and great structure. Only negative I would say a bit warm for hot weather. I did okay wearing in a/c environment in Texas. However I also think this dress would be great with boots and possibly a jacket for fall/cooler weather

Pretty close to perfect for my conference! I'm 5'8" so it was ALMOST too short. The length ended up being equivalent to my professional miniskirts from LOFT so I figured I could swing it. I also wore it with black tights and short white boots which I changed into later. As mentioned by others, IT DOES NOT STRETCH. I'm 135, slim build, and ordered a 6 when I'm usually a 4. It was perfect for me but wouldn't recommend if you are any taller or going to a function strictly on the conservative side.

This ended up being way less flattering on than it looks in the photos. It looked so weird on its own, I felt like it made me look wider and heavier than I actually am and the neckline is weird, not high or low enough to be flattering. I ended up layering over a white satin collared blouse and liked that enough to wear. Was OK, nothing special.

Wow this dress is short. On a petite person it fit great. I loved the material and it was formfitting but flattering.

This one was too snug for me. The black liner peaked out the bottom so I needed to safety pin it. The thickness of the fabric made the zipper difficult. Would go up a size next time.

Nice quality and fit perfectly. Great dress up dress probably too warm for this summer heat but I wore into SF one day which was perfect for that 70 degrees.

It was so flattering! I highly recommend sizing up especially if you have a bigger chest/booty. But i bought it is such a great dress!

I am so glad I read the reviews saying to size up. I usually am a size 4 and sometimes a size 2... I got the size 6 in this and it fit perfectly. There's no stretch but the dress is still very flattering and comfortable!

I wore this dress for a Galentine’s Day party, even though I had intended it for something more professional because it was very short on me. I didn’t have the opportunity to wear it more than once, unfortunately, but I totally would have. It’s easily dressed up or down, the fabric is not scratchy, but soft and still substantial (not cheap tweed). If I rent again, I would try to style it with layers! It’s super versatile! *Tall girls, it’s pretty short but not scandalously so.
